I’ve managed to get all of the steps working in my Zap, but the main thing I need is for the activity I create to be linked to a lead in Pipedrive. The only option it gives is a Deal (see screenshot), instead of Lead. Is this simply not possible? I’ve tried to use the Lead ID in the Deal Field but it does not work.

You’ll likely have to use the Pipedrive API: https://developers.pipedrive.com/docs/api/v1/Activities#addActivity
Try creating a custom action with the help of AI.
