Xero integration carriage return being removed from string when being zapped into Xero. This there a new way to add a carriage return to a string

The issue has recently happen without any changes to the zap in question . The data is a multi line string with a carriage return in it. the DATA out has the carriage return but the DATA IN doesn’t. Leaving Zapier and entering XERO the carraige return is removed. The field is POAddress1. May I ask who writes the integration for XERO?
