We have a WooCommerce store with 3 physical locations. We don’t manage stock so don’t need a fancy plugin for that, but wondered if Zapier would be able to help send the order notification to the correct store manager based on where the customer lives.

I haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but will it be possible to use wildcards in the ZIP codes so I don’t have to list every single possibility?

What is your current logic for determine which Store Manager to route the notifications to?
You can maintain a Lookup Table in a GSheet or Airtable Base.
Lookup Zip
If found = TRUE, then that would return related info (Store Manager)
If found = FALSE, then you’ll have to decide how to handle
