Hello!I have created an order management app through Airtable that tracks our open orders through their entire process. We import to Airtable through a Zapier Zap from an Excel file that was exported out of our POS system. We have a master key that comes out of our POS system and it is unique to each item in every single open order (each row is an item, not an order). Once the item status has been set to "Complete" I have it set up in Airtable to move to a "Completed Items" Kanban view.We need a way for Airtable, Zapier, whichever to recognize when the item has been invoiced (paid for, left the building). When an order is invoiced it will not show up in our "Open Customer Orders" Excel export from the POS system any longer. (Makes sense, of course.) There will be no master key to map to.My boss is wondering if there is any way to tell Airtable that this order has been "Invoiced" due to the fact that ALL Master keys under a given invoice number are set to complete. I have a Zap that takes files from an Airtable database and uploads to ChatGPT: I want to add those files to the Assistant, so that as more files come into airtable (or email, or whatever) then go into the Assistant. Is it possible to do this from Zapier? I can see how to associate a file with a Conversation, but not with the Assistant. Thanks!
Using ChatGPT Plus, I’ve created a custom GPT.I would like a Zap step to make a request to my GPT, and receive a response — is this possible?I tried using the ChatGPT action “Conversation With Assistant”, but the Zap editor is not able to find any Assistants in my ChatGPT account.I also tried using various substrings from my GPT URL as a custom value — https://chat.openai.com/g/g-bk9JRiiWc-is-chatgpt-assistant-the-same-as-a-custom-gpt — but each attempt returns errors like No assistant found with id 'g-bk9JRiiWc'// note: my GPT is Private, so you will not be able to access it at the URL i’ve provided.Is it possible for the Zapier-ChatGPT action “Conversation With Assistant” to communicate with my GPT? Or, is there some other method to connect Zapier with my GPT?

Hi there, I am trying to build a Zap connecting Instantly (Email outreach software) with WhatsApp Messenger. The process contains 2 steps: Trigger: A new reply is received in Instantly Action: Send me a message in WhatsApp about the new message This Zap has worked perfectly before with Twilio (SMS provider) sending me SMS messages; I simply want to replace Twilio with Whatsapp now. After I set everything up and go to test WhatsApp, I get the following error message: “Failed to create a message in WhatsApp NotificationsThe app returned "(#100) Invalid parameter". THE PROBLEM: I have hundreds of shipments in my e-comm to update with tracking numbers. There is no batch upload process to do this but I can and have made API calls to update the shipments. Thing is, in order to update the shipment I need a ShipmentId which is a unique identifier and in order to get that I need to make another API call.Here’s a zap I have in place that works fine: I send a CSV with columns for ACCOUNT NUMBER, ORDER NUMBER, VENDOR NAME, and TRACKING NUMBER to Zapier. Import the CSV and then start to loop over them. First I make an API call using the ORDER NUMBER and VENDOR NAME – this returns the ShipmentId which I use to make another call to update the shipment with tracking number.The ACCOUNT NUMBER is used for auth.This all works fine, but you can imagine that this gobbles up a lot of tasks. Failed to create a message in OpenPhone: The app returned, "The 'To' number is not a valid phone number.
I created a Zap to send a confirmation text message to a person after they have requested pricing information from me. The Zap sends contact data from Sprout Studio to OpenPhone. However, the test shows a "+1" country code is added to beginning of the phone number when the contact is created in OpenPhone. This causes the following error in OpenPhone:Before submitting the test, Zapier confirms I did NOT add the “+1” country code. In the screen shot below, you can see the ‘to:’ field shows (123) 456-7890.In the ‘To’ field, you can see the data I inserted from Sprout Studio, and as you can see, I did not add the “+1” country code: However, when the sample contact is created in OpenPhone, the “+1” country code is added. Hello everyone. I have created my first zap to create a product on WooCommerce from Airtable. The first step is “New Record in Airtable” and the next step is “Create a Product in WooCommerce. I am stuck with Attributes. I have the following question:Do I have to create attributes and terms on WooCommerce manually? How do we add the attribute from Airtable table?I used Formatter by Zapier and it seems like the product will have attributes, but when the product is created on WooCommerce, attributes are not created or picked up. I have added a screenshot below.The following documentation does not help either. I’m attempting to pull information from a custom field in Cvent, and Zapier is able to pull the applicable ‘Custom Fields ID’ - but how can I take ONE of the IDs in the list to pull for a specific field in Zapier? For instance, the first ID listed below is associated with the ‘Program Name’ - but is there anyway to parse that FIRST ID consistently? Sorry if this is a bit a bit basic of a question - thanks!
Zapier is having issues with spooling the Product Image URL, hence the reason why it is not sending the URL to Nudgify's data feed. The data feed ONLY receives whatever data that is sent to it. It can't edit incoming data from a data source. If Zapier does not supply particular data, in this case the Product Image URL, there is little to nothing that the Nudgify app can do to correctly map it.

Hi All.I am trying to generate invoices on our account package (Pennylane) via orders placed in Shopify.Sadly the zap is failing as Pennylane is looking for a customer type of either individual or company. It seems that neither can be found in the data available on the order.Is there a workaround?Any help much appreciatedChristopher
It appears that the beta version of data source integration has been turned on as of 27 June 2023. I’ve uploaded my 250 KB .txt data file and started asking questions. I have enabled the setting of “When results are not found from the data source” to provide a custom message - not to “Generate an Ai response without data sources.” and response with “Please ask a question about <the subject matter of my text file>.”Based on my initial tests, the chatbot is not using my data source to answer questions. I ask questions specific to information that is containing within my data source file and receive answers that are not within my datasource. My data source is specific to first aid and I can ask questions about how to bake a cake and receive recipes. My data source contains nothing about baking a cake.It’s beta and bugs are expected. Zapier will get it worked out. I am excited about this new feature.Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?Jeff

Hi Using instructions https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/18151892318861-Embed-a-chatbot-on-a-webpage and switch on restrict domain and enter allowed domain eg mydomain.com or www.mydomain.com. but this now restricts mydomain.com from using the interface and get chat-app-0e4efa.zapier.app refused to connect. If I switch off restrict domains it works. Does this work ok for other users ?

I am trying to create a zap that connects a specific monday.com board to a specific google chat conversation. Zapier advertises an integration that specifically claims to accomplish this and even show the current google chats logo in the recipe. When I go to connect my apps, the google chat logo changes to google hangouts logo. I can successfully connect my google chat account as seen below But when I go to select the specific conversation, there are no results. Is this integration outdated as it appears to be connecting to google hangouts which was discontinued about a year ago? Or, is there something else going on?
