I have set up a zap that feeds new contact records from Uscreen to Hubspot. This is working fine.I now need a zap that will feed any updates to those contact records in Uscreen through to Hubspot to update the existing records there (using event: Update Contact)When I test this out, it works ok when I set the Object ID on the Hubspot side to the actual ID value of the record to be updated in Hubspot.But obviously I can’t do this manual intervention when the zap is set to automatically run. The problem as I see it is that when the record is 1st created on Uscreen it has a Uscreen_ID. When the ‘new contact’ zap runs and adds a record to Hubspot, a Hubspot_ID is assigned to that record by Hubspot.So when the record is updated in Uscreen and passed to the ‘update contact’ zap, how can that zap know which record in Hubspot to update, as the Hubspot ID won’t be available in the data passed from Uscreen?
Hi I was wondering if it was possible when using “get many spread sheets” to be able to include your header data i.e. date, account, email etc. when testing I only seem to be able to get the data with no headers so to anyone reading it wouldn’t make much sense. if you view the attachment it will make more sense. Is there any way of being able to include the headers alongside the data? or do i need to be using an additional tool like formatter? Thanks
Hi I seem to have an intermittent issue when connecting Toggl to my Excel table on a document on SharePoint.The Zap is simply to add a new row when I make a time entry.It seems to work fine however after a while I get an alert saying Excel: The app returned “The resource could not be found”.When I go to the Zap and replay it, it works fine.My spreadsheet is on my SharePoint directory. I’m not in it, nor have I renamed any tables / tab / filenames.

I have duplicated a Google sheets sheet (Sheet A) to another Google sheets sheet (Sheet B). I am trying to duplicate any changes in Sheet A to Sheet B. This seems like it would be super easy but I am running into issues. I am able to update a single row or copy a new sheet upon changes but I just want to simply Mirror Sheet A to Sheet B. Will someone provide a link or a provide a guide?Thank you.
Hi, I've been trying to setup this integration appointment scheduled in acuity scheduling > create new item in monday.com. After entering the column values in the fields to the left, and entering in the information that I need in JSON format in the right fields. After I’ve setup the zap and test it out, I either get an error message that says “invalid value” or the item is never created. I’ve contacted the Zapier team and the Monday.com team and neither have been helpful. I’m hoping someone from this community can help! Thanks
There was an update in Freshping on 2021/08/17 and the payload of the webhook was changed to v2.I don't know if this is the cause, but I can't create an Integration with Freshping as the trigger.The following error is displayed. Are there any plans to support this issue?
I am receiving the following error in my Send SMS through Kixie step. It’ started out of nowhere and is now affecting all 30+ of my zaps I use this feature on. any help would be great. it says “successful” however, nothing actually goes through. However each time zap runs it does not really transfer all the data I require. There is no visible pattern of why Zapier cuts it.Does anyone have any experience in making Notion + amo zaps?
Hi all, I’m testing Zapier to connect GoCanvas (form builder app) and Excel online. The goal is each time a submission is received it will create a new Excel file based on a pre-formatted template with unique file name. So far I’ve successfully achieved creating a new Excel file and unique name, but I can’t figure out how to get any sort of auto formatting or template happening. The template would have a job summary section at the top where it details client name, address etc which would populate from certain fields and then a table below where inventory items are listed, populating from other fields. Is this something I can do with Zapier, or should I be looking to something like Power Automate in 365 to perform the formatting step? Thanks in advance for reading!

I ahave been workin on this for a while, The idea is to export the order (.xls) from woocommerce to google sheet daily.I want to export this daily. Meaning, there will be new tabs created everyday for daily export sheet.Example: on 15th August, zapier will automatically export the excell order sheet from woocommerce and import it to google sheets under a single tab. On the 16th August, the same process will happen but i want zapier to import the order sheet onto a new tab. Therefore, by the end of the month, i will have 1 tab for each day (1 tab for 1 order sheet daily)I have figured out a way to go around this. 1. Hi all!New to Zapier, really like what I’m seeing.I’m looking for a way to move google drive folders. I see it’s not an option yet.Wondering if anyone has a work around or suggestion on how to make what I need happen.I use pipedrive crm and when a new deal is added it triggers the google drive action of creating a folder with the deal id - customer name for structure. I have been doing this manually for about 7 years. Earlier this year I started having power automate from Microsoft do it automatically and was the best thing since sliced bread.Now I’m seeing zapier is much more powerful for my other apps and I’m switching.So on to my question.I have all my deals organized in folders by the year. So each year the folder has about 300 sub folders for each deal that came my way.
