Hey!I'm connecting Slack to ClickSend (sms) and want to send and sms from a Slack message.So the Slack message has the following structure:"+46735112233This is the message.It can be on one line or multiple lines, it's all up to the person writing the message" Now I want to split the phone number from the actual message and use them in separate parts of my zap.The Zap1) The zap uses string.number_extract to get the phone number. This is then used to populate the receiver field in the ClickSend action step. This step is working as intended, yihaa!2) I then want to use the rest of the message as the body of the sms. This is where the problems begin :) I have tried the following approaches:Split into line items using [:newline:] and then add a filter on line items NOT starting with < (since Slack formats the number as "<tel:+46735112233>"). This fails because then the whole flow stops since there is no looping through all line items in the filter ste
Hey,I have a current setup of the following;new typeform entry -> creates a trello card with the details entered on typeform.This all works perfectly fine, one of the question on the typeform is 'select a date' question.I was wondering if there was a way I could now use that date to trigger a slack message.E.g I want a slack message when the date is approaching, maybe one or two days prior.Thanks in advance.
Hello, I have a obscure problem that is more of an announce on Trello. Whenever I zap a url attachment to a Trello card, it names it edit. It is because the edit is the last part of the end of the url. Here is the zap. I would just like to name the url attachment whatever the title of the document is! Trello → Google Docs, Trello & more! I want to know how to name it to prevent every doc being named edit.
For at least the past year, we've had a Zap which built up a folder full of folders on Box. Recently, the Zap started throwing a 400 PATH error on certain steps. As I step through the Zap, some of the steps do their job of creating a Box folder, yet some simply won't do it and throw this error. Not sure what changed or why this seems to be randomly working. If I try the exact same step again after a bit, it will sometimes work, yet I have done nothing different. Any help or suggestions are most appreciated.

My developer I paid to make a ZAP created a PERFECTLY functioning zap and my stupid self went inside to look for a value of a particular google sheet. Little did I know, entering the zap made me test and rerun things and now it's not working. Bottom line, regardless of how I messed it up... is there a function to restore a zap to an earlier time? I am so freaking mad at myself : (
Hi,When someone opts-in on my CF page I am sending them to a zap that creates/updates a contact with a tag in Infusionsoft. The problem is this creates a duplicate contact instead of updating a contact with the tag I want added when a contact already exists. Is this a Zapier issue or am I missing something? Thanks
I've created this form to push information from a Wufoo form into Teamwork Projects. I need to use the pick list since the submitter can choose any combination of choices with the form.When formatting the description in my zap it looks like I have to include every possible choice in the list so that it will populate if it is chosen. However, this ends up leaving multiple blank lines in my description when fields are blank.Is there a way to eliminate these blank lines or is there a way to put in a placeholder so that it will display only the choices made?
I am trying to create a zap between pipe drive and Practice ignition - so when there is a updated deal stage in Pipedrive (to Proposal Made) it will automatically create the client in practice ignition. Currently it creates the client in practice ignition but it pulls through the "example organization" data not the actual data in pipe drive. I have no idea how to fix it or if i have done something wrong - Please help

I use Zapier webhook to find and update a record in AirTable. I put that link in the email and sent to someone. But when the person clicked on the link, webhook got called and opened up an html page with the result of the webhook calling. Is it possible not to open the html page? I did try silent mode but it still opened up a new web page. Or do I have to use other method completely?
I was wanting to setup up a zap when a new To Do is created it creates an Outlook Task for the assignee of the to do. I realize that the only option is to create an Outlook Event. But without hard coding a time stamp, the zap doesn't create an event. Is there a way to use the data natively available in Basecamp to successfully create an Event aka don't need to hard code in a time but simply use the Basecamp Due Date? Also, if I have multiple team members, is there a way to only send it to the member who is assigned the to do?
Hi Guys,I have integrated Cognito forms -> Wrike -> Asana. After that i submitted the form the new task is created in wrike and asana. But in the particular task when i posted any updates or attached any files in asana it's not reflected in wrike on the relevant task i don't know why.So please provide me the solution for the issue.
Hello!I'm new to using Zapier, and I'm attempting to automate the following process:User orders a meal plan in ShopifyShopify sends data to Zapier, then to Monday.com (a task/project management tool, glorified Excel)Zapier should then look for a corresponding Pulse (Row) that matches the name of the person placing the order.I have 2 steps that filter for either: New Customers or Returning Customers based on their order history, so it will either tell Zapier to create a new Pulse (this is done and tested, super easy) or find the already-existing record in Monday and update appropriate amounts/plan type/order date/etc...I'm unable to figure out the "Search for user by Pulse ID" step, and would appreciate any insight in how I might go about finishing that part. I was hoping to schedule messages to be automatically pushed from Trello to Slack. Example: We have announcements every other week and I'd like to add a card in Trello and just include the date of the announcement. On the day of the announcement, the message will be automatically pushed from Trello to Slack. Is this possible?

I'm trying to upgrade my account from a free account to a starter account. I keep getting an error:I've tried two different payment methods and waited now two hours before trying again. My Zap adds new Eventbrite Registrants to Campaign Members. The Campaign Member Object has a duplicate check on Contact ID, so if a person registers them self and then tries again with their name to register someone else or if they are buy multiple tickets and use there name with the other tickets, Campaign Member will flag a duplicate error (can consequently the Zap stops. The client does not want another object to track Campaign Members, so I'm forced to deal with duplicate issues. Eventbrite also allows a registrant to buy multiple tickets with the same name, which also causes a duplicate error.I want to "catch" this condition i.e. see if the campaign member record exists, before Adding the Campaign Member record. I tried Find a Record, Object - Campaign Member, field - ContactID and search for the Contact ID from a previous Zap. This seems to look up the contact record, its not Campaign Member because that record does not exist (see attached screenshot). So, I swit
