Hi, On my zap, I encounter a problem.In the "Find customers" step on Shopify: this allows you to see if there already exists a Shopify contact with this email address. -if no, then it creates a contact and continues the zap (in this case no problem) -If yes, then it does not create a Shopify account and it continues the zap: PROBLEM I wish it would UPDATE the contact!! I tried to place an 'update shopify contact' step after the 'find and create shopify contact' step. But it doesn't work because it doesn't find the ID. Maybe I didn't find the right ID. I then tried to set a delay of one minute thinking that as the contact had not yet been created then the ID would not come up. But that didn't work either I do not know how to do
Hello All! I am in the process of setting up an API integration using “Webhooks by Zapier.”*The purpose of the zap is to pull order history data from an external source.*I first used a POST request to login to the external API endpoint, this returned a successful test. I am next attempting to use a GET request to pull the order history. As per the external sources API documentation, the “accountId” is required in parameters, so i included this. I also added basic auth in the request but am still getting 401 Unauthorized. **We have tried getting rid of the initial POST request to login, and putting the basic auth in the GET all together but still resulting in this error. Does anyone have any advice, or encountered a similar issue and had successful troubleshooting?
Hi There, I’m trying to setup a zap, so that when a property is updated in HubSpot, It automatically updates the corresponding property in the excel sheet. There are both HubSpot properties and custom properties but I’m getting lost. Any Help would be much appreciated.
I set up a hubspot to zoom zap. When the user fills out the hubspot webinar registration form it then pushes that registration data to zoom.I ran a test and it worked. I publish and now it does not work and leads record in hubspot but never go to zoom.Zapier sales looked at it and said it looks fine. But it does not work. I am just on a free plan now. Any ideas?
Hi Folks,I am trying to setup a Zap, which can pickup the Release APK from a Github Repository (Flutter).I have correctly setup the Trigger (where I can view and select my repo from Git).But, when I setup the Action, I have selected the option “Upload File” and also in the “File” field, I have given the tag “Assets Browser Download Url”, which I selected from the drop down.When we run this Zap, the file upload is not happening. It is failing with an error “The App Returned ‘Not Found’ ".Basically, what was happening is the “Assets Browser Download Url” for the hardcoded release number when we setup the Action. It is not picked up dynamically whenever the Release happens in the Git.Has anyone tried this before? If yes what is the correct syntax we need to give in the “File” field.Please help me on this.ThanksRaj
I setup a Zap to trigger on new posts on Instagram and post it in the Google Business profile. I connected to Instagram and the Google Business Profile. I ran a test and it looked like the process worked. Google did not approve the video for some reason. I’ve looked at the requirements and I think it meets the criteria. The videos are portrait as you would expect, not landscape. Would that cause it to not be approved. It doesn’t give any other information why it wouldn’t be.
I have a Zap setup that loops through the different selections in a multiple choice field on Jotform, and then uses those outputs to find the corresponding ClickUp input key in a Zapier table and then update a ClickUp Labels field with the output from the looping and table lookup. However, if there are multiple selections then the Zap seems to only input one label, not all of the labels Can someone advise?
Hi guys, I’m trying to set up an automation flow where it will add the client info, based on the budget they put into a google form(the trigger), however, seems like the path rules are only able to pick up one set of the number from the google form. How can I set it up so that it recognize different set of numbers? Right now the issues seems to be if I select Response A (Budget $150 - $250), the path rules can only pick up numbers that matches response A, and won’t be able to pick up Response B (Budget $251 - $500)For example:Path 1: Budget $150 - $250Path 2: Budget $251 - $500Path 3: Budget $501 - $899 I hope I explained this well, please let me know if you need further clarification!

Hi there,Does anyone also encounter a similar error with creating a database item in Notion? In my case, the zap was working fine before. However, in the past few days, it failed to create new items, due to this error: “body failed validation. Fix one: body.children.length should be ≤ 100, instead was '110'When I reduce the content in the content field, it seems to work. I don't think there was a limit on the main content field of an item in Notion before, while there was a limit of content length in other fields. Is it a recent change? Thanks for the help!
I have a csv file generated periodically in phantombuster, that i’d like to import into a spreadsheet so that said spreadsheet is always populated with the newest output from phantombuster.So i have been using “new output in phantombuster” as the trigger and i thought using the google sheets “update spreadsheet row(s)” would be sufficient. But it appears that when i add “row number” at the end of the google sheets zap, i can only enter singular row values.I thought that this was the exact use case for this sheets zap? Or do i need Looping or somehting else?Thank you!

What I am trying to achieve is whenever someone on my website submits an order for “pick up” to add an event on my google calendar on the “pick up date” opposed to an event on the day the order was created. I currently have a Zap connecting a Teachable course to an Aweber email list. I am setting up a NEW course and want a Zap that goes to a new Aweber list specific to that course. How do I go about setting up a second Zap from Teachable that will lead to a different email list than the first Zap? Thank you!
I am having problems getting a zap working that sends out an alert when any zap in a folder enters the “halted” state. The zap uses the “Zapier Manager->New Halted Task” trigger. The folder being monitored has a zap that fails to find a Contact in Salesforce and enters the “halted” state, but no trigger in being fired in the “Zapier Manager->New Halted Task” zap. This is an important feature to capture issues for our company when running zaps and I’d really like to get this working. Has anyone else come across a similar problem and what they did to get the zap working. I’ve looked at the documentation on the Zapier Manager Integrations here : https://zapier.com/apps/zapier-manager/integrations but can’t see that I’m doing anything wrong. Thanks,Neil
Hi!We are tyring to use Zapier to integrate Amazon Seller Central and Freshbooks. Basically, we want transactions to be automatically recorded from Amazon Seller Central to Freshbooks every time we get a sale.We have been working with Zapier’s customer service, but we were not able to successfully connect the two.Amazon does not provide sellers with customers’ email addresses, but the Zapier team said we need customers’ email addresses to successfully send transactions from Amazon Seller Central to Freshbooks.We only can identify each transactions with order ID in Amazon Seller Central.Has anyone successfully connected Amazon Seller Central with Freshbooks using Zapier, and with only order ID from Amazon? Or are we missing something here? Thank you!

I am trying to filter for flagged Outlook emails so I can create a Todoist task for each Outlook email that I set a flag for. The default filter setting seems to be “not flagged”. Excuse my noobie ignorance but how can I filter for flag being set?

I’ve easily create a Zap that takes a JOTFORM submission and creates a client in JOBBER. I then added on the SubZap to then create a Request in Jobber from the same Jotform submission. I believe you have to make the client first. Whether alone or as a subzap, I get the same error when I test the Request zap: “The client ID must be a number”. But I have and or see no field in Jobber for ID number. Any ideas?
