How do I distinguish between lists within a Trello board?

I have several list in one board on Trello. I would like to distinguish certain list with a blue pin and another list with a red pin on the map. Is this possible?

Not 100% sure what you mean by map, but the action that Trello has that might be useful is “Add Label to Card”

 

From here you can add a blue tag or a red label to the card.

On one list are current clients that I have to visit and the other list are potential clients. When I am scheduling my visits I have to click on each pin to see who they are and if I want to visit them.

When I say “MAP” I am referring to the map view.
