I currently setup 2 zaps. My overall goal or what I’m trying to accomplish is this. Change a status in monday.com to trigger a document to be sent via pandadoc. Then as the status of that pandadoc changes (from viewed to signed etc) I want that status to reflect on a column in Monday.com 1st Zap creates a PandaDoc document using a template when a status changes to “Send” in Monday.com 2nd Zap watches PandaDoc for updates and then updates the status column in Monday.com The 1st zap seems to be working fine. The problem I have is that I don’t know how to get the 2nd zap to map to the correct item. Am I supposed to be feeding an ID in zap 1 so that I can use it as the Item ID in the 2nd zap? Am I supposed to use a filter?
There has been a bug report for over 3 months with Zapier not pulling meta from Stripe on new transactions. Has anyone discovered any work arounds?

Hi! I'm using Zapier to sync a webhook URL from form builder to Flodesk When I test it in Zapier, it works fine. When I try from the newsletter subscribe form on my breakdance site, it only sends “Fields with no value: querystring” through Zapier and nothing ever makes it to Flodesk. I have a segment created for the email to go to. I’m just trying to save a new subscriber’s email address to Flodesk when the sign up (that’s the only field I’m asking for). What am I doing wrong?
I want lead connector to create an opportunity from a booking on Acuity. Most of it is working the way I need, but I am baffled as to why lead connector is not returning these fields:opportunity value opportunity name statusIs there a reason that these fields would not come back from lead connector to Zapier so that I could populate and set the status when an Acuity booking comes in?

Hi!I’m trying to put Typeform submissions into Airtable, where I want some multiple choice questions (for expample: choose 3 out of 10 options) in the Typeform to convert into tags in their respective Multiple Select column in Airtable. But anytime I submit a Typeform, those fields are filled with a single tag which contains the comma-separated string I get from Typeform. I tried splitting those strings with Formatter, and sending split tags in their respective Airtable fields, but then, it would only send the first one to Airtable and ignore the rest. I also tried every combination of commas and semicolons. Formatter > Utilities > Text to Line Items step also didn’t work.How can I change that?
I have a zap that creates a parent folder with 5 subfolders every time a new lead comes in from dubsado.However one folder is called Bank Statements. I want to auto add a folder for the current year and all the months.How do I do that? So it should look like this Lead>Bank Statements>2023>January

Hi Team I need your help.I am using LinkedIn matched audience push so my flow is I am creating a csv file with email as header and storing email in new rows and sending the csv file to web hook and that web hook is triggering the audience push to LinkedIn but after the status update to ready in campaign manager the audience count is < 300 and match rate < 5% i’m not able to figure it out what is the issue and i’m calling web hook API again and again based on the records in my db i’m creating chunk of 100000. and creating csv and pushing it.please help me to understand the issue.
I have successfully integrated and tested a gmail to asana integration. When a new email comes in matching a search criteria, a task is created in Asana. I have tested this. It works. Before turning on, I get the following error message: Gmail has some additional requirementsYour Gmail data can only be sent to approved apps.Unfortunately, the app you are using is no longer supported.You'll need to edit your Zap to turn it back on. I am not seeing any updates online that Gmail no longer integrates with Asana?
I am trying to set up an iFax to Google Drive integration. I have it set up to trigger when “New Fax Received” and the Event is Copy File to Drive. Everything seems to be set up properly. But I get this as an error. Failed to create a copy file in Google DriveThe app returned "File not found: MTUzMDM0N2lGYXhhcHB7cz0lV3MxQ1J0LHZ0R3dyOWM4".

Hello! I'm trying to save a value (which can be one or multiple links) from Zapier to Notion. The field in Notion is of text type, but when testing the 'Create database item' action from Zapier, the data is saved as plain text instead of URL links. What should I do to ensure that those URLs are saved as hyperlinks? The expected result should be like the second option, but the result we get is the first option

hello - been sitting on this for hours. I am trying to set up a zap where i can send an automatic message if a new email is sent in reply to specific type of email i already have sent. And i only want the zap to initiate for email with a specific subject line, and only once per email address. here is what the steps - I get an email in response to a specific automated email i already sent (the address of the person replying can change every time) - I respond back with a pre-written message and an attachment. end. the issue is everytime i choose a “to” in the “Gmail reply” zap, it only replies to that SPECIFIC email. I cant figure this one out. Can someone help?

Hello ! I have some issues with a zap. When I look for the form fields, the fiel message don’t appear. I’ve tried to read the 2 or 3 thread about the same issue but the solutions didn’t work… I tried to “reload” the fields after a test but nope. A field with a name “Message contact 2) appear but don’t work :/ Thanks for your time !
I am using ZAPIER to integrate to dropbox. The process is as follows:Write file to dropbox folder with a specific file name (ZAP task) Get a link to the file added in step 1 above via ZAPIER and include the link in an email (ZAP task)My question: How long will the link I got via ZAPIER be valid for? To put some context into my question, I ran the process and the links expired within twently four hours.

When retrieving subscription usage data, using metered billing in Stripe, I have to call an URL containing the Subscription Item ID. How do I set up a webhook where I merge the ID into the URL and make it know that it should start with one ID, get the data, and then continue merging the url with the next ID, get the data and so forth?
I’m brand new at this Zapier thing and I’m trying to use it for Constant Contact and QuickBooks Online. Hello,I have my Zapier account configured to America/Los Angeles.I have some date-time fields in Airtable which Zapier writes to.I usually use the {{zap_meta_human_now}} value and the times display correctly in Airtable (where the fields are configured to display local time). To be precise, the time displays correctly across user timezones, and is correct to the hour throughout the year whether in daylight savings time or standard time.Since 6/30/2022 the records I have such configurations writing to have been getting their time values set to what looks like GMT hours.Switching the Zapier time setting to {{zap_meta_pst_iso}} gets me in the ballpark, but now if I need correct to the hour timestamps, I will have to update all my zaps every six months for daylight saving.What happened that cause {{zap_meta_human_now}} to stop behaving?Thanks!
