Google Forms to Google Slides - Help setting up for image uploaded as an answer to forms to the template
Hello, I would like to create a Zap that connects a new received/updated answer from a Google Forms to a Template Presentation from Google Slides. I was able to, without a problem, link the text answer from the google forms to the template however, when it comes to passing through the images I was unable to do it successfully. Can someone help me with the correct configuration of the Zap and the Google Slides Template for this action? Thank you in advance!

Google Agenda - Gmail flow
Hi,So I have a company and I work with Google Agenda to make appointments for my clients. My schedule is mostly fully booked and at the moment I manually send emails to clients who want to be notified if some earlier appointment is cancelled and they now have the possibility to call me to change their own appointment to that earlier date.To mark which clients want to be informed of this free timeslot, I usually put an exclamation mark at the start of their appointment title. Is there a way I can automate this process with Zapier or is this not possible with this tool?Thanks in advance!
Uploading Selected Attachment from a Manually Newly Labeled Email to Google Drive
How do I make a zap wherein when I label an email, it will upload to google drive only the pdf or the file I need attached within the email? I already tried using the New Attachment in Gmail and the New Labeled Email trigger but:New Attachment in Gmail - Zap won’t work after labeling my email even if I indicated the label name in “Label/Mailbox” under “Set up trigger”New Labeled Email - Zap works but it uploads a zip file including files I do not need in google drive
I am unable to select an app channel when triggering on a new metric from Slack
Hello! I just connected a new app to my Slack workspace and it posts messages regularly as an “App” in the “App” category underneath all my channels (and DM’s) in the lower left sidebar in Slack. This sort of “App” channel does have it’s own Channel ID that starts with “D” (where public channels usually start with “C”) so I am thinking that it must be a private channel. However, the App name does not show up when Zapier attempts to find the channel (in the Set up Trigger step). I also tried inputing the channel ID directly through the “Custom” tab in the Set up Trigger step, but still no luck there.Has anyone successfully set up a trigger from a message from a Slack App before? If so, how did you get Zapier to recognize the channel?
Post new Shopify product to Facebook not working
Hi allI have been trying to publish a post to my Facebook page when the product is created on Shopify.I am using my webpage link followed by the product handle, for example: https://www.bonsaitree.co.za/products/ and then insert the 1.Handle:1-5mm-anodized-aluminium-wire The post is published but it gives me a 404 error. So clearly I am doing something wrong with the link. I have looked on this forum and there is no previous instance of this issue posted. Please assist, many thanks in advance!Terry

Can Zapier create registrants for multiple Zoom meetings?
I am offering two workshops on Zoom on different dates. I am using Gravi ty forms for registrations, with a checkbox field to allow users to choose one workshop or both.The field label is “Select which workshop you wish to attend.” The choices are:Workshop #1 on October 13, 2022Workshop #2 on October 27, 2022People can select both workshops.Using the form submission as a trigger, I want my Zap to create registrants for the selected workshop(s). I have created two action steps: one for each workshop meeting on Zoom.I’m going in circles with the filter step. So my question is: is it possible for one Zap to do this? If so, how? Optional question: If the sample data is using “Workshop #2 on October 27, 2022,” does the filter reject a response of “Workshop #1 on October 13, 2022?”I don’t want to make people register twice if they want to attend both workshops.
WooCommerce: get order from a specific variation ID
HiI’ve got my weekly summary task email from zapier and noticed that one specific Zap (runs once per month) used up to 295 tasks.Which is a lot.So I’m here wondering if any of you have a similar use case and how you guys limit the actions.Use case:* Woocommerce webshop* I need all orders that ordered a specifik Product variation. I’m using the woocommerce API with the built in filter on product ID:/wp-json/wc/v3/orders?status=completed,processing&after=2021-07-30T18:46:32&per_page=50&product=2111&order=descThere’s no built in filter with the API to pass through a variation ID. So I’m forced to use a loop with a condition: => Which is the reason of the many actions. If the API call returns 50 lines; each line can contain more than one product/variation which need to be filtered.Any suggestions to get the number of actions down? (I can limit the amount with the date, but currently I’m only fetching the first 50 returned lines anyway) Thanks in advance for having a look
All Zaps dont work after 1 month
Hey guys,I created a zap to unlock my online course module every 7 days and send an email.My Course takes 77 day. The first month everything worked fine, but suddenly all zaps stopped.I can not find any zap before 01.08.2022 in my Zap History. Is it normal, that a Zap can only run 1 month? Duplicate value in a Google Sheet when the value sent to Zapier is empty
Hi, My problem is quite simple but I can’t solve it! Hope anyone can help me.i connected leadpages → zapier → google sheet. The problem is: when one of my customers leave a field of my form empty, in google sheet I find the value of the previous customer duplicated. Here is a screenshot (in italian but you can see the problem):Just the second wrote the sentence “Di pomeriggi verso le 14:00 Grazie”. The others were fields that the customers left empty but I find duplicated in Google Sheet.Anyone can help?
ActiveCampaign error: Failed to create a deal in ActiveCampaign. The app returned "The account listed does not exist."
Hello,Through Zapier, I created a webhook between Expandi and Active Campaign. When an action occurs in Expandi, an account is created in Active Campaign. This is followed by the contact. And as the last step, a deal is automatically created. Now when testing I keep getting the error message "Failed to create a deal in ActiveCampaign. The app returned "The account listed does not exist." While the test does work when creating the account. How can I solve this?Regards, Marleen

