Hi guys I made a zap that triggers when a video is added to a drive folder and then uploads the video to our youtube channel. So far so good. Now I’d like to have the video be added to a specific playlist. I couldn’t find a Zap integration for this. Any advice / help? Thanks lot for your help with this!
I’m looking for the best way to have Zapier look for a new row in a Google Sheet and perform a few searches that will ultimately create a new Opportunity in Salesforce. My questions are: What’s the best sequencing of my steps? First find if a Contact exists? If one exists, then find an Account based on the company name? If one exists, find if there’s an existing Opportunity? If one doesn’t exist, then create a new Opportunity? What’s the best way to create different paths, depending if a Contact/Account/Opportunity exists or doesn’t exist? Thanks!

I tryu to call google calander new event , need to have two emails , coming from google sheet. it works with one email, but not with two. I get error “Invalid attendee email when adding two emails in google calendar event. I tried format the emails with double quotes …. space between them, comma between them, bracket etc. nothing works latest is in screenshot Moderator note: images cropped and/or obfuscated to remove personally identifiable information.
Hi everyone, What I’m trying to do is - when a stage is updated in SF, it reflects in the deal stage in PipeDrive. For example, if my record’s status moves to “Consultation Complete” in Salesforce - the deal in moves to “Consultation Complete” in Pipedrive as well. So far, I have not been able to acheive this using Zapier. The only thing we have been able to do is when a new record is added in Salesforce - it creates a new deal in PipeDrive - however we can’t figure out how to make it populate anywhere other than the first “Lead In” stage in PipeDrive. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Hi, I have a zap between shopify and google sheet, everytime the zap is triggered it collects data from shopify and past it to the G.sheet however it seems that all the formula that where already predefine in the new row are deleted (the formulas are in cell where the zap is not supposed to paste DATA). Does anyone know how to fix that ?
Hi all! I am building a zap that creates a Detailed Event in Google Calendar and invites attendees from an Airtable trigger. Everything works, except that even when I select “No” to Add Conferencing under the event details, the event and invitation still includes Hangout Joining info (example below) that I do not want to have: Joining info Join Hangouts Meet meet.google.com/mam-ioau-xxx Join by phone +1 929-251-xxx (PIN: 171603932) Does anyone know how to remove this from appearing in the calendar invites? Hey, I’ve created a zap to create new tasks in Asana when new issues in Github get created. For the next step, I’d like to update the asana tasks with any new github issue comments, and when the github issue is closed. Starting off with a new zap, there isn’t an option in the Github integration to create a zap based on “Issue comment” or the status of the issue. Does anyone know what I should be selecting instead? I also am running into issues selecting the task name. I’d like to use the tasks created in the first zap, but these aren’t populating. Curious if anyone has set this workflow below? Thanks, Elisa
Is there a zap that can be triggered by a new email being received with a specific subject line, which will then start an automation in ActiveCampaign. I receive email notifications when a user cancels their subscription in Kajabi. I would like this notification to zap ActiveCampaign to start an automation so tags can be removed. Do you think something like this is possible? TIA
I started on Teachable, wanting to connect to Aweber so that all who sign up for my courses are added to an Aweber list. I clicked a button to use a premade Zap and it prompted me to enter my Teachable creds. That went through and the connection was made. Then it asked for Aweber creds, which I entered. But that never went through and I just got the perpetually spinning symbol. I have asked both Teachable and Aweber and they told me to ask Zapier. Apparently you can only get direct support by “hiring” an expert! So I’m trying this. Just to start: YES, I entered the correct credentials. YES, I tried it in several browsers. I even tried it several different days and times in case it was a temporary problem. Please help!
Hi everyone! First of all I apologize in advance for any spelling or syntactic error, because English is not my first language. I am having this issue when I try to add a Create Contact in Tokko Broker. Basically the Facebook Ads to Google Spreadsheet part of the zap was working great. My client asked me if I could add an automation for Tokko Broker, and granted me all access. I followed the step-by-step, linked the API to Zapier, and it seems like it was done successfully. However, when I try to “Send Data & Continue”, it enters a loading phase and then stays there forever. And when I open the Tokko Broker, I can’t find the new Web Contact anywhere. Any idea what could be wrong with this? Thanks!
I setup a Zap using Google Calander and Slack. I set it up so when I’m in a meeting, it changes my status in Slack to a Buble with three dots, and if you hoover over the icon it shows “In Event Name Until Event End Time”. However, I want to mask the event name, and just have it say “In a Meeting until 2 p.m.” so if I have a personal calendar event it is not transparent to everyone in Slack. How can I do this?
I a trying to create a zap to create a bill in quickbooks when i raise an invoice in xero. The whole thing is working except for getting the correct line total as I am trying to add the line total and the tax amount together as the total line value in Quickbooks. I have used numbers to add them together but I get an error saying invalid number when trying to create the Quickbooks bill. I tried using the currency format option. I cannot get it to proceed, see screenshot 3.
Hello all! So what I am trying to accomplish is monitoring my Twitter account for new likes & if those likes include an image, it will pull the first image of the tweet and create a WordPress post with that image. I have had success building the zap, mostly. However I am getting an error from some tasks on the WordPress post creation step concerning “Fault (code 404) occurred. Message: Invalid attachment ID.” One thing I have noticed, I’m using the Twitter screen name as the post title and the tasks that are returning an error have screen names with underscores in them. Would this be causing the error? (*UPDATE* Had an error from a name without underscores too now.) Thanks for any help & time! (bonus points if anyone knows how I can pull more than one image from Twitter posts)
Hi - we are connecting a Wisepops form fillout to create/update leads in Marketo. When I set up the Zap, even if I directly enter “Form fill out” in the mapping for Original Source Type and Registration Source Type they are still populated in Marketo every time as simply “Web Service API.” Is there a way to accomplish what I’m trying to do? I have an old Twilio account that needs to be removed and new one in it’s place. When i authenticate it I get this error below. I am admin on both and have an upgraded account with a phone # and cc in place. Any suggestions? I would like to invoice a new customer after they submit a form on my site. I can get the customer recorded created through my Zap, generate my invoice, but it does not send it to the customer. I noticed the “Send Later” field but I have tried that both true and false with no difference in the email going out. Any ideas what I might have wrong? Thank you
Hello, I have a problem with Zapier and one of my partner ; I use Zapier to fill with leads a shared spreadsheet with my partners. My partners also use Zapier to then send these leads into their CRM. Everything has been working fine for months, but last weekend my team decided to clean up our Drive, and create and use “Team Drives”. My shared spreadsheet now isn’t in my personnal Drive, but into the one of my company. And my partner can’t find it in Zapier and can’t process my leads… it is very problematic. Can you help me ?
