API Key Missing Error with Formidable Forms and Wordpress
I have previously used Formidable with no issues on Zapier. When I was recently trying to edit the forms, I found that they were not pulling the most recent changes in Formidable. So I did a basic reconnect, and it was still not working. I then flushed cache on Wordpress, disconnected Formidable from Zapier, and attempted to re-connect it.When I attempted the reconnect, I began getting the API error code issue. I then went through ALL of the troubleshooting options advised at the Zapier/Formidable troubleshooting page suggested, with the same results.My host runs NGINX servers, and that Basic Authenticate is on by default in Privacy Mode, although I'm not sure what that entails, so I have opened a ticket with them to describe that in more detail. On NGINX servers there is no .htaccess that can be edited, but that is the only option I'm unable to troubleshoot based on the instructions that could be an issue - however there was no issue previously until I attempted the disconnect/reconne
Google Sheets - Enter data in column rather than rows
I am trying to create a Google Sheets workflow tracking spreadsheet that will automatically create a new sheet for each customer by copying a template sheet that has task lists and checkboxes and then populate our customer’s information when a form is filled out. Since each sheet will be individual to the customer, spreading the customer data out in one row over many columns doesn’t make sense and would just result in having to scroll far to the right to get the information needed while leaving the rest of the vertical space blank. I want the customer data to be input in one column so that the other columns can be used for the task lists/checkboxes. Screenshot of the template formatted the way that I want. I am struggling to determine how to do this, or if it’s even possible. I have tried the “Create spreadsheet row(s) with line item support” function, which works as far as entering the data in one column, however it also pushes all of the task lists down as it inserts rows above them
Salesforce error: Failed to create a contact in Salesforce; Could not create record of the "Contact" object: Duplicate record.
Hi all!I am running into issues when writing a zap that would create an account and update/create a contact in Salesforce (update when email is present, create when it is not).Step 4 is the “Find record” step where I lookup if email is in salesforce. If that is false, the path leads to a create contact step. But when I try to create the contact, I get the following error message: Which is confusing because the reason why it is pathed this way is because there is no email present, and I double check this email is not present in our CRM across all objects. This error goes away when I remove the email from the creation step, but the email is a necessity in our crm. It also works when I just put a dummy email in as the used email. Update Notion field number from another field
Hi, i hope you are good, after some research, I have to use zap to automate what I want. I would like to update my notion database for fitness. The aim of this zap is to update the “last weight” value by copying the value of “actual weight”.When I make the zap, I choose the trigger Zapier Schedule Every Day, then, in the field of “last weight” I can’t choose the field/columns of “actuel weight”. If I put an number like 13 for example , it work but I can’t choose an dynamic source “actual weight” in the field. I look for an solution and I think I have to use the search action like find “database item” to get actual value in the database. But I can’t do it Thanks in advance
Getting error 404 when referencing Sheet by ID created in previous step
Hiya, I’m having trouble with a zap that cannot find a Sheet created in the previous step. If I hard code the Sheet ID directly from Google Drive it works. If I select a specific sheet it works. I can even select the specific sheet that has been created in the previous step from the list of spreadsheets in my Drive. But if I try to reference it dynamically using the ID from the previous step it errors out with “Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from Google Sheets.” What am I doing wrong? Cheers Lucy
Trello and Google Sheets Question
Not sure what's going on here so hoping someone can help me. I have a Zap set up to create a new Trello Board upon the creation of a new row in my google spreadsheet. Tested it, worked perfect. Added my first new row to Google Spreadsheet and it set up the board perfectly. All good here.I have an additional Zap that @AndrewJDavison_Luhhu helped me set up that looks up that Trello board board ID and then adds cards to that board based on new rows in another tab within my spreadsheet. That was tested and worked perfectly.Now here is my problem: We input a new project into our system on 1/28/20. Trello built a new board from my Zap and everything looked perfect. However, before any cards could be created for this board, someone edited a single cell in that new spreadsheet row. No new row was added from this action, just a change to one of the cells within the row. After the cell change, the zap that creates the boards triggered again. DropBox Team Spaces
I have a Zap to convert a file to PDF then upload it to DropBox. The simple problem is that I can only select an upload location in my personal space rather than our business space. It appears the DropBox SDK supports this but I can’t see that the Zapier integration is using it. Can I provide the path manually? What would the format be? Anything else I can try? Thanks! Allan.
Airtable > Asana: Create ONE task when a view changes
I’m trying to create one task when a certain view in Airtable changes (new records coming in). The problem I have is that it’s always creating as many tasks as new line items are added in Airtable. Already messed around with Zapier Digest, but that didn’t help either. Any idea how to accomplish that behavior? Best, Andreas

Hi, I have a issue with my custom fields. On my zap I create Spreadsheet Row(s) in Google Sheets but I don’t find my custom fields (EAN number, for example) included on woocommerce product variations. How can I retrieve this data to include it in my excel sheet? Thank you so much!

