Intercom Webhook SLA

Hi guys, I need your help with this one!

 I would like to import all the conversations from intercom that missed the SLA "exceeded the SLA", to google sheets.

As I understand, the only way is to create a webhook for every new conversation, and then use this integration

My question is, how can i track if it's a hit in this case? "if the SLA is missed" ? Can someone suggest some steps for the zap?

If you can explain to me any way to create such a flow, it would help me A LOT.
