Converting contacts from an Outlook invite into a format that Smartsheets can use
I have a lot of Zoom meetings where the invite is listed in Outlook. I send out meeting notes after I’m done via Smartsheets. I want to quickly format the contacts from Outlook and paste them into a contact cell in Smartsheets. If I just copy them the format comes up with name <firstname.lastname@example.org> Smartsheets doesn’t recognize it as a contact and I end up having to type out all the attendees or invitees anyway. Is it possible to do this?
Need to Add Tag to Email List member after Post Publish
Hi, I have a Wordpress website that allows users to submit blog posts. When they upload a post, it get’s uploaded as “ready to review” then I publish once I’ve reviewed it.I would like an email flow to trigger when I’ve published it to notify them that the post is now live.I’ve set up a automation in EmailOctopus that when a tag get’s added to an email, the flow triggers.My issue comes with the Zapier part, I am trying the Wordpress Zap “When Post is Updated” OR “When post is published” and the Action “Add tag to EmailOctopus” but in the Action it requires an email and the Trigger doesn’t seem to pull the email? It pulls it “author: but that just gives me their ID number.Is there a way to pull the email of a Wordpress post Author that I’m missing?
Multiple spreadsheets zap
Hey everyone. I’m wondering if it’s possible somehow to create a zap from a CRM (Pipedrive in this case) to Google Sheets, where depending on the person selected in Pipedrive, it finds and updates the spreadsheet with the name of the customer. For some background, the company I work for has a spreadsheet dedicated to each service provider we use to help our customers. So customer places an order with us, we look at the best service provider for them and add an order to the spreadsheet we share with them. I understand it’s possible to find worksheets, but what about spreadsheets in general and then worksheets specifically? Thank you in advance for helping!
Problem with Zapier automation between Monday.com and Excel
Hello AllI need help solving a problem with an automation.The automation is supposed to add a new row to an Excel sheet every time a new item is created or updated in Monday.com. I've mapped the columns from Monday.com to the corresponding columns in Excel (using the column IDs).During the test, the row is correctly created in Excel with all the information in the right place, but when I add a new user on monday, only the first column corresponding to the item name (pulse name ?!) is added on excel, without the data from the other columns.I've tried troubleshooting the problem by checking the Zap, verifying the column mappings, and checking the data in Monday.com, but without success.If anyone has encountered this problem before or has suggestions on what I could try next, I would be very grateful for your help.Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
Issues with Triggering a Zap in Salesforce - Can't Find Any Matching Records
Hello Everyone,I'm currently facing a bit of a challenge and I was hoping someone here could help me out. I've been trying to trigger a Zap in Salesforce using the 'Updated Field' as the trigger. I've set certain criteria within the trigger action and I have a couple of records that match these criteria.Despite this, Zapier doesn't seem to be able to find any of these records. I've double-checked my criteria and the matching records to ensure they're correct. I've also tested and retested the process to no avail.Has anyone encountered a similar problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Could there be something I might have overlooked in the configuration of the zap?Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. considering i have been a member here for all of two weeks i am prettyhappy with some of the things i have pulled off without much experience thank you chatgpt 4 for introducing me here as well as helping me automate so much - i am really looking forward to getting to know everyone better! i have built a big site out done everything i need - the last stage - having chatgpt write one blog post a day using a blog service that i can embed through squarespace - think i need an external blog based on discussions with squarespace - idea anyone? i can take care of everything i think just need if a(chatgpt) then b (post to blog) then c (embed in squarespace - ideas? thanks so much! hamish
How to create a incident response zap?
I really am stumped on how to figure this out. I have read several articles regarding the integration but still I cannot figure out how to create a zap with my tools affectively. It has definitely been a frustrating experience. Any help is especially appreciated! <3The tools I have is:PagerDuty- incident management toolStatusCake- Website performance monitoring toolMonday.com- ticketing system toolSlack- Communication tool Right now I have Statuscake sending alerts to Slack. However, Statuscake does not have enough zap integrations on zapier to get the severity of the issue and cannot properly work with monday.com.I used zapier to format the message from the Statuscake alert in Slack and to hopefully make a ticket in Monday.com. Now I am trying to figure out how to get these tools to work together to trigger for incident response from a Slack message that has a Statuscake alert and make it to a Monday.com ticket.

