Hi everyone, I made a multiple google drives subzap trigger, that connects to a slack message action.. it works well, might I say too well.The problem I’m having is every time people upload 20 file at a time, I’ll get 20 spammed message in slack.I was thinking if it’s possible to do something like:if it triggers, ignore new trigger for the next X minutes.or maybe there’s other solutions to my problem?
Hello,I was configuring “Create Lead in Odoo CRM” step but somehow after several days it no longer shows me the “Action” tab with parameters to fill, see attachment here: I only have App & event, Account and Test. Obliviously when launching test it gives me error, but I can’t understand what it is, I only know it’s related to the php XML-RPCHow can this be solved?Thanks in advance,Marco
I really need help trying to find actual examples of setting up a post to instagram business. I’m new to all this and not that techy and everything I can find just sends me to documentation which I don’t understand. Ultimately I am setting up a zap between wordpress and instagram so that when a post is published in Wordpress it then posts to my instagram account as well. I have the wordpress and instagram connections setup and they tested successfully, but when I go to select an event it keeps asking me to ‘Create a custom action Beta’. I have 0 idea what this means and would very much appreciate actual real examples of how someone set that up for me to follow, not documentation and instructions! thank you!
Hi, I have a lot of list that i need to update example : Category from Phone to Car vice versa. But i want to edit or update it using google sheet and automatically also updated in Notion as Notion is our main CRM.I tried to use ‘’Update Database Item in Notion” but it doesn’t work. Example of Notion database i use and Zapier setting i currently use. For “item” field i dont know to to fill with.Appreciate if someone can look into it and help me make this works thank you!my google sheet

The problem I am having is that the lead information uploads fine but it skips on my “Wait” Steps in Calendly. How can I fix this?

I want to write an automation that when I ask a question through the comment section in Azure Devops via @[name] (mentioning) - the user should get an automated reminder if he does not respond within 24 hours. The reminder could be any sort of communication - e.g. E-Mail or MS Teams message.I know that I should rather ask this on the Azure Devops Platform but let’s be honest - it not gonna happen there within the next 5 years - but maybe it can happen within a zap.
I have a Sub-Zap where some arguments are going to be empty strings or null, but when trying to test, they come through in the Sub-Zap with a string value of “missing sample data”.All other references to this seem to have been marked resolved, but clearly it’s still an issue. Is this still an outstanding bug?
Hello, I’ve created a zap for information in a new row on a google sheet to then send that information to asana and create a new task within a certain project. After I did the test the connection worked but it only populated the task name field but the other fields were all blank. I have a feeling this has to do with custom fields. You can see in the example below I can pull up the custom fields but then no of that information gets added to the custom fields on asana project. Can someone let me know what I’m doing wrong?
Hello, I’m working on a Zap which creates a Zoom meeting on behalf of another user. When I construct the URL to include the user’s Zoom ID, it works fine. However, when I use their email address, I get the error ‘Invalid URL’. I’m using the API Request step to create the Zoom meeting.When I use Postman and enter an email address in the URL, it works fine. Is there anything in particular I need to do in Zapier when constructing a URL that contains an email address?Here’s what does work. However, I want to replace the Zoom User ID with an email address.
I have a zap where step 2 generates a PDF from a system. Step 3 is where that PDF is added to our CRM. The zap started failing on step 3 because step 3 didn’t generate the PDF. We have it sorted now and the zap is running fine but I have a weeks worth of Zaps that didn’t get PDF’s generated. I want to go back to just those zaps and replay them from step 1 so that the PDF’s get generated and go through to the CRM system. Any way to retrigger these zaps from the beginning? the replay will only replay the failed step. Thanks
So I started to write this post as another request for an inline if statement, like these two: Any probably many more, but as I was, I had an idea about the branches, and what happens when more than one filter is met, ie more than one branch evaluates to true. I had always presumed that it would only do the first one, but in fact that is not the case, it runs both. In the above I had the same check, my name, but any 2 true statements would work. And in the Slack message I had 2 different messages, and I received both upon triggering this. This way you can just do a branch, with the condition you want to check, run the conditional statement[s], and then as long as the other path condition is also true, they should both run. Hope that helps someone.
