Calendly reschedules >> update Pipedrive meeting

Hi.

I have a Zap that creates a meeting (activity) in a contact.

When the meeting is rescheduled or cancelled, I want Zapier to find that meeting and rename it to “Cancelled: <original name>”.

I switched from Zoho to Pipedrive. In Zoho I could search the appointment via date. In Pipedrive its not possible.

How can I do it?

Have you tried using these Zap actions for Pipedrive?

Yes, sure.

But I can only search via subject, which doesnt work.

I need to search via date and time like it is possible with Zoho. With Pipedrive it is not.

Ok, then you’ll need to use the Pipedrive API to search Activities: https://developers.pipedrive.com/docs/api/v1/Activities#getActivities

App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhook app as an action step: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
