I recently created a Zap that adds contacts to a specific list in Sendgrid based on their Status in Salesforce. Now I want to make a Zap that will delete contacts from the same list if their Status changes and they no longer meet the criteria for the list. I know I can use a DELETE request to remove the contact from the list, but I need the Contact ID from Sendgrid to do so. Does anyone know how I can use a multi-step Zap to do the following?Trigger when a SFDC Contact Status changes to “Churned” Take the contact’s email and search Sendgrid; then return the Sendgrid Contact ID Take the Contact ID and send it to Sendgrid through a DELETE request
I’ve created a Chat GPT prompt that works really well for my use case. I’d like to automate sending values to this prompt with Zapier.Do I have to send the whole prompt to chat gpt every time the Zap runs? Or is there a way to just set up a persistent prompt in ChatGPT so I’m not repeatedly giving ChatGPT the same instructions?Basically I want ChatGPT to be a bot that runs the same instructions every time and just use Zapier to send unique values that need to be transformed when necessary.ChatGPT is new to me – so please forgive me if the answer is obvious.

I am trying to set up integration with servicetitan. It keeps asking for my client id and secret key. I follow the instructions but all it gives is a tenant ID because when I select CONNECT NEW APP zapier it not listed. it now says the zapier developeer has to add my tenant id before i can get my client ID and secret key. Im so confused. Thoughts?

I'm a sales person and I use tools like Lemlist, which uses variables.I address several personas within the same company.I can address the quality department, the IT department, the manager.I'd like Mr X from the quality department to become a variable. Ditto for Mr Y in the IT department. Ditto for Mr. Z, the manager.When I extract a database, I get an Google sheet table with the quality managers, another Google sheet table with the IT managers and another with the managers.With an automation based on the SIRET number, the company name or whatever, can I make sure that on the list of quality managers, the IT managers and the manager are placed in a column that will become a variable?If so, how do I go about it? Hi,I have an Airtable base of customers who are attending an even we organize. I’d like to sync their email addresses (from two columns in Airtable) to a list in Zoho campaings (similar to Mailchimp).I have added a “Last modified time” column in my Airtable base, which updates whenever the content of the two email address columns are modified. This works without any errors in Airtable.I have set up the zap, triggering on changes to the “Last modified time” column, and syncing the email address to Zoho campaings. In Zapier, the set up seems to be correct and when testing, the data is synced as supposed to.However, after the zap is published, and I try to modify the content of the columns with the email addresses, nothing happens. I see no activity in the zap history. Any ideas why? The zaps should trigger quite immediately? I appreciate any suggestions to help me out. Thanks!
I have a zap from a spreadsheet “ when a row is created” to go to leadconnector “ update contact”. It is populating every custom field except one. I have hundreds of accounts set up this same way with no issues but one is having an issue with populating one custom field. Any help on how to get the field to populate would be greatly appreciated.
Is it possible to pre populate a dropdown menu from values in airtable (or anywhere actually) and load it into a JotForm Enterprise form? I used to use On2Air to create a select and subselect dropdown that worked with JotForm but now they are sunsetting that application in November so now I have to find a new way. We have a lot of data so manual building of this list is really not feasible. Basically it’s a Member dropdown- choose Member- show all addresses for that particular Member. We use JotForm so I need to stay with that platform; JotForm only has a widget for a dynamic dropdown but it’s manual. Thanks- I asked about this a month ago, got a response but it wasn’t what I needed and it was closed.Any help or ideas on how to do this is appreciated!
Hi everybody! I am looking for a solution.. I want to create a New Lead in BullHorn when an event happens in HubSpot however the Fields available for mapping in the Create New Lead action is limited and I could not see some fields I need to map to the New Lead (some are BullHorn custom texts). How do I change the available fields in Zapier for this? or is this even possible?Thanks,Miguel
Hi, I have an drupal site, and have used the drupal integration. Ive got new content and can see it, i get some information, but some are just marked with ID no. and not what has been put in. It also have an JSON url and opening that, gives a error 401 auth is missing in the header.
**SOLVED**The solution: by default zapier uses there own zapier youtube account (or a demo one). When you use your video ID and try to update the thumbnail, it will not work as “technically” it cannot update the video of your account which is why youll get access denied or something similar. I changed the ID to a static ID of one of my other videos and in the second input included direct media link. Then tested. It worked. So whilst you’re in testing mode you should be using static text rather than dynamic as the dynamic is for zapiers accounts. Once it works with static, change it to dynamic again and publish the zap. Hello everyone, I am creating a zap in which on creation of payment in stripe some action is going to perform in salesforce.But there is a problem when I am testing the trigger for stripe its showing "create a payment in your stipe account".It is unable to find the payment in my stipe account and while I have payments in stripe (test mode) then I realized maybe it is finding the payment from the live mode because there is no payment.So, please suggest a way how to get the test mode data for the checking cause my zap is not running for those test data that I am creating.
I have been having trouble with my Google spreadsheet - Google Task zap for over a month now, and I really need some help.I have set up my Zap so a new row on assigned spreadsheet will create a task on my Google Task.However, since mid-August it has been turning itself off automatically, even though no new rows were added on the assigned spreadsheet. When I try to turn it back on, it turns off within seconds, giving me an error like the one on the photo below. I have tried to leave it for a few days at a time, and turn it back on again without success.I have tried to delete the zap and recreate it. Sometimes it works for a few days and it goes back to the same error loop. Other times, I get an auth error when I try to connect to Google Tasks (it says my auth expired, and it won’t let me reconnect; it just keeps erroring).Anyone else having this same or similar problem?I cannot find any info relating to this “throttle” and I am so very confused. I really need some help.

(example : deactivate the user Test.A) I’d expect the Gmail can be include username which is Test A and the email address is email@example.com It is worked as magic on test step but when I running the Zapier and make another test. I am trying to use the “Create Records (With Line Item Support)” which can at max create 10 records.I want to transfer table data from docparser to my airtable. Sometimes the table will have more than 10 records but if zapier could just intake the first 10 and ignore the records that go over the limit that would be okay. Is there a way to do this? Is there another work-around I’m not thinking of? Happy to provide more context if necessary. Thanks!
Hi, I have a zap that I want to trigger when payments are edited in Quickbooks. Using the new payment trigger in the Quickbooks integration doesn’t seem to work. I think this is because of the way deduplication works - when the payment is created initially it is assigned an id, which Zapier stores in the deduplication table. When editing the payment in Quickbooks, the payment id remains the same, so Zapier ignores the edited payment as it identifies it as a duplicate. Is there another trigger I could use to trigger the zap when editing payments in Quickbooks? I should also say I need to be able to trigger it both when creating new payments in Quickbooks and when editing payments in Quickbooks too.
So I posted a topic on this earlier but it was closed. I am importing records from Docparser PDF scans and need to have all new Docparser scanned data record to Knack and then export to a CSV. For example, if 20 documents are scanned through Docparser, 20 records should be recorded to the Knack table (which works) and then I need 1 CSV file with the 20 records with headers. I can get the GDrive connector to export new records but it separates each record into 1 file each which doesn’t work. I tried looping but what do I loop on? There seems to be no common dominator on the loop? How do I tell the loop to just loop for the newest records that were just processed? I can’t imagine there is not a way to get Zap or Knack to export the newest records processed to a CSV. CSVs are so common. Does anyone know how to do this? I have been trying to get this working for a month now and it’s holding up a project I am trying to complete. I need to build this into the ZAP or Knack workflow. Is it pos
