Hi. I'm building an app with Glide, and I want people to get email notifications every time they get a new message. I have it set up so that when user 1 sends a message to user 2, it populates a new column in my Google sheet. When that column is updated, the message is sent to my business's gmail account. It's then sent from my Gmail account to the recipient's email account. But, when they reply to the email, it only goes back to the business's gmail account. How do I get it back to the Google sheet? Is it just one more step? It doesn't seem to be as easy as that. Is there a more efficient way where, maybe, it skips the Gmail all together? IDK. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks. Folks,I've been thinking for weeks in a way to Trigger a Zap every month (using Time/Date Trigger) and do an action in Pipedrive for all Deals that meet certain criteria (e.g are in certain stage of the funnel).One of the ways I tried to workaround was (i) triggering > (ii) trying action FIND A DEAL with the specific stage > (iii) Add an activity to theses deals. However, FIND A DEAL seems to work as a VLOOKUP in Excel, in which only one output can be the answer, when more than one output is found, it gives an error message.Anyone has any ideas on how can I workaround this? It is a routine that I must run every month with the deals that match that criteria. A DEAL filter does not sound a good answer because the same deal would only receive the activity once.
Hi All, We own a hospitality company and have a business partner which requires that all of our clients sign contracts prior to booking our property. The contracts must be sent on the arrival date so that their staff members can add them to the parking system on their arrival date and remove them on the departure date. We collect the following information from the guest via a form which has a webhook which posts information to zapier:First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Check-in date, check-out date. This information is then used to populate a SignRequest template, which is signed by us. Once the document is signed, we use SMTP by Zapier to email the template to our partner on the day of the guest’s arrival. The issue we are running into is that about 20% of the time, the zap will fail with the error “request has expired”. Hi,I’m trying a simple upload from a mail attachment to lexoffice. IMAP E-Mail is setup and working.In Lexoffice I have to select a Filename with extension and the file itself.IMAP E-Mail just gives me “1. Attachments: (Exists but not shown)”, without a filename or extension.I tried to use *.pdf for filename with extension and the predefined attachements for file, but this doesn’t work.Where is my issue?The mail only have one attachement (invoice in pdf style).
Hi! I’m very new to both zapier and wordpress, so hopefully some of you guys will know this! We just launched a new website on wordpress and our website we have a lot of forms - e.g. purchase form, apply for scholarship and so on. Before we went live with the new website every time I tested the forms I got an email with the information from the form in my inbox. However after we went live with the website (and changed hosting) we don't receive emails. Is there any way I get set up zapier so when a form is sent in, it zaps and I receive the information from the form in an email? Or in a google sheet maybe? Both are great solutions! In the near future we want to change our newsletter service to Active Campaign so if it is not possible to zap to either Gmail or a google sheet an alternative is AC.Hope to find an answer soon :-) Thank you in advance! Hello friends! I’m struggling with what I feel like should be pretty obvious but I keep hitting a wall. See below for a breakdown of the issue: So basically, we have a bunch of digital assets with a standard filenaming convention. It goes Type_AssetName_Stage_Artist_Version, where Stage could be Rough, Clean or Color. For example:PR_Shovel_Rough_Bob_v01CH_Fancy_Lady_Clean_Joe_v03BG_Ext_Dentist_Office_Color_Karen_v02 I want to make a Formatter step that takes these filenames, whatever they are, and trim off the _Stage and everything after it. So PR_Shovel_Rough_Bob_v01 would become PR_Shovel, CH_Fancy_Lady_Clean_Joe_v03 > CH_Fancy_Lady, BG_Ext_Dentist_Office_Color_Karen_v02 > BG_Ext_Dentist_Office_Color I know how to do this using formula functions in either Google Sheets or Airtable. My formula finds either ‘_rough’, ‘_clean’ or ‘_color’ then trims it and everything after using FIND and MID. However, Zapier doesn’t seem to have the functions I need under Formatter > Numbers &g
I am trying to a create a zap to push the responses of Microsoft forms to Google form through the POST method of Webhook.So the trigger is on Microsoft excel for web in which all the responses are stored in real-time. And then the Action has to be Google form response submission. I have another script linked in the Google form which will be triggered only when the Form is submitted. And the Zapier Action for this does not actually submit the form response but rather directly adds the response as a new row in the response sheet.So I thought so trying out webhook to do achieve this, but sadly I don't know how to use Webhooks. Hello everyone, everything good?I am looking for a way to update Deals in the Hubspot if there is one with the same name, or create a Deal if there is none with the same name so that there are no duplicate Deals.But I have a problem, I believe that for lack of knowledge here of the tool. But when I'm going to add a record that already exists in the Hubspot, instead of updating it, it creates a new duplicate Deal. And when I’m going to add a record that doesn’t exist in the Hubspot, it crashes on validation and doesn’t add the Deal

Our invoices are sent via a URL link and I would like to convert the url link into a PDF and save within Google drive. I used Google Print to print a URL to pdf and then saved it within a folder but Google Print has shut down. Does anyone have a work around or solution for me?
