i have a Zap set up to send an email via Mailjet with a Mailjet template. I am using variables in the Mailjet template to receive the data from Google Sheets. When I test the step everything fires and I receive the email, but the variables just show the default data and not the data from Google Sheets. The zap is passing data because I pass the “First Name” of the record into the subject of the email. When I receive the test email I the subject has the “First Name” of the record from Google Sheets.
Every time I sell a product, I need to create a new google folder that has a customized google sheet and a customized google form. My zap does that, but I also need to set it so the responses from the new form go to the new sheet, and as far as I can tell there isn’t an action for that.I see there are ways to set up an action where if the Form gets a new response, a new row gets added to a specific Google Sheet. Problem is, that would count as a new task every time someone submits the form, and I’m going to be getting so many Form responses that that isn’t practical for me. I can link the two manually through Google Forms, but it sure would be nice not to have to if there’s a way to automate that without eating through all my allotted tasks.
I would to know how can I create a new user in Goodbarber when I add a new row with the ner user information. I know how to import them manually but I would like to create a Zap that populates the new user in Goodbarber user.list when a new row is added in Google Sheet for example. I can't find a way to do it. Thank you in advance
I have one client that uses SMS by Zapier as an Action in a few of their Zaps, which still continue to serve as needed.However, I recently set up a new client with a new account, new Zap, and SMS by Zapier is no longer in the list of available Apps for my Action.I checked on my existing client's account, and sure enough, SMS by Zapier does not appear as an Action option in new Zaps, even though existing Zaps still have it functioning properly.What's going on here?
What I am trying to accomplish In CompanyCam when a project is created is that it creates an opportunity in LeadConnector and or Go Highlevel. I tried to set it up this way but it did not work, so I assumed that maybe I would need to connect CompanyCam to Google Drive, then connect Google Drive to LeadConnector for the creation of a new opportunity that would also populate the photos inside that opportunity. However I have not been successful in creating this ZAP. I know this is possible, I have seen it done in JobProgress, JobNimbus and other platforms as well. Any feedback would greatly be appreciated. Can i create specific tags or groups in Microsoft Outlook and then it will prompt a new task to that group?
The simple version is that she assigns categories to an email (categories are people specific, to handle the task, herself being one of them) that she will manually forward to Click Up. She would love to set up a Zap that sends the email to her Click Up, after tagging it manually, without her having to manually send it.
Hi - I have many flows that use GPT actions. These actions keep getting delayed, does anyone know why they are delayed (‘waiting’)? We are on a team plan so polling time should be 1 min although the actions are often delayed much longer. It almost always happen with GPT actions, we aren’t hitting rate limits, usage limits, etc. Any advice/thoughts would be helpful. Thanks
Hi All,Hoping you can help. I’ve created a Zap between Microsoft365 and ActiveCampaign. However, I haven’t made it live, because I don’t want it pulling across ALL my calendar events/bookings. What I really want is a Zap between my Microsoft Bookings account and ActiveCampaign, then events that Zap across, would only be client bookings and all else would remain outside of the Zap parameters.Given the Microsoft 365 integration is the only option currently, how do I ensure it’s only my client bookings that get pulled across? I don’t need personal or other business events/bookings needlessly pulling across, otherwise I will have a lot of random and un-needed data coming into ActiveCampaign (my CRM).Your help is greatly appreciated and thanks all in advance.Cheers, PMS365

I have three products in Stripe (Book 1, Book 2, etc.) and each product has its own group in Mailer Lite (Book 1, Book 2, etc.). I need to add a specific product contact (book 1) in Stripe to a Mailer Lite group (book 1). Is it possible?
Hi,I think I saw that with a free account, there is a limit to the number of tasks I get per day. So if I set up an autoresponder “welcome email”, does it only respond so many times per day? And if so, how does that work? So if I’m allowed 10 autoresponders per day and I have 20 signs ups, how would those remaining 10 work? Thanks in advance.
Hello all,we would like to use Zapier together with GravityForms. After submitting the form, a payment link is to be created - this also works so far.However, the problem is that on the payment page, only the credit card payment method is available. However, another payment method (giropay) should be displayed. In the Stripe dashboard, no payment methods can be managed for the Zapier API ("Zapier manages the payment methods for you - Zapier has not enabled you to manage payment methods from the dashboard.").Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hey,I am trying to create a product in Shopify when I receive an order for it in Baselinker. It works flawlessly except for the SKU part, when I add the SKU to be added in Zapier and test the action it does not show in the product on Shopify. The product gets created with the correct price, title, description, and everything. Except for the SKU, does anyone have an idea how can I fix this?
Hi,I have created a Zap to connect my Unbounce form submission to Mailer Lite.Zapier connects to Unbounce without a glitch and properly identifies the form I want to capture and it loads the last 3 records successfully.Same result with MailerLite, I am able to identify and select the subscriber group and the email field. When completing the test I get the following message:“A Subscriber was sent to MailerLite about 1 second ago”I proceed to publishBut I don’t get any subscriber information on MailerLite…Any ideas why the subscriber data is not populating if zapier test is successful ?Thank you,Oscar
Hello,I am looking for a way to make Zapier run in a similar way buffer.com does.I am preparing a bunch of post, that need to be published in Telegram (Directly from Zapier) and Twitter (via Buffer)As I am preparing the post in bunch, let’s say 70 for an entire week, and I would like that zapier will publish 10 per day, till the stack is empty.I have seen this postBut is not exactly what I need, as I am looking the possibility that Zapier will get a stack of task, and will execute only 10 every day, till the stack is empty.An alternative way would be a paid buffer account, but if I could manage inside zapier I would be happier.Any suggestion?Many thanks in advance,Best regards
