"Kartra: Required field "Email" (email) is missing "

Hello

 

I get this error message "Kartra: Required field "Email" (email) is missing " although I have added the “email field” as usual… I also run the test before and it worked well.

Hi @citronoulimonade 

Try to head over to your Zap history to do some troubleshooting. On the errored runs, you can see all of the data that was returned from the trigger step

It still seems like there’s something wrong with the email field although it is there and I’ve always run it this way…

Please look at the data out from the trigger step. If all of your forms on FB are not the same the email field may not always be in the “e-mail” field but might be in a field “email”, etc… 

I find it can be helpful to use pill mapping or a formatter step to extract an email address from multiple possible email fields.