I have tried a few times and am getting stuck. I am looking to have a google sheet of data which is generated from a custom SQL query. But I would like the google sheet to update all the data based on the SQL query running. I have found ways to lookup rows and update those rows but I just want the sheet refreshed completely every x time period.Been trying for a while to get this and just getting lost. I'm using "Delay For" for sending email reminders for different dates in a summit. how can I know the people register after those dates won't get them?
Hello, I want to trigger seven different emails on different dates for a summit, e.g. “April 24th 9am EST” send reminder email. Then delay until “April 26th 9am EST” and send another reminder from Mailchimp. How can I be sure new users in my Mailchimp audience don’t get the reminders for a already past date, but get the next reminders on the queue in zapier? The question below is confusing me as what happens when the date is in the past. What does it mean with continue? Does It means that it will trigger it if it’s within one hour? otherwise it will stop and keep my future task paused? or it will not trigger the next task but will go to the next available delay until and trigger the next reminder? This part works perfectly so far :)I would, however, like to add a functionality, that when this action has occured, the folder is then linked back into the Trello card. I am trying to set up a zap that will trigger when a SalesForce opportunity is updated to the Closed/Won status. It needs to create a new customer in QuickBooks and enter data relevant to the SalesForce opportunity that was just closed. The issue is, it doesn’t seem like the opportunity’s “Primary Contact” Role (or any contact role, for that matter) is data that I can pull out of the SalesForce opportunity. The closest thing I see is the “Account Name” associated with the opportunity, but even if I use a lookup step to pull the relevant account info up, there’s no way that I can see to grab data for a specific contact related to the account. This feels like it should be easy. In my mind, the opportunity's primary contact should be a no brainer for data I can pull out of an opportunity. Any suggestions for how I can make this work? I have a Zap that creates a copy of a Google Sheet (and renames it) when we convert and Opportunity to a Project in Insightly. This is great, but I have a one more step I’d love to automate that I can’t figure out.In Insightly, you can link a Google Sheet to a Project in the “Related” tab under Files. There is a Google Drive button and you just search for your file and link it. Is there a way to do this through Zapier?
I have created a ZAP that pulls reservation data from the Acuity Reservation app and then interfaces with the WAVE accounting system to create a draft invoice for the services that the person has booked. The ZAP is working well, but I want to have the ZAP create an invoice that reflects that a customer using the Acuity reservation system has booked multiple spots…..i.e. this person books a charter on a given day at a specified time for 5 people @ $80.00 per seat. I can’t get the ZAP to create an invoice that shows 5 seats @ $80 for an extended invoice amount of $400.00. The invoice that is generated shows 1 seat @ $80.00 - $80.00.I would really appreciate any assistance that anyone could offer. Thanks much!
I am setting up a zap between salesforce and mailchimp and I would like when a new contact is created it will be added to a mailchimp mailing list. However, I don't want all new contacts being added but only contacts that meet a specific criteria. For example contacts that have that have a specific 'contact type' selected (as shown in attachment). A second somewhat related question - if it is my specific salesforce account login linked to the trigger, will the trigger only recognize new contacts which I have added or will it also include contacts which members of my company have also added to our salesforce account and if not how would I set this up?
Hi there, I’m trying to understand Zapier’s rule that: paths must be the last step in a Zap. My problem is that I need to create logic that applies to all of the 4 paths, but this means I need to create and maintain duplicate logic under each of the paths, where it could just be triggered and executed by all the paths. My solution would be that I can add further logic to my main Zap after I’ve created conditional branching/paths, so once my paths have been completed, if they meet the conditions, they can redirect and return back to the Home path to execute the next bit of global logic. I understand this would also require some function to jump back to the Home path, which currently doesn’t exist in Zapier? Is there a workaround for this problem? Or am I forced to create duplicate logic in each of the paths? Thank you :)

I’ve been reading about line items and looking for solutions, but I’ve come up empty. I’m trying to create a Zap that sends a notification to Google Chat whenever we receive a new order in BigCommerce. The New Order trigger supports line items for all the items on the order, and I want to print them in the chat message so I can see quantity, name and price for each item they ordered. I just can’t seem to find how I can parse those lines and format them into a block of text. It seems like it should be do-able. Unfortunately Google Chat doesn’t have any cool formatting options for tables that I’m aware of, so I think it just needs to be appended in a string. But instead of it being appended by data type. (quantities, names, prices), I want to append them by line item Not this:1,2,1Product X, Product Y, Product Z$1.00, $4.00, $3.00 I want this, 1, Product X, $1.002, Product Y, $4.003, Product Z, $3.00