Hi allI’m facing this error when using ChatGPT. Error message: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully. Note: This particular error started appearing since the last few days. And at every point the error occurred, I checked OpenAI Status and it showed all their systems are operational. I have a paid OpenAI plan, API access. It appears to me that Zapier is not giving enough time to get the response from OpenAI and rushing through to the next step. Here is my workflow, (I’m using the latest ChatGPT version on Zapier): I tried contacting support, they are super slow and their feedback is not being helpful. For the past few days, it’s just being impossible to get any of the Zaps using ChatGPT to work. We’ve burned through 2000 tasks with zero output as Zapier will just keep failing to retrieve a response from ChatGPT as it just won’t wait for the response. Initially I thought perhaps OpenAI is under stress due to high traffic, but, day after day,
I have setup a Zap with google calendar to find an event at its start date with the specific search term. The search term is “family zoom” which is the title of the event. It should find the event because it is already in my calendar, instead it keeps pulling a test event. I had this zap setup before and it found the event no problem and worked. I set it up the exact same way and now it won’t work. See the images below for reference.
Hi everyonethe setup shhould be staight forward, but is unfortuantely no working.My trigger is a new attachement in a specific folder in Gmail, which is daily a “Data.csv”This should be replaced at Gdrive in order to keep the same URL. In the action I’ve chosen Replace File in Google Drive, the according folder and file “Data.csv.”Then I have to chose, which file I want to upload and there are a bunch of options, which I don’t understand or are not self explaining to me. I’ve tried “Attachments (no data)” or “Attachement (exists, but not shown)” and some more, but nothing works. Which is the correct one to choose or where do I do the mistake?Thanks and KR
Hello, I’m trying to do an integration with Freshdesk the relies on the emial address of the Ticket Requester, yet after setting up the zap, it shows “no data” in that field. In Freshdesk the email is there and confirmed. This is also happening for other fields such as Requester First Name… Any help on this would be appreciated!!! Thanks.
Hello! I'm wondering how do I set up Zapier to send out an automatic fall behind messages to people on Slack who fall behind in the product or missions from Kajabi? So basically, we have products or mission on Kajabi and there are some folks who are being behind so we want to remind them of that. I'm not sure how to do this and if this makes sense but my idea is to trigger the automated message by the completion rates from Kajabi. When you click analytics on the Kajabi dashboard, and click on product progress, we can populate reports for each mission or product. So we could use that as a trigger (if that is possible) so that when the due date or the goal for a specific time has not been accomplished, we can send them automated message thru Slack. I tried to create an integration but the trigger seems to be set to assessments and can't read any data from our site.
I am very new to this but I have questions about incorporating a good amount of real time data analysis. Will I need specific articles or can I use general websites to gather information from. Are there ways of finding specific data bases that already have the real-time data I am looking for or do I need to find every data point manually?
Hiya, I’ve set up a zap from my website to Mailerlite and it’s working but still sending subscribers into the classic version - I don't see an option to choose between Classic Mailerlite and the new version - this is the while reason why I need the zap to divert people there. Anyone know how to change which version subscribers go into? When I click mailerlite it doesn't show me two options. Help! Thanks in advance
I have tried setting up a Zap to grab a file from and SFTP and upload all rows to a Google Sheet. I am using Easy FTP as the file location. I selected “new file in folder” as the event. I then use Formatter by Zappier (utilities) to format the CSV. I then used Google Sheets with the action Update Spreadsheet Row(s) to Google Sheets but I only get it to update one row because it requires a row number. The report I am dropping on the SFTP has over 500 lines (but less than 1000). The idea is that when the file drops (once a day) the google spreadsheet will be updated will all new rows replacing prior ones. I have tried some of the line item options but still cannot make it work.