Hi, this has been raised previously a few months ago but I just want to check that there is still currently no way of getting member joining questions (and emails) out of a Facebook group using Zapier? What would the best solution be to get them added to a CRM - manually add the email addresses to a Google sheet and then zap to the CRM?
How to keep a zap running when Google Calendar Find finds nothing.
I’m building a calendar search which will, from time to time correctly yield no results. That is, I’ll search for calendar entries within a certain timeframe which may or may not find any items. If it finds one, fine. Everything works as I expect. But if there are NO calendar entries during that timeframe, the zap halts on an error - at least when I’m editing. Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Hey all-I have an old IFTTT applet set up that integrates Pocket and Airtable, and I'd like to migrate it to Zapier. Ideally it would use built-in functions, but I'm fine with solutions that include Python Requests as well.I need the Zap to do the following things:Trigger when there's a new favorited item in my Pocket accountExtract all of the tags (if applicable) from that favorited itemAdd a new record to Airtable with the item's Title as primary field in a Links tableFor each of the item's tags, search the Tags table. Missing fields in Redtail CRM
HELP! We are new here.When having Redtail as the “action” part of my Zap, it doesn’t allow me to add a field to enter in the new contacts EMAIL or PHONE NUMBER from my trigger app.Those are essential fields to us when adding in a new contact into Redtail CRM. Any way we can add in these fields to the zap? Am I missing something?? The trigger is our FB Ad Leads. Thanks!

How to get social media analytics data using Zapier?
Hi Everyone !First time for me posting a message in the community. I always found my ways with all the great topics in the community but this time I am struggling. I taking my chance and hope someone else encounter the same situation. Context : I am trying to create from scratch a social media analytics base in Airtable. Meaning that I would like to get all available data from Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram as soon I post a message.I would like to retrieve with Zapier (number of followers, number of fans, number of views, likes, etc) for any social media tools I am using. My Issue : I could retrieve few data || When using the trigger “My tweet”, I can access few information but not for example the number of likes or views. The same goes with other social media tools. Question : Did anyone encounter this issue and if so is there a way to retrieve all those datas with Zapier ?Looking forward to any answer :)
"Search mention" tweet action not working with my search pattern
Hello all, I need some help in troubleshooting my zap. Here’s some info on it: App: TwitterTrigger Event: Search MentionTwitter Account: (my own account)Search term: from:@moroastray exclude:replies exclude:retweets And when I test my trigger in the next step, it says “We couldn’t find a mentionCreate a new mention in your Twitter MoroAstray account and test your trigger again.” This should normally work because when I copy paste the exact same search term, it gives various results. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, any help is appreciated. Edit: side question, I know there’s a limit of 1000 tasks per month on a free account, but is there a limit on how many zaps active you can have at the same time?
Quickbooks Online to Google Sheets: Is it possible to create separate spreadsheet rows for each line of a journal entry?
I currently have a zap that creates a new spreadsheet row in a Google Sheet anytime an expense is recorded in Quickbooks Online. However, if the expense has multiple line items in QBO, it doesn’t created multiple rows in the Google Sheet; rather, the zap combines all components of the expense onto the single row. Is there a way to have the zap create separate spreadsheet rows in Google Sheets for each line item of a journal entry in QBO?
Google calendar to return event ID
Is there a way to return the created event ID and Cal ID back to my app without adding a third level? Currently the app will post data using web hook to Zapier, this will use this data to insert the Gcal event, I want the app to then return the response of the created Gcal event back to the App to then be able to edit said event later.
Archive Collection Item in WebFlow when item is deleted from RSS
Hi.I’m using an RSS feed to create Collection Items in Webflow. So far I’ve successfully created new and updated existing Collection Items.The tricky bit is when I’m trying to set a Collection Item to archived when it’s removed from the RSS.The RSS feed includes a spesific ID which is stored in “Storage by Zapier”, along with the Item ID from WebFlow. I want to check if the ID from the RSS exist, and if it don’t, then update the item with that ID in WebFlow to Archived.
