Hi All,I have some JSON that I’m trying to convert into individual items so that I can use the parts in different ways later down the line in Zapier. The data is formatted as follows: {"Title": "Content","Subtitle": "Content2","Name": "John Smith","Date": 1999,"Description": "Long form text area","Summary": "Long form text area","Percentage": 80%}How can I convert each item into an individual component that I can use in other ways? Ideally to also split the heading from the content (i.e. to also split “Title” from the “Content”. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi - I’ve read a few topics around this issue and tried the solutions suggested, but I’m still getting nowhere. I’m trying to send only “closed won” opportunities from SF to slack and additionally filter the “TYPE” field for 2 values. My initial filter is on closed won deals (which is fine): Then I’m trying to use the “Find Record by Query in Salesforce” option to further filter closed won deals by the “Type” field (standard field). This query doesn’t filter anything for me. Do I have this setup correctly?

I have created a new custom API to connect to the UPS API for tracking package delivery statuses. I set up and was successful at getting a token with Basic Auth and the Client Credentials OAuth method. Is there any way to create resources, triggers, creates, searches dynamically in a CLI app? We have a standard database structure but customers can add custom fields and custom record types. The custom fields can be handled by Zapier but custom record types would need to be added dynamically after we have identified the customer when they initially log in.

I currently use Zapier to extract files from email and then save them on drive. I’m now wondering if it is possible to automatically rename the file to a set format before saving them on drive. Can someone please help me understand if this is an option. I noticed “formatter” being referred to in some posts. However, I’m unsure how this can be useful in my situation. Hi all,I’m experimenting with zapier webhooks and wondering if anyone has successfully done a POST webhook to a google cloud function (http request). Use case is someone submitting a form along with a CSV file via airtable. When the new airtable record is created, zapier webook POST will send a json payload along with the CSV file to my google cloud function URL. The google cloud function has python code that will then manipulate the CSV file. When it is done, the updated CSV file and a confirmation will be sent back to airtable. Thanks. Matt

Hi there,Does anyone also encounter a similar error with creating a database item in Notion? In my case, the zap was working fine before. However, in the past few days, it failed to create new items, due to this error: “body failed validation. Fix one: body.children.length should be ≤ 100, instead was '110'When I reduce the content in the content field, it seems to work. I don't think there was a limit on the main content field of an item in Notion before, while there was a limit of content length in other fields. Is it a recent change? Thanks for the help!

The results return successfully, but I cannot for the live of me figure out how to get these grouped results to create individual rows in Sheets or Excel. Hi community, I created multiple ‘trigger and action’ zaps on Zapier Trigger: Deal Matching Filter in PipeDrive That is, Deal status on PipeDrive is changed to wonAction: Add Tag to Subscriber on Drip The test ran fine, but the trigger is not working irl. ‘Deal Matching Filter in PipeDrive’ → ‘Test Trigger’ is not pulling in new deals from PipeDrive. I had to choose from multiple deals, from the drop down option, and select one of them (Deal A, Deal B, etc.) manually for the zap to work How can i make it work automatically?
I am new to Zapier and attempting a proof of concept. We are able to read data from our APIs, however, it seems we need to post process data coming back from the API call due it not being in an array. We found help / community articles for this. However, it seems that “code mode” is not looking at variables correctly or not saving the code on triggers/is getting confused with modifications. Are there known issues with code mode? Thank you
Hello Unforuantely one of my systems produced bad data and it was propogated through Zapier to another system. I have cleared the data from the original source, but the problem is the zapier is treating the empty field as “no data”, and so isn’t pushing it through to clear the field.Is there a way to force a “clear” or “null” data value through the API call?Whenever I try and type null, it just puts that as the text, as opposed to clearing it from scratch :-/
