Today I bought WooCommerce Zapier × 1 but my zapier account is still considered as “free”. However, it is now connected properly. I tried to find an answer everywhere… I see no place where to change my status, indicating a serial number or other. Do you have an idea ? Thank you !

Hi @Writer

Help article about using WooCommerce in Zaps: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495989524621-How-to-Get-Started-with-WooCommerce-on-Zapier

Yes, Troy, all this is done. But… still “free” account.

@Writer

Your Zapier plan is separate from the WooCommerce Zapier extension.

I wish it would be but… no.

Zapier and my WP with installed Zapier extension are connected. Otherwise I could not create a zap.

@Writer

Post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode to give us more context if you are still having issues.

Please visit the official documentation here (https://docs.om4.io/woocommerce-zapier/) of the WooCommerce Zapier plugin. It may contain information that you are looking for.

Thank you, but I have already checked all documentation. Including this:

@Writer

You have a multi-step Zap. (3+ steps)

To turn a multi-step Zap ON, you need a Zapier paid plan.

Hi there Rémy,

Your WooCommerce store (by default) does not allow communication with Zapier, and it doesn't allow Zapier to communicate with your store.

Purchasing the WooCommerce Zapier extension/plugin (for a yearly fee paid to Woo.com) then allows Zapier that to occur. Once the extension is purchased and installed, the **WooCommerce** app on Zapier.com will then work.

In order to use the Zapier.com service itself (log in and create Zaps/automations), you need a Zapier.com account.

Zapier.com accounts can be free or paid.  Please see https://zapier.com/pricing for Zapier.com pricing information.

If you need Zapier.com paid features (such as multi-step Zaps), then you will need a paid Zapier.com plan (rather than a free Zapier.com plan).

I hope that helps clarify things.

All the best,

James