We would like to create a task on ClickUp after our clients submit their task in ManyRequests. Currently, we have connected ManyRequests and Google Sheet and mapped each fields to corresponding columns in the spreadsheet.Next, Google sheet is connected to ClickUp and all columns are then mapped to existing ClickUp fields including custom fields. My problem is everytime I run and test the trigger/action, I always encounter an error stating that it Failed to create a task in ClickUp > The app returned "Value must be an option index or uuid".I am relatively new to Zapier and I don’t know how to troubleshoot this error. Where could the error lie? from Manyrequests to G-sheet or G-sheet to ClickUp. I noticed that some data from ManyRequests when added on the Google sheet has a <div> tag in it. Example of this is the Description field. Could this be the reason for the error?Any input you may have is highly appreciated.
Not all Google Calendar events are recorded, and getting a warning about held tasks
Hey everyone, I am stuck with what seems a basic task. Basically, whenever we add a certain event to a specific Google Calendar, I would like for that event (Date, Duration, Description) to be added to a new row in a single Google Sheet. My flow is the following:App: Google CalendarEvent: New or Updated event→App: Google SheetsEvent: Create Spreadsheet Row(s) (with the details) Now the issue is that only some events are being recorded, while majority is not. More importantly, I am constantly getting the following warnings “You have 22162 tasks being held”. Did I somehow create some sort of loop as we definitely don’t have that much events in the calendar? I see that for the recurring events Zapier managed to write down some, so should I somehow limit the export on the upcoming event’s only? so it’s not being done retroactively? Or the issue is somewhere else? Thanks everyone!

I’m trying to create a Lead in Pipedrive using Zapier, and I have this error message : ‘provided dataset is not valid "label" is not allowed’I have no idea what ‘label’ refers to here as I don’t have a field in my Leads section in Pipedrive.I came across a post here from someone having the same problem. The answer to that thread was to leave the field blank, which I did, but I’m still getting that error despite leaving the field blank.Thanks for your help ! Sandhya.
Docusign to email and Drive - Data hydration failure - some fields may be missing
Hi,I created a zap a few weeks ago that worked perfectly when creating it and testing it one step at a time. Sending a completed Docusign to a gmail address and sending the file to Google Drive. However when I turn the zap on, the zap doesn’t work. It stops at the 1st step of the zap with this error message “Data hydration failure - some fields may be missing”. No matter how many times I test the zap, it works fine at each step of the tests - it’s able to send the PDF by email and uploaded it to Google Drive. But when its actually set to automate the process it doesn’t work. Someone made a similar post about 4 months ago who experienced a similar situation. The proposed solution was to ensure that "Allow sender to download form data" is set to "yes" but this criteria is already set to "yes" in my zap and it still doesn’t work.Any idea what I’m doing wrong or how to fix?
Calendly name field, only one name, not First Last
Hello all.When I connected Calendly the First Name/Last Name fields on the Calendly side were blank. The client’s first and last name were both displayed in “Name”. I.E. John Smith Therefore, when I try and have Zapier create a new contact record I dont think it will fill in correctly as my Keap Account lists clients by First Name and Last Name seperately.Any insight is appreciated!
Recruitee error: Failed to create candidate in Recruitee, the app returned "You are not currently logged in"
I get an error messaging stating: "You are not currently logged in". How to fix this problem? I want to connect my Webflow Form with Recruitee however I am both logged in in Webflow and in Recruitee (with the same account as well). Please let me know, what I am doing wrong.

Hi there Zapier Community,I am trying to update quantities on my QBO invoice by updating the sales order in my Smartsheets system.Trigger: Smartsheet Update Row Action 1: I chose to use Zapier Formatter: Event “Utilities” → Transform “Line Itemizer” to identify the smartsheet data I want to make into a line item.I am unsure if I am programming the Line-item Properties properly - screenshot below I am also unsure how to properly program the output action. I think I need to use the Utilites output data widgets instead of the smartsheets data widgets? Thank you!
Is it possible to use Zap to build a file in Dropbox?
Hi,I am attempting to use a Monday.com Item status change to trigger a folder being set up in Dropbox. (I think I have gotten this far) I would also like that folder to be created from a “folder template” that we have built. And for the file names to be updated depending on the name of the top line folder - which is determined by the Monday.com item name. I am not sure this level of automation is possible. If so, is there a video of the build process? Thank you in advance for your brilliance.
Add project manager as a follower on all new tasks created in a project
I would like to be able to add the project manager (myself) as a follower to all new tasks created in an Asana project. Can someone assist?Side note: Ideally, I would rather do this for all new tasks created (in a project or not) by any members of my team; however, my understanding is that there is currently no trigger for that in Zapier. For example, “New Task by any member of Team”
V-Number always add +1 when a new entry comes in
Hey guys, i searched everywhere but didn’t find an answer. I would like to add something like a ID which in my case is the “V-Nummer”. The problem is that i want the number to add plus one when a new entry is made.For example V5000 and then V5001 and then V5002 etc. I would be very thankful for your help :-)
