current software: Lead pages, mailer-lite and zapierHave a FB conversion ad not a lead ad for a free workshop, they go to Leadpages form, then the subscriber gets added into my mailerlite CRM, then into a group. Doesn’t work. When a subscriber clicks on ad and submits form, I just get a email from leadpages that lead@email submitted opted in form. the subscriber doesn’t added into my mailer-lite account.Does anyone know how to get this process done? I’m currently paying for upgrade to Zapier for premium zaps for FB leads, Do I need this? thanks in advance.Cinfy
Hi there, I am looking to set up a Zap that is triggered when an Opportunity in Salesforce is moved to Closed Won stage. At that time, I want to identify the related Attachment with name like ‘%FINAL%’ and upload to CompanyCam as a photo. I’ve gotten steps 1 (trigger when stage is updated to closed won) and 3 (sending attachment to CompanyCam) worked out, but for step 2 (finding the record by query in Salesforce), I am having trouble with my WHERE clause. I am using Attachment Salesforce object, looking for Name LIKE ‘%FINAL%’ AND ParentId = ObjectId but it is giving me an error. Any help would be appreciated!
I have my typeform quiz created with a place to input name and email address right before they get their quiz results. I have my flodesk segment prepped and ready to go with the “wedding style segment.” It is asking me to select the option for the client email address and names but now I have no idea which to select because none of the options look like the email address input. I’m not sure how to move forward from here.

Hi Everyone,I’m having a very interesting problem when I try to zap the information from a form on my SquareSpace website to update to one of my Brevo contact list. When someone fills out the form, the city and e-mail address of that user comes through to my Brevo contact list without issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to figure out the reason the first name and last name will not, no matter what I do. I would very much appreciate any guidance to try and get this resolved. Thank you.
I am new to Zapier and currently trying to setup a Zap to pull tasks from salesforce, filter them by tasks assigned to me, and then create google tasks from them so that they show up in my calendar. I was able to get the Zap to work but it is creating google tasks for me for salesforce tasks assigned to other people in my organization. I am attempting to create a filter in Zapier but do not see the “Assigned To” field as an option...any advice?
For my DocuSign integration. My trigger is New folder in DocuSign to create stuff in other apps. Its not seeing any folders in my DocuSign. I've tried doing a test example and waiting then making a folder and seeing if it works but it does not. I need help.

I have a zap that POSTS this data to a WebHook. The webhook is expecting multiple files using multipart/form-data. I have an issue where I receive errors because a contact email address already exists in ConstantContact, but I want to ensure it’s added to a list or skip if it is added.Here is the scenario.I have a WordPress site with TutorLMS - for online course registrations. I have more than one course. When an order comes in I have an automation where orders for a specific course are added to a Google Sheet for that specific course. Through Zapier I have an automation set to watch for a new row on the sheet and then add to a specific constant contact list for members of that specific course.There are three scenarios here I want to address. Contact has previously been deleted from another list Contact previously unsubscribed from another list Contact in list - already purchased this course at a previous time I have an automation setup which was previously working - but I hit a roadblock with #3 listed above. IF the contact already exists in this list, I’d still like this flow to continue without

I’m trying to setup a zap that takes information from a Google Sheet and then sends that to Twilio for the data to be referenced in a studio flow. The webhook successfully makes a call, but when on the call, none of the variables such as doctor or attorney are included. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I’ve looked at about 15 guides and just can’t get it. Also, the weird formatting on “Doctor”, “Attorney”, and “Address” is from another community post. I have tried the zap without those pieces surrounding the variable and gotten the same result.
I don't understand why i cant see any spotify playlist while i do have playlist. Also made special new one for zap. Its also connected. But the playlist option say there no options available.I want a rss feed to add the tracks from the feed to a playlist to keep up with new songs. I’ve heard good things from Elevenlabs for ai voice cloning but I’m not seeing a Zapier integration unfortunately. I would like to make this a fully automated no touch solution. What apps automatically post podcast episodes to all platform channels on your behalf? I’d like to explore options. Any good AI voice cloning or AI voice apps that work well with zapier?

Hi,I use the mollie => moneybird ZAP to forward orders to moneybird so that a contact is created if not present and the invoice is created.Now I only see that the action is also carried out for NOT paid orders. Can I set somewhere that payment must be made before the order goes to moneybird? Now it's no use to me.
Hi thereThis is something I have done improperly probably!Basically I want to pull the Order Items (not Orders) from WooCommerce using Zapier into Google Sheets,The reason for this is that there will be some Orders that have more then 2 product on them. (There is a sort of way to do this just in Orders but this seemed (!) more ideal.Have created the Zap - created the Order in WooCommerce - when Zapier pulls the data out and populates Google Sheets it only brings ONE of the Order Lines out!So the Zap says “when new Order created in WooCommerce pull data into Google Sheets”.The fields seem to be correctly mapped etc and my other Zaps for other tables work flawlessly…I know there are 2 Order Lines and it only brings out the first line.Huh?Thanks for any comments though.

Hello,I have a rather simple Zap API process that’s not yielding the expected result, even after a successful test. I want Zapier to trigger the creation of a new “Deal” in Hubspot whenever I send an estimate to a customer. My Zap setup looks pretty simple, but I’m now wondering its incomplete?
