When working with Google Calendar, I am currently using a Conditionally Run (Path) by Zapier to essentially choose which calendar edit. Since the only difference between these paths is which calendar gets searched/updated and I have more than three calendars (and thus don’t want to have to manage a tree of branching paths to reach every calendar, I would like to select a calendar by matching text in the name.I tried to use Formatter by Zappier to extract the appropriate Calendar name from input text, which worked fine.I then tried, in the field where you select which calendar, to choose the formatted text under the custom tab, but this doesn’t work (errors even though I tried with multiple calendar and verified the text).Is there a way I’m not seeing to dynamically search/match which google calender based on given text without relying on the “Conditionally Run …” / “Path” feature?
HiI have created a Zap from Facebook lead to google sheet, when I did this I selected only a few of the colums to be shown. Now I want to change it so more colums/data is being shown in google sheet.How do I change this? Thanks a lot // aka Beginner
I have a trigger set up that when I create a folder in BOX, it also creates it in Frame.io with the same name. How can I add a new trigger that when a file is added to that BOX folder, it also syncs inside Frame.io? Is this a function that I can only get with a paid plan? Thanks in advance!
I am attempting to create a typeform to gihub zap.When someone submits the typeform, Zapier creates an issue in my organizations repo.When I create and test the zap i get this: And when I click troubleshoot, i get this: I have looked in the Github documents about creating issues here: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/reference/issuesAnd when I check my repo, I can see that issues are enabled under the features section.Any idea what could be causing this error and how I might be able to correct it?Thanks in Advance
I’m using Zapier to send survey responses from Alchemer to Airtable. To help with filtering in Airtable, I match each question type to the corresponding field/column type in Airtable; so a likert scale (or other radio button question) is mapped to a single-select field, a checkbox question is mapped to a multi-select field/column, and open-text questions are mapped to single/long text field/column types. My survey makes heavy use of ‘Other - write in’ fields, especially in the context of multi-select (checkbox) questions. Commas are often included in these write-in fields, either by survey respondents or by Alchemer in how it formats data. However, Zapier appears to be seeing the commas and using them to break apart individual responses into smaller pieces that then get entered into Airtable incorrectly. For example, if someone writes in “Planes, trains, and automobiles” into the “Other - write in” option of a checkbox question, instead of the response “Other - write in, Planes, trains
Hi, I logged into Zapier and found that all my previous zaps disappeared and my account went back to professional trial from paid. I saw the other community post, but the solution didn’t work in my case. I also can’t see the history for previous zaps that I created. Can anyone please let me know what could be the issue here?
I would like to trigger a drip campaign in constant contact if there is no reply to an email for three days. We send quotes to potential clients that fill out a form on our website. We would like to start a drip campaign if the potential client does not respond to this email after 3 days. The emails are sent from outlook. We have a zap that creates a contact in outlook once a form is filled out in gravity forms. Also when someone fills out a form in gravity forms it creates a contact in constant contact. When this contact does not respond to the quote we would like to start a drip campaign in constant contact the educates the client about our services. Is this possible with Zapier?

Hi all, I keep getting that message and it’s test data in the form so I don’t know why it would say it’s invalid. I also tried filling out the form using my information but it doesn’t get captured in the Squarespace Zapier test data. I tried to troubleshoot this but I am lost and have spent way too many hours/days trying to figure this out. :( Thanks for your guidance!Rachel

I am working on connecting the trigger event “Get attendees” to a conference in Whova to NeonCRM, but I’m not sure which action to take. The logical one seems like it would be Update Organization Account, but when I pick that one the next step requires an account ID, but it won’t accept the one I used when I first started creating the Zap and it will only show the beginning of our membership list.
I’ve hit a wall here and am wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I have several zaps that add rows to a google sheet that have bee chugging merrily along for one week. I have another zap that listens for new rows on this sheet that has also been fine...until today. Now the ‘New Row’ event in zapier will not trigger for ANY google sheet I attempt to add it to. Old, new, none.The zaps which add rows to the sheet are still working fine however.The Zapier status page seems to say there isn’t an infra issue right now, so what the heck is happening? Why doesn’t the ‘New Row’ trigger work for any google sheets anymore? I’ve tried the Team Drive version and the Instant version of the trigger with no success. I’ve tried creating a new blank sheet and the trigger never fires. I’ve tried removing and re-adding the credentials for the google account a few times as well.
Hello! I have order data coming from WooCommerce via a webhook. Each order can have a variable number of Line Items. The Data comes over like this… Item1,Item2,Item3Price1,Price2,Price3,Meta1,Meta2,Meta3Qty1,!ty2,Qty3 What I am trying to do is loop through these line items and put it in a human readable format to put in an Asana task so that my employees can then fulfill the order. So, Qty1 - Item1 (Meta1) [Price1]Qty2 - Item2 (Meta2) [Price2]Qty3 - Item2 (Meta3) [Price3] How would one go about separating these pieces of data and then rearranging them to be in the format like above?

Hi everyone, I try to set up a trigger that when someone's purchases a specific product, they will be added to a specific audience on Mailchimp and will be tagged. Payment software is Stripe. I get stuck at the Mailchimp part, since they require an email that is already in the audience, but I need to actually get the trigger to add someone. Does anyone have experience with it? Thank you!

I’m pretty new to this so I was wondering what the difference between Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX CRM was. I have a comparitively small business and I was wondering if it’s really worth it to invest in something with as great a starting cost as this.
Hi,I created a few zaps to copy events from my calendar (Outlook) into Toggl.They work, but only 1/10. Which means one event every two days is recorded while there are 5 events every day. The zaps are on for about a week and I tried different things to see what worked. The current zaps are the best solution I found.Attached are screenshots of one of my zaps.The duration is the difference between the end and the start date. Changing it to seconds (like 3600) doesn’t change anything, apart the duration if it’s not 1h.What else could I do?Thanks!

I just setting up my first two Zaps and I came across an issue. I setup a Zap to push new events from Outlook to Todoist. This Zap works well.However, when I created a second Zap to push Outlook event updates to Todoist, it seems there is no way to identify the correct Todoist task/event that should be updated. If several task/events have the same name, there doesn’t appear to be a way to differentiate between them because the only way to search is by name.Is this just a limitation that prevents Zapier from being the solution I need or am I missing something?
I would like to take a voice mail URL and transcribe into English (i.e., text). Voice Mail comes into Twilio I can get that voice messages as a URL I would like to transcribe that voice message Would like to have the text from the voice message appear in Google Sheets (easy part likely)I have played around with Twilio’s transcription function and including IBM’s Watson but they are not very accurate.
