This seems to me like something that I should be able to do with Zapier, but I’m not sure which tools/actions to use. Any insights?
- Use case: Users are creating duplicate accounts when they register with a new email.
I already have a Zap for creating slack alerts when new users sign up. I’m thinking I could add a step that looks for an approximate match based on the username or email in an existing data set (google sheet or salesforce object, both are options) and returns any that might be the same user.
