Hi Y’all I’ve been trying to set up a Zap to produce a new draft quote in Xero upon a trigger in Smartsheet. I’ve got the Smartsheet part set up OK but I am stumped on the Xero side of things. I keep getting a message saying:“Failed to create a create new quote draft in XeroPlease reconnect your Xero account to Zapier on https://zapier.com/app/connections and try again.”But when I go and test the connect it says I am connected. The troubleshoot says I need to make sure my column formatting is tiptop, but I’m sure it is. Any ideas?
Hi Zapier community!I have a Gmail to Gmail zap configured to trigger off of a NEW ATTACHMENT in a folder, and then action to SEND AN EMAIL to a BI tool. My issue is that I receive 2 emails that I am having a hard time filtering into separate folders. Instead of fumbling around with Google email filters, I was hoping I can control with Zapier. I would like to set up Zapier to send just one of the emails that comes into the folder instead of both. The emails come in about 10 mins apart from each other daily too. Is there a way to ignore one of these while still forwarding the other?Thanks!!
Hello! I have tried searching for the solution to this problem all over the internet with no success! I’m hoping someone here can help.I create all my social media posts in Asana. I would like to have the auto-post to various social media outlets via Zapier and Buffer. I have already encountered a problem when the post includes a photo. The error reads...Error from halted execution: Invalid image url parameter supplied (no data found)It says this if I grab a URL for the photo from canva, or if I download the canva image and copy/paste it into the notes section of the task card. Does anyone have any insight?

Looking to create a Zap with the action being an ‘Update to a Person’ in Daylite software. All I need to do is append a keyword, but in order to find the person, Zapier is asking for a ‘Reference’: “The reference of the person to be modified, of the form '/v1/contacts/1000' where 1000 is the contact id.”. I’m not sure what the contact id is, and I can’t seem to write this in a way that works for the Zap. Anyone know how to work with this reference piece? Thanks in advance!
Hi,I’m trying to copy the worksheet of new files added to a specific folder in Google drive. For the action of copying to take place I need to define the worksheet name, which I don’t have, so I added the find worksheet action and have added the dynamic fields from the New file in folder, yet I keep on getting error that the worksheet is not found. Is there a way to make the action work with dynamic fields? or an alternative solution?Thanks!
Hey, I would like to copy newly created files within the subfolder of one of my S3 buckets to Google Drive. Unfourtunately I can just see the S3 bucket but not the subfolders. If I upload any File in the S3 bucket or it´s subfolders, the Zapier doesn´t recognize it when I want to test the step. Can anybody help me with that?
So I made this zap, where when a cell in a specific column is changed, it send the change to the same column in the same row in the database. Hello everyone! So I have a zap that pulls certain tickets to Airtable with different kind of information. However there are a few things I’m still missing: Isn’t it possible to get internal notes from Zendesk tickets to show up in Airtable through a Zap? When a ticket is moved from one Status to another (eg. On hold to Closed) in Zendesk I want this record to move in Airtable as well (eg. Open to Closed) - is that possible through a Zap?BestChristian

Good morning,I’ve been using Zapier for a minute and have run into an issue suddenly I have never experienced before. I will outline the process below, which I’ve followed hundreds of times. Trigger: Hubspot - New Contact in ListAfter selecting the correct list in Hubspot and verifying that I am using a static list (not an active/dynamic list), I go to test the trigger. The Hubspot list currently has one contact in it. When I run the trigger test, it pulls up a random contact that is not in the list. It continues to pull up random contacts that are not in the list. I gave it some time thinking that maybe Hubspot had not caught up, but after 48 hours - I’m still having the same issue. Why would Zapier be retrieving data from a contact that is not in the list and what can I do to proceed?The End GoalWhen a new contact is in the list, I use Zapier to send a Google Calendar invitation to that contact. Seems super simple, right? Well, we only have 2 Zaps Google Forms > Google Calendar && Google Sheet > Monday.com. All my fields are mapped how we want. Everything works smooth, but every week, without fail, Zapier holds my Zaps because of a bulk warning. (Which we appreciate a lot). But, this is not sustainable. We only need the new data to transfer, that’s it. No replays no re-runs. Do we need to set up a transfer to control this? Things we tried:Deleting all the held zaps from being ran (but they just retry next week)Messaging supportTroubleshooting Zaps videos on YT.
Hello Zap Community, My organization uses Microsoft Exchange for email and does not allow integration w/ Zap for security reasons. However, I do want the capability to send specific, personal emails into my Notion (e.g. records about my time off or my career plan). I found this Medium article that achieves this:https://medium.com/@MaxvanBerk/how-to-send-emails-to-your-notion-workspace-271cb5a447a8 So, my understanding is that I can forward an email (from anywhere) to this ‘Email by Zapier’ and it will then insert it into Notion. Neat! The issue I’m facing is that when I’m trying to set up a trigger using ‘Email by Zapier’, I get the following error when trying to test it:“We couldn't find a new inbound email. Create a new new inbound email in your Email by Zapier account and test your trigger again.” I’ve tried searching for a couple of hours and getting lost. What’s up everyone, loving the community so far, just wanted to follow up with one of the problems I’m having right now. Currently I’m trying to give a role to people who send a new message into a channel in a discord server. I’ve already got the first part done (people who have never sent a message in the channel).Now I’m having trouble figuring out how to give that role to people who have previously sent a message in that channel.Example for clarification:Person A and B who joined before the zap is created should also receive the role just like person C who just (after the zap is created) sent a message into that channel.Hope this makes sense and it would be nice if someone could guide me. Hi All! I’m having trouble getting Zapier to allow me to take a completed contract from Outlaw and add it as an attachment to a row in Smartsheets. I don’t seem to be seeing the proper populated field to use to get that to occur. If anyone has any solutions, I’d be appreciative. The document itself doesn’t necessarily have to be attached as long as people can directly get to it in Outlaw.
We are running a campaign through Freshsales Suit:Send an email with the link to place an order or schedule a call If a meeting is scheduled(Calendly), the contact will exit the campaign I will get Zapier to update the custom field of the contact and then set a condition in the campaign, once the condition is met (in this case, scheduling a meeting), they exit If a contact places the order, they exit the campaign This is the part that I am not sure how to achieve. I thought of getting the order data on a google sheet and let Zapier update Freshsales contact based on the information in the sheet. Then similar to the meeting, set condition. Is there a better way to achieve this through Zapier ?
I cannot create a trigger in Google sheets because google cannot load the column header names. Can I hand-write in a column name instead? Clearly the connection magic is failing, but I know what column I want. This is a google sheet automation that worked until I went to edit the trigger to change the column of trigger. Once I did that it was now unable to see any columns in the sheet. It is a Google DRive file. I have tried both (team drive) and not (team drive) variants.
