HELP! Vcita isn't connecting to Gocanvas
Hello. Our business uses VCITA ( an online booking program ) and also uses go canvas. I am setting up the zap between vcita, so when we get an appointment booking it automatically creates a dispatch in GoCanvas (so i dont have to fill out both booking systems everyday). Now I am getting an error when I am filling out - (Assign Item too) where i put in the technicians name from the vcita calendar, i then need it to assign to the technicians name in gocanvas. but it it saying the field has an error. Now i understand it needs an email address not a name to connect the two - but it is under our technicians name not email address - because we do not want clients through vcita to see our technicians email address. I tried to use formatter by zapier so that the systems see the technicians name but knows its the email address. I hope this has made senses, I can’t get any zapier support and need help desperately. thanks
Google sheets that auto updates everyday
Hi all, I set up an integration between Pipedrive and Google sheets. It works well and I get all the information I want. However, I would like to populate the rows when we add new information to Pipedrive. Is there a way to auto update the Google Sheet every day or everytime a record gets updated in Pipedrive? I know the existence of the ‘find or create row’ but I’m looking for a solution that updates the row in Google Sheet when add new information to Pipedrive. Hopefully someone here can help me and point me in the right direction. Thanks, Gerben
Using formatter to convert Stripe amount field to currency with dollars and cents.
A line item amount comes out of Stripe in cents like below for a $22 sale: 2200 How does one use the Formatter currency function to convert 2200 to $22.00. Zapier documentation directs me to this page but I can’t wrap my head around the unicode stuff. http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr35/tr35-numbers.html#Number_Format_Patterns Any help would be appreciated. Asana * Zapier Integration
I am wanting to synchronize ZenDesk tickets with Asana tasks, and Zapier looked like the perfect solution, but so far, the results are disappointing. I am new to Zapier, and wondering if anyone else has experience with this, if perhaps I am missing something (or if Zapier just isn’t the right tool for the). ZenDesk => Asana I was able to get a new ZenDesk ticket to create a new Asana task, but the only information copied to Asana is the Task/Ticket title. is there any way to get the description or other fields to copy over? I don’t see a way to link my ZenDesk ticket to an Asana task, such that the Asana task is updated or closed when the same happens in ZenDesk. is there a way to do this? (I can create a new zap for a given ZenDesk ticket triggered on a ZenDesk “Action” on that ticket, but that would mean adding a zap manually for each new ZenDesk ticket, which is unmanageable.) Zap to create payment and send receipt in Zoho Invoice
I do bookwork for a charity, and we receive tax-deductible donations. We use Reckon One for bookkeeping, and Zoho Invoice to issue donation receipts, as there is no receipt function in Reckon One. I have set up a Zap to create a new invoice in Zoho Invoice when a Receive Money to our gift fund account is created in Reckon One. This works fine. What I am now trying to do is continue that zap to automatically mark that invoice as paid and send a payment receipt, if the item name is Donation. The only action events I have for Zoho Invoice are Create Contact Person, Create Contact, or Create Invoice. Nothing to create a payment, or even update an invoice. So I’m guessing I’ll need to use webhooks or something similar, but I can’t seem to get my head around them. Is anyone able to help?
New Google Drive Zap - Can't find shared drives
Can’t input a custom valueSo, this is a duplicate of working zaps I have, but I can’t make it work with the new UI as I can’t input a custom drive (as before). My shared drives are not recognized - and I am therefore blocked, as I need to create a folder in my company drive - not my personal drive. This is very new and old zaps work fine - is this something that was forgotten by devs when changing the UI?
Customization options of Trigger Column for PostgreSQL?
I’m looking to have Zapier only trigger based on a specific PostgreSQL change to a JSONB value. I’m using the PostgreSQL “New or Updated Row” trigger. My PostgreSQL database has a table with a JSONB column, which, among many other key:pair values, has a boolean setting. Can I set the Zap to trigger off of a change to that specific JSON value? I know that ‘Trigger Column’ section has a Custom field that I can enter something into, but what are the limitations here? I can’t find documentation. (The ‘New Row (Custom Query)’ option won’t work in my case, because a new db row cannot be created in this instance.)
Integrating Eventbrite and Zoom via Zapier
Hi guys, I am trying to integrate Eventbrite and Zoom via Zapier and I am hitting a wall. I’m wanting each registrant who signs up via Eventbrite to receive a link to the zoom webinar, via Zapiar. What is happening is, when a registrant signs up, they receive an email from Eventbrite but not any confirmation or link from Zoom. Instead, when a new registrant signs up, *I* receive an email from Zoom detailing MY OWN information - rather than the registrant’s. What is going wrong here and how do I resolve it? Thanks, Joanne x

Trigger isn't automatic; I Have to run the zap
Hi there, total newbie here! I created a zap to create a quick event in calendar from a form. When I run the test the event is created but once I turn it on, it won’t create the events right away. I have to run the zap for it to look for new entries in the spreadsheet and then schedule the calendar event. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks! Jocelyn
Zap between Zoom call and Pipedrive call?
