Hi I am Missing Data from FB Lead Ads into Google Sheet. The zap seems to be set up correctly. I have followed previous suggestions on other similar topics but it’s still not showing the raw data from the FB form, so I can’t match it. Some are coming in fine, I have 3 missing and so they are missing from the sheet. For context I did duplicate a previous version of this zap and just change out the form etc. But I can also see that some previous form data fields are showing as options, but not the new fields. Any ideas please? Thanks Screenshots attached
Hello, I’m trying to connect multiple Calendly accounts to Zapier with API keys. I can connect my own account easily by logging in, but now I want to connect one of my client’s account with his Calendly API key. However, whenever I click “add connection,” it automatically duplicates my own account’s connection and doesn’t give me an option to connect with an API key. I have Slack starter and Calendly premium. I’ve troubleshooted with friends and they’ve sent me looms of them doing the same exact thing as me but getting an option to input an API key. I’ve tried this in different chrome profiles, incognito browsers, and I’ve removed my own Calendly account and re-added it multiple times - nothing worked. I click “add connection,” a pop-up comes up, loads for a bit, then closes and automatically duplicates my original connection. It seems like this pop-up is where it should prompt me to input an API key, but I get nothing. Zapier support told me to try in an incognito window and I haven’t
I am trying to have Zapier feed Zoom recording audio to the OpenAI Whisper model for transcription, but it has a 25mb file limit. Is there a way to have Zapier automatically split files over 25mb into multiple files and feed them in to Whisper?
Hello everyone, I have the following challenge and I want to update an existing contact in Hubspot. Here I use Webhook by Zapier and as an action step "POST". However, I get the following error message "Json node is missing child properties (HTTP Status Code: 400)" I have already changed the payload type in "form" and "json", modified the code and checked in the JSON validator, recreated the token in Hubspot, but I can't get any further. The scopes I have selected in Hubspot to create a token are the following: "settings.users.read crm.objects.companies.write crm.objects.custom.write crm.objects.contacts.write settings.users.write settings.users.teams.write settings.users.teams.read crm.lists.read crm.lists.write crm.objects.custom.read crm.objects.contacts.read crm.objects.companies.read" Can someone please give me one or the other hint, what I can do differently?

Hi,I’m trying to create a connection to Galaxy Digital’s getconnected platform. I’m told they also use a ‘Bearer Token’ API key, which I have.I started with an API Key authentication with the following required fields, and even added the Header option suggested in another answer - did I get that right? Hi,I work for a music producer and I sort through the loops/samples they get sent in their gmail inbox. I want to make a Zap whichdetects a new email with a dropbox link in it Downloads audio from link (usually a folder containing audio) Uploads audio to a specified folder (folder name from dropbox should be folder name in specified folder)I currently have step 1 and 3 working but every time it uploads a .txt file. Majority of files are .wav or .mp3.Im using a domain name gmail so I have no restrictions

Hi Team, I am getting some kind of a strange issue while trying to do a Find File in OneDrive. I get the below message whenever I try to search for a file that does not have “testing” in the file name. If I use “Testing” followed by any other word, then it works. However, when I use the actual name of the file, it does not find the file. The file is same, it has the same level of access and owner is the account that is connected to the Zap. The file name is becoming an irritant for me. Could you please help resolve. I want my event on Eventbrite to show up on the Public Google Events Calendar. So I did an Eventbrite & Google Calendar integration. I did it once correctly. It took a while for me to get the “success” email but it worked. It showed up on Google Events.I want to do a repeated event, every Saturday and I think I filled out all the questions correctly. BUT my event isn’t showing up for the next Saturday event. So I created a new event and published it but I’m not sure if I did it correctly.How long does it take to get a “Success” Your transfer is complete”?How do I know I have a transfer in the works? I am trying to create a workflow to import a CSV file through zapier, however, the CSV data will be coming from multiple emails which means different CSV links that I will not have until they get emailed in & even then the links will be different each time. Trying to stay away from any manual work or manually updating one CSV file each time. Any advice/tips will be greatly appreciated!
hi, so i want to use zapier to create a zap that check if a website url taken from a google spreadsheet cell return an error when you try to visit them and then put a value like “To Verify” in the column to the right of it. But i’m not sure if there is an app that check if a website is still working or not. i also want that to repeat itself until the zap goes through a whole column. does somebody knows how to do this ? i have friday as a deadline to do this and i just started using zapier today, so i’m not sure what to use to be able to do this.
Hi,I am having fun linking ECWID to VCITA and I got it working fine, then it stopped working and been trying to fix it since. I believe there's an issue between ECWID & VCITA regarding Zapier but the latest i am getting is an invalid email, when the email is valid, I also don’t want Zapier to police the email addresses being inputted by clients, so how can you just treat it as a data field only?
Today I bought WooCommerce Zapier × 1 but my zapier account is still considered as “free”. However, it is now connected properly. I tried to find an answer everywhere… I see no place where to change my status, indicating a serial number or other. Do you have an idea ? Thank you !
Hello! I’m trying to create a zap that triggers Convertkit to remove a tag when someone in my circle membership community cancels their subscription. I tested this out with a test email but it does not seem to be working. Could it be that because when someone cancels (like I did with my test email) I still actually have access to that paywall spaces until the end of the payment period? I’d prefer it triggers the tag removal RIGHT when they cancel, this way my email lists stay up to date in real time. For example, only CURRENT members will receive emails meant for current members because they have that “current membership tag” (which would be automatically removed when they cancelled with this zap). Thank you!
I am struggling to create a a subfolder in Google Shared Drive for a Scoro project. The steps I want to achieve are: When a Scoro project is created within the specified Google Drive find the parent folder Once the parent folder has been found find a Google Drive subfolder. If the subfolder can’t be found create it. If it has been found treat it as successful. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, I am looking for the optimum combination of Apps to do the following:New email comes into outlook, it gets converted to PDF (with the same look as if you just printed it from your screen, with header and footer and all details etc.), gets saved into OneDrive folder with our specific filing format (YEAR_MonthDate Name - Subject). Any ideas how i can achieve this goal?ps: I would also want to document my emails that are sent out as well, is there a way to achieve that result as well (or possibly even in the same Zap)?
Hi there, I am trying to build a Zap connecting Instantly (Email outreach software) with WhatsApp Messenger. The process contains 2 steps: Trigger: A new reply is received in Instantly Action: Send me a message in WhatsApp about the new message This Zap has worked perfectly before with Twilio (SMS provider) sending me SMS messages; I simply want to replace Twilio with Whatsapp now. After I set everything up and go to test WhatsApp, I get the following error message: “Failed to create a message in WhatsApp NotificationsThe app returned "(#100) Invalid parameter". I currently setup 2 zaps. My overall goal or what I’m trying to accomplish is this. Change a status in monday.com to trigger a document to be sent via pandadoc. Then as the status of that pandadoc changes (from viewed to signed etc) I want that status to reflect on a column in Monday.com 1st Zap creates a PandaDoc document using a template when a status changes to “Send” in Monday.com 2nd Zap watches PandaDoc for updates and then updates the status column in Monday.com The 1st zap seems to be working fine. The problem I have is that I don’t know how to get the 2nd zap to map to the correct item. Am I supposed to be feeding an ID in zap 1 so that I can use it as the Item ID in the 2nd zap? Am I supposed to use a filter?
