Hi All, I’ve got a bit of an odd one. I have a program that is capable of running a command line or executing a program once it is finished a process. I’d like to use that to trigger a Zap which then kicks off lots of lovely automation. Has anyone out there managed to do this? Any ideas would be welcome. Cheers, RowleyCW
HI Expert, i am setting up a zap to connect woocommerce order.create with quickbooks online sales receipt create.however, i got a problem on the name of product /Service. no matter which variable i place inside this field. it will return to the itemRef: name: service Adjustment (it is the item i setup in Quickbook Online) in all the line.So in the sales receipt in QBO will look like this, every line name will be “service: adjustment” So my problem is i dont know why i can’t capture the name of the product/service and put into the sales receipt form, can anyone help me ?? thanks!!
Pardon the amateur questions #1. Can Zapier copy a column from Google Sheets document A and paste it into another column Google Sheets document B? #2. Can Zapier copy multiple columns from Google Sheets document A and paste them into a single specified column Google Sheets document B? If so, would anyone be willing to share the steps, or point me to a template/example? Thanks!
I have a number two websites that I download spreadsheets from regularly that I would love to create automated processes with. For instance my bank transactions can be downloaded as a csv or excel sheet. I would like to download a set of transactions to a folder and have Zapier automatically create records for those transactions in an Airtable without me having to open and clean up the file headers.(It’s a small local bank so I am sure they won’t be working with Zapier soon.)Is this doable? I’d also love to use this kind of zap for things like inventory reports from Squarespace.
Hi there,I'm selling books on Amazon through a publisher. It is not through a separate Amazon Seller account. I'm wondering whether anyone has any idea how I can get details of who purchases a book and then send them an email for an offer? Ideally looking for an automation or zap that sends the purchaser a link to my offer in Kajabi.Any help or workarounds would be appreciated!!Jen
Hello! I have a Zap with the action of creating a detailed event from a date on a spreadsheet. When triggered, I need the Monday event to repeat on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday of the same week (skipping Wednesday). Any ideas how I would do that using these menu options?Repeat FrequencyRepeat Every X Day(s)Repeat UntilRepeat How Many Times? I need the Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday invites to be connected to the original Monday invite, because after the zap triggers, I transfer ownership to a different user. So, for example, I can’t set an invite for Monday that repeats twice and Thursday that repeats twice, because this would require two ownership transfers. My strategy before this has been to have it repeat 5 times and then just go in and manually delete the Wednesday invites.
Hi guys, I am trying to integrate Eventbrite and Zoom via Zapier and I am hitting a wall. I’m wanting each registrant who signs up via Eventbrite to receive a link to the zoom webinar, via Zapiar. What is happening is, when a registrant signs up, they receive an email from Eventbrite but not any confirmation or link from Zoom. Instead, when a new registrant signs up, *I* receive an email from Zoom detailing MY OWN information - rather than the registrant’s. What is going wrong here and how do I resolve it? Thanks, Joanne x
I am trying to use a timestamp field from Onfleet to populate this Actual Pick Up Time fieldBut when I create the update airtable action, this field is not showingthese two fields above are formula fields derived from the Actual Pick Up Time field that is not showing in the list of options. Hi! How do I use a custom Drip tag (other than the defaults) when I want to have a user automatically enrolled in a Teachable course? I think the default Drip tag used for a trigger is “new customer”. But I’d love to use another tag that reflects a specific purchase, since I sell multiple courses and have multiple products. Hi! In the past I have created a zap with Gotowebinar and Google Sheets. Today that zap is not used. But today I need to create a differente Zap with Goto webinar using a differente Gotowebinar account/credential. If I disconnect Gotowebinar and I create new zap, in the conneconnection zapier use the old gotowebinar account. How can I use a new user?
While I have worked out how to use the Format/Utilities option to take fields from Pipedrive and convert the data into columns, and I have worked out how to create an Excel spreadsheet using the Pipedrive ID and title, what I cannot work out is how to add the data from Utilities to the spreadsheet.Here’s what I got from the Utilities:I also tried the Line Item to Text feature based on another article I found stating this is required:My spreadsheet is created: However when I get to the Add Row (or Update Row) options, while it lets me identify what spreadsheet and worksheet to update, it doesn’t give me an option to identify what row to add data to, or what data to add in each column. I only get this if i choose Row 2 (non-header row): Any help is appreciated.
Hello everyone. I had zaps running with Catch Hooks getting data from an automation program which pushed data and then Zapier processed that into Trello. But I had those webhooks running during my 14 days trial and forgot to purchase the premium license when it ended (which caused the zaps to shut down). Question is: if I purchase the premium license now and reactivate the zap will it be able to get all the data that was pushed during the time the zap was deactivated? Thank you.

HelloI am trying to figure out how can I set up slack so I always get:1 all DMs to me 2 DMs in Multi DM channel 3 anytime I am mentioned in any public or private channel. I think #3 is pretty straight forward with the zapier. How ever I don’t see an option for #1 at all and for #2 - how would I achieve that if let’s say a new multi DM popped up that I didn’t add to the list already? My use case is - I personally don’t use slack, but a lot of my clients do. They send me messages in slack in variety of ways - but it’s basically like tasks for me to do. I want them pushed to my Asana or at least get an email because between me and my team these slacks get missed. I know I can do “Push to Zapier” but that would still involve me going there and manually clicking push every time - kinda defeats the purpose. I know if we sign out of all workspaces - then Slack will send a summary email like every 15 minutes, but I think I wanted something where I am still signed in to respond to clients -

What I’ve tried:Creating a Zap using Gmail: New Email Matching Search in Gmail + Gmail:Send Email But when I got to the “Body (HTML Or Plain)” portion, there were a long list of items. I didn’t know what to check. I wanted the email with all the original header images and fonts but wasn't sure if I needed to tag everything listed. I went and searched the Expensify Community for help, they did not have the instructions I needed. I then went on to searched this Zapier Community and came across the same question. Although the question was solved, the OP indicated they already figured out 90% of the situation (but did not list what he did). Hey Y’all! I have a very useful contentful > Ontraport integration set up, but my contentful account has a 5000 entry limit and it’s taking a lot of time to manually delete them. However, when i click the + at the end of the zap it does not let me add contenful. Now, I can ALSO just create a new zap when a contact is added to ontraport, and then delete the contact in contentful, but that will literally double my zap usage. Any other ways to do this? As I’m looking here, it appears as if I can’t create any new zaps with contentful as the target. Did they remove the platform?
hi Guys, I new to Zapier, and I am having issues creating an automation.I want to send a card from Handwrytten when I add a tag to a contact in Mailchimp. I want that contact’s address and information to be the address that the card is mailed to. When I try to create the automation, Handwrytten asks me to enter the receiver’s information. But I want to automate the information from Mailchimp so that each time I add a tag to a contact, Zapier send it to Handwrytten, and it send the card from the Mailchimp contact info. I also tried to use Mailchimp to create the contact in Handwrytten and tried it that way, but handwrytten asks me to customize the contact information instead of importing it from Mailchimp. Can this be done? All I want is to send a thank you card when I add a contact. If it cannot be done with Mailchimp, can it be done with another mailing platform?
Help please:I would like help with the following. When a Lead opens an email from mailchimp, I’d like their lead information in zendesk to change. I am at a loss because the info needed to lookup in zendesk is broken. Please help