Once I manually check a checkbox on the same row, their contact record is populated on another worksheet using the Query formula. =IFNA(QUERY('Sheetname'!A53:C53,"select A,B where C=True",0), ""). This new worksheet is used in a zap where updated rows are used to send emails to our customers. If a checkbox is checked for column denied, then that contact will appear in denied worksheet and a denied email will be sent to the client. Screenshot attached.Issue: Lately we have been running into all our tasks being held because “Too much data sent” by google sheet. To me, it seems like because google sheet formulas are periodically updated, the formula above updates all rows even if there is nothing to update and all 1200 rows are sent to Zapier.Any feedback / s
Alert to tell me that an attachment is too large to send in an email?
Hi all! I’m hoping someone can help. I have a zap process that takes a direct download link from a google sheet and sends an email with the file attachment. I have been successful so far. If the file is larger than 25 mb, it doesn’t send through gmail. I have no way of knowing what doesn’t send because zapier doesn’t tell me. Is there anyway for me to build in a rule (if under 25 mb - do this, if over 25 mb do something else), or a step in my process that checks file size before trying to send the email? Or some alert when it’s not successful? Thank you!

I had the same issue. I found another post with the solution:“It was the contact name that was causing the issue. It needs to be a GUID number.But thankfully Zapier makes it easy to do a search on the name that i had and returned a GUID number that I used.”If you do a Xero contact search, the required field is not ‘Contact’ but rather the alpha-numeric “Contact ID”
FB lead to Hubspot list missing data on list
I have a zap that sends our lead’s information to a Hubspot List. The problem is that, sometimes it shows the phone number on Hubspot and sometimes it doesn’t, despite having the data on Meta (all leads left their phone number to be conetacted).These are the steps to my zap New Facebook Leads Ad Path to add lead to different Hubspot Lists according to their interest Create or update contact in Hubspot Add contact to List in Hubspot It’s not the phone number’s format because I have different ones on the list (among the ones that are visible on the list of course). It affects updated and new contactsFor now it seems quite random. Have you had this problem before? Please help
Cannot login to Clickfunnels 2.0
Im trying to make a new Zap between Clickfunnels 2.0 and Getresponse, but are experiencing a problem when i need to connect the CF account. When logging in on the pop-up log in screen, i get “Invalid email or password.” The credentials are correct, and i have even tried resetting password a couple times, with no success. Email and password works fine when logging in directly on clickfunnels.com, but not via Zapier. Please advise. Thank you

Hello! I am using a zap to update Leads in Zoho CRM if a contact is created or updated in Hubspot. Everything looks fine to me, but when I go to test the final step, I get the below error. Using Google Distance Matrix API in Zapier - possibly from within a Jotform?
Hi I currently have a JotForm that contains 2 postcode columns. I want to be able to calculate the distance and travel time between these 2 columns (postcodes) if possible please.Would it then be able to populate 2 new columns in the JotForm with the returned values from Google Distance Matrix API?What would you recommend please?
PandaDoc Test Data Not In Order
Hi- I’m using PandaDoc document completion as the trigger in my zap. The test data, however is out of order, so I’m having to go in and push the data through manually as a test. I’m unsure if this is a zapier issue or a PandaDoc issue. The actions are being triggered based on which document is being completed to start onboarding.
Invalid lead ID
I’m trying to set up Active Campaign integration with Facebook and I keep getting this error message in the 2nd step:Invalid Lead ID: One or more of your Lead IDs are invalid or have been deleted. Your entire batch of events can be rejected if there are one or more invalid Lead IDs. The Lead ID is a unique 15-16 digit number generated by Meta. I’ve used the ID from the events manager and I don’t know what else to do
