I have created a Zap that pulls submissions from a Gravity Form embedded in a Wordpress site. I set up and tested the Zap and it ha been pulling data through from the Gravity form into a Zoho Campaigns list.
It has generated an error with some of the most recent submissions to the form:
I have gone through the elements of the Zap and check the fields in the Step Details and they are correct. I ran the test again and encountered the same error.
I created a new zap and was still encountering the same error.
I added a new entry to the form to test and this was pulled through correctly.
Does anyone have any idea why some of the entries are being pulled through and added to the Zoho Campaigns list created?
