I'm relaunching my supplement brand and want to develop a tool that uses B.J Foggs Tiny Habits principles to remind customers to take their supplements every day.
My idea is to use Notion, so if they do not check the “Taken supplements” box by a certain time every day, an SMS, ideally via Kartra, will be sent to remind them.
Please advise if this is possible with Zapier
