HubSpot to Zoom Zap not working after publishing, despite successful test

I set up a hubspot to zoom zap. When the user fills out the hubspot webinar registration form it then pushes that registration data to zoom.

I ran a test and it worked. I publish and now it does not work and leads record in hubspot but never go to zoom.

Zapier sales looked at it and said it looks fine. But it does not work. I am just on a free plan now. Any ideas?

I also see these errors in the zap runs - but they’re not clear

From the screenshot we can’t tell what dynamic variables you have mapped between Zap steps.

You can check your Zap Runs here: https://zapier.com/app/history/

That will show you the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot.

We would need to see screenshots of that data along with the error message for the Zap step.

Make sure to test with new/unique data.

Can you share more screenshots that show context about where you are seeing this message?

I did test with new unique data. When I published I used a new name/email that had never registered for the webinar

I do not know what other screenshots to show
