Hello, Currently, we are building our Zapier integration using the CLI + zapier-platform-core@8.0.1. Most of our triggers have been converted to instant types meaning that we create webhooks on our side whenever a zapp gets turned on. We impose a limit to the number of webhooks a user can create and as a result, there is a limit to how many zapps a user can create using triggers with our connector. We want to have a way to alert the user when they attempt to turn on a zapp that would push them over the limit. Currently, a status code of 400 is thrown on our side and I am able to see these errors on the zapier developer dashboard, but the UI the user sees does not give any indication of the error happening when turning on the zapp. In fact, we noticed that the UI appears to show the zapp turned on but when they refresh the page, the zapp is turned off and they get a generic email a few moments later. Is there a way to alert the user in the UI whenever they attempt to turn on the zapp t

Hello - newbie here who needs help with the following:Most weekdays Yahoo Finance publishes Analyst Reports on https://finance.yahoo.com/research. Every time an Analyst Report is published/updated, I want to capture it in a structured table with the following data points: Date Published/Updated, Stock Symbol, Name of Company, Title of Analyst Report (Article Headline), URL to Analyst Report (Article), Current Price, and Summary. Not every element is exposed on the Yahoo Analyst Report page (since it’s a paid service), but for now I just want to capture the exposed aforementioned info. How can I do this using a Zapier Webhook? Alternative method?

I have a Zap that watches a Slack channel for a message with a URL in it from a specific account, which contains a CSV file. The message looks like this:beta-new-users: [long secure URL here]I use ExtractURL to grab the file from the above, which I then use to attempt to parse the CSV file this creates an error: now, i have tried literally pasting in the exact same URL into the CSV file manually (so instead of the variable, its the actual https://abcde….xyz When I do that it works exactly as expected.Any ideas?Thanks!!
Hello!So I am very new at code and API calls so I’m not sure what I’m misunderstanding exactly!:)I am trying to use the PayPal API to generate automated invoices, using our internal system to pass the item data dynamically to the POST request to create an invoice .For more context, clients will likely have 2-4 items on their invoice, so I am looking for a way in which we check those off on our internal system (monday.com), then that client’s data and items are passed to this Zap, in which an array is created with the items purchased and a custom invoice is generated.To do that, I’ve been using various Utilities steps to transform the item data from our internal workflow into a JSON object that can be dynamically added into the body of the invoice. I would like to import all the conversations from intercom that missed the SLA "exceeded the SLA", to google sheets.As I understand, the only way is to create a webhook for every new conversation, and then use this integration https://zapier.com/apps/time-tracker/integrations/webhookMy question is, how can i track if it's a hit in this case? I’m trying to create a zap that sends a report of Analytics data whenever I create a Google sheet. However, when the Property field has no options available, and whenever I use a custom one, the Profile (View) field has a “invalid webPropertyId” error.How do I set up the Analytics action to send a report to Google Sheets?
I’ve been trying to make a zapper using webhooks to instantly have discord commands look up cells in google sheets. I have made a successful one that does the look up every 2 minutes, but the AI chat made it seem like with webhooks it could be made instant. Here is the successful two minute interval one:These are the directions the help bot gave me but it seems to be missing a few steps as there is nowhere to edit and add the URL from Zapier:As when I follow those steps up to step 7 I get stuck here, unable to move onto step 8:Any help would be appreciated!

I have a Platform app that I am creating. On the OAuth2.0 login when I am running a refreshtoken sometimes the response that I get back is a 500 error (I do not have control over the server that returns that error). This end up with the connection getting disconnected and all Zaps will stop (account has expired Please reconnect here.). I am trying to integrate my custom form to zapier to send files using webhook. I am using PHP to do so, what i am really trying to to do is that when a user uploads multiple files then all those files are addded to zip file and sent to webhook, till now the webhook is working as receiving the data but things get weird when i try to upload the zip file to the google drive, i cannot see the file object, just the file name, file Postname and file Mime. Hi, I set up a new connection to send to Slack for every RSS feed update. The slowest that Zapier says it will be is 15 minutes, but it took 30 minutes. Is there something else I should be doing? Thank you!
Hi all! What is the best approach testing a new Zapier app before going live? We use the Zapier CLI but I am not sure what data will be available in the bundle variable. We’ve made multiple assumptions in our unit tests since we can define what goes into the bundle ourselves. Do we need to create a separate app and point it to a staging url or is there a better way to do this? Thanks in advance!
We are currently enhancing the Freshsales Classic App in Zapier. We are currently facing one issue in one of the action, “Create Deal” in Freshsales Classic.Issue:Scenario 1: (Passing as Fixed Values)When we give fixed value to an integer type input, we are getting proper value in “bundle.action_fields_raw” Scenario 2: (Passing as Dynamic Values from triggers) When we pass a custom field value from trigger, we are getting not proper value in “bundle.action_fields_raw”.Instead of values, we are getting the placeholder. Hello, I wanna create a flow on Zapier that after receiving a form submission on HubSpot, calls and external API (my application). Based on what I've found so far, I could use the Webhook to do it, but as far as I can see, it does not allow you to call APIs that uses OAuth2 to make the authentication. Flow: Form Submission on HS > Authentication on an external API via Oauth2 to obtain the JWT token > Call external API (POST) informing token + form information captured. Can someone help me?

Hi!I’m trying to implement a trigger that would run when the user submits a form from our website. The form can have a variable number of fields. What is the best way to make these fields available as outputs of the trigger? It should be possible to:forward all the field key value pairs to another app in the next step (so that it would work correctly regardless of the number of fields) pick some fields to be used in next steps of the Zap (if something in the action step depends on the value)Outputing the key-value pairs as line items allows forwarding them in bulk, but I can’t find a way to select some specific key to use in the next step. Creating dynamic output fields would allow using a specific field’s value in the next step, but not forwarding all the fields in bulk.Is there a good way to set it up so that both ways would be possible?

Hello!Upon performing a z.request() to upload a file to my API, I get this error back:"Could not parse request body into json: Could not parse payload into json: Unexpected character ('-' (code 45)) in numeric value: expected digit (0-9) to follow minus sign...”I do not get this error if I include no form data in the request. Does anyone know a fix for this? My code is basically the default “uploadFile_v10” from the example app except with my URL substituted in.
