My goal is to post a Slack message from a cell to a Slack but fails. The error that thows is: Bargle. We had trouble getting a matching spreadsheet row. :-(Error details:Nothing could be found for the search.I have a gut feeling is a permission error, I've tried changing the names of the columns, the filename, selecting another sheet. But no luck.

Having issue with assigned a group to a ticket.typeform response creates a ticket in zendesk, all is working fine except for the assigned group.as you can see in the screenshot, I have selected a certain group. However, when doing test, the ticket group is assigned to a different group, and this is also reflected on the zendesk ticket created.Any help would be appreciated.
Is it possible to use wildcards in the lookup table formatter? Use case: I am integrating Splitwise and Google Sheets. Splitwise assigns ID numbers to categories. I want these to display as text (home, food, utilities, etc.) in Google Sheets.However, Splitwise also has subcategories which it also numbers, but it uses the greater category as the first number. so if Food and Drink were the parent category and had an ID of 3, Groceries would be a sub-category under it with an ID of 31 (3 for food and drink, 1 for the first sub-category). Is there a way to tell the lookup table to look for 3* (anything starting with 3) and assign the category to it? Let me know if I can clarify my explanation or what I'm asking for. Thanks!
I have action steps in some zaps that lookup Rows in google sheets.If the row is not found, the zap is halted.This happens fairly often (it is expected) and I keep getting "Halted notification" emails, which I then have to open to see which Zap halted.I could turn Halt notifications off altogether (it is an account-wide setting), but for some other zaps it is important for me to be notified if they are halted.I could also choose the option "if row not found -> add row", but in this case it is not appropriate.Usually I would put a filter, but in this case the filter would come AFTER the action, so the halted notification is already triggered.Does anybody have a workaround so that "If row not found", it doesn't trigger a halted notification?
Hello, I am using "Send Email in Microsoft Office" pdf. I am the admin for the Microsoft account. When I connected the account, it automatically began using my email as the sender when an email is triggered. I would like for the emails to come from an exchange group instead of from me personally. Is this possible, or would I have to convert that group into an actual email account?

Hi all,We are creating a log of accepted offers with total revenue. Our CRM contains products with services that have different hourly rates. This data is pushed as follows:line item A: service 1, service 2, service 3, ...line item B: hourly rate 1, hourly rate 2, hourly rate 3, ...line item C: amount of hours 1, amount of hours 2, amount of hours 3, ...Unfortunately total revenue is not included so we want to calculate this by doing the following calculation:(hourly rate 1 * amount of hours 1) + (hourly rate 2 * amount of hours 2) + (hourly rate 3 * amount of hours 3)The amount of services is not equal per product. How would we do this?
Hi Guys,I have integrated Cognito forms -> Wrike -> Asana. After that i submitted the form the new task is created in wrike and asana. But in the particular task when i posted any updates or attached any files in asana it's not reflected in wrike on the relevant task i don't know why.So please provide me the solution for the issue.

Hello!I'm new to using Zapier, and I'm attempting to automate the following process:User orders a meal plan in ShopifyShopify sends data to Zapier, then to Monday.com (a task/project management tool, glorified Excel)Zapier should then look for a corresponding Pulse (Row) that matches the name of the person placing the order.I have 2 steps that filter for either: New Customers or Returning Customers based on their order history, so it will either tell Zapier to create a new Pulse (this is done and tested, super easy) or find the already-existing record in Monday and update appropriate amounts/plan type/order date/etc...I'm unable to figure out the "Search for user by Pulse ID" step, and would appreciate any insight in how I might go about finishing that part. Hey! I'm troubleshooting an old Zap, and noticed that it didn't trigger for a period of about 2 months, which is an oddly long timeframe to not fire for this Zap. It would be great to be able to see a record of when a Zap was turned on and off, and by whom, as well as an edit history of a Zap (like Google Docs). I don't think either of these are currently publicly available, though I suspect a Support request may be able to get me the info I need. However, I figured I would post it here to see if there is something I don't know, or if a Support request is the way to go, for others to get that answer as well!
I was hoping to schedule messages to be automatically pushed from Trello to Slack. Example: We have announcements every other week and I'd like to add a card in Trello and just include the date of the announcement. On the day of the announcement, the message will be automatically pushed from Trello to Slack. Is this possible?

I'm trying to upgrade my account from a free account to a starter account. I keep getting an error:I've tried two different payment methods and waited now two hours before trying again. My Zap adds new Eventbrite Registrants to Campaign Members. The Campaign Member Object has a duplicate check on Contact ID, so if a person registers them self and then tries again with their name to register someone else or if they are buy multiple tickets and use there name with the other tickets, Campaign Member will flag a duplicate error (can consequently the Zap stops. The client does not want another object to track Campaign Members, so I'm forced to deal with duplicate issues. Eventbrite also allows a registrant to buy multiple tickets with the same name, which also causes a duplicate error.I want to "catch" this condition i.e. see if the campaign member record exists, before Adding the Campaign Member record. I tried Find a Record, Object - Campaign Member, field - ContactID and search for the Contact ID from a previous Zap. This seems to look up the contact record, its not Campaign Member because that record does not exist (see attached screenshot). So, I swit