Folks, we’re all working from home now. I live on Zoom, and love Pipedrive. But I can’t get a Zap set up to offer me the option of a Zoom call whenever I set up a call in Pipedrive. Went through the sequence on Zapier setup, but it doesn’t happen! Help an old luddite stuck in his home office.
Run Lookup on Google Sheet row, but continue either way?
I am trying to filter a zap to stop if a value already exists (ticket ID from Spoke) in a Google Sheet. If the value does not exist, the zap continues on and writes that value to the same sheet. That way the zap only completes once for each ticket ID. I’m using a lookup on the ID value, but the zap is halting when the value is not yet found. Is there some other way to accomplish what I’m trying to do?

Hi, I am tried to build my Todoist - Evernote integration Zap, but the Zap was not able to get Note data (commentary) for Todoist Task. The Zap is designed to create new note in Evernote notebook every time there is new Todoist Task created, Evernote note should have Todoist Task’s comentaties in note body. Hubspot to Zendesk: creating a company when a new customer is won
Howdy, I am attempting to sync a company from Hubspot to Zendesk. I’ve setup the connection into both apps and verified they are successful. I have admin permissions on both. The sync is pretty straight forward: When a new company in Hubspot has its Lifecycle field is set to Customer Zapier should create the company in Zendesk and copy over the fields I’ve specified. My problem is when the zap runs it doesn’t copy anything over since none of the fields match the filter. It appears what’s happening is zapier is expecting a “new” account to already have the Lifecycle field to be filled in when it’s created. I can’t figure out what zapier thinks is a new account. I want to avoid copying over every company in Hubspot to Zendesk. I only want companies that have been won as a new customer. Some screenshots to show what is happening have been attached. Any thoughts on why Zapier isn’t working?
Lookup table sorts itself
I’m trying to add a lookup table. What I wish to achieve is, transform the product id received in webhook request to my list id in autoresponder so I can push the lead to the right list. New products are added frequenctly and I manually create a list in my auto responder service. When I add new row in the lookup table, it automatically sorts the key column but keeps the value column as is. With that all the mapping I had created gets completely messed up. Why does the lookup table have to sort itself? Is there a workaround for this?
Setting up a daily zap (sheets-coda)
Hello, I need to setup a zap which will daily simply copy a table from Sheets to Coda. Upsert will not work as I need t obe able to delete records that are no longer present in the source sheet from the destination Coda table. My second use case is the oposite - I need to daily copy an entire table from coda to a sheets tab and completly replace the data in that sheet. Thanks for all te help in advance !
Using Gravity new form submission to trigger a two step zap
I have a Zap that is triggered by a new form submission in Gravity. It creates a new customer in Quickbooks and is supposed to send an email with the customer information in Outlook. If I activate just the new customer portion of the Zap it works fine, creates a new customer. If I just use the email portion it sends the email with no issues. However, when I put these both together, On new form submission: 1. Create QBO customer then 2. Send email Nothing happens, I don’t get an email or a new customer created. I’ve also tried using two Zaps (ie one for QBO, and one for Outlook) and the same thing happens, neither one triggers??
Hi everyone, This might be a dumb question with an easy answer but here goes: My company has switched over to Hubspot as our first CRM provider. It currently sync with all of our Shopify data. However, We use a Shopify app, Recharge, for our monthly billing as we are a subscription service Recharge is not able to relay the length of the subscription term OR how much of the term is left each billing cycle Recharge does not sync directly with Hubspot Is there a proper Zap to enable Recharge to relay the subscription term over to Hubspot? And if so, is it possible to also show how much term is left in the subscription after each billing cycle? Example: Customer A signs up for 6 months. All of their customer info in Shopify automatically syncs as a new contact record in Hubspot except for the info about their subscription term (6 months). When Recharge bills Customer A, it shows up in the “Deals” section in their Hubspot contact record. This is where we’d like it to show “Deal #0000
Customize extending App/Trigger
Hello, This was not easily identifiable and sorry if it is answered somewhere. I am trying to add or customize an existing App/integration that is publicly available. I went to try to create an integration from Twitter to Stocktwits. The problem with this now is that zapier is limiting the stocktwits post to 140 characters - which this previous limitation has since been increased on the stocktwits platform to allow for more characters. Is there an ability to utilize all of the work that has been done with Stocktwits (auth etc,) and customize the actions available? I also would like to extend or add an action for slack - again is this possible to pull n the pre-existing work already completed and extend functionality for my own use or others.
