Can anyone help with creating a zap for Ring Central to send an automated SMS upon a missed call?

I tried this but when setting up the data for the “to number” it sends to that specific number in the data, it won’t pick up the other numbers.

This is kinda like the same thing with another zap that I have with getting info from Gocanva to mailchimp. The data for “first and last name” it picks up the same name (that was in the data) every time.

This part is where it gets tricky. It is picking up the same “From Phone Number” and sending a text to that number every time

Have you tried testing with different from phone numbers?

You can change the trigger step record to test: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/change-the-test-data-in-your-zap-trigger

You can also test by turning the Zap ON and testing from different phone numbers, then check your Zap Runs for the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/
