When trying to run a trigger test between Shopify and Facebook Offline Conversions, Zapier for some reason can only access 3 records, which all come from a period of 12-18 months ago.I used one of these to populate the 'Action' form to run the test zap, but I get nothing coming through to the Facebook events manager. I thought that maybe I would need to go back through the events manager to a period 12-18 months ago to see if the zap appears then, but you can only go back 3 months in the calendar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all, after 3 days of trying to figure this out I’m at a loss.I’m trying as the title says to update a google sheet when any row in a particular table in mysql is updated. I have the zap set up without errors yet it does not fire or trigger when the mysql table has been updated (which is the trigger). I have read through just about everything on the help site. Important notes:MySQL version is 5 something (under v8 in the help section) I understand there is lag from the time mysql updates The table I’m using in mysql does not have a date column that specifies when a row was updatedI think my zap error may reside in the 3rd step, under the Row portion, I have selected what I think is a lookup variable in 2. I have a Zapier that ties to a Flodesk > Memberspace integration. It suddenly started adding people to a Memberspace newsletter list that cancelled their plan years ago.It is also adding people that created a profile in Memberspace, but didn't enter their card info or sign up for a plan yet. Ich habe einen Zap erstellt, mit dem ich neue bezahlte Bestellungen von Shopify zu Trello hinzufüge in eine Liste “neue Bestellungen”. Es wird also automatisch bei jeder neuen bezahlten Bestellung eine karte in der Liste “neue Bestellungen” mit der Bestellnummer als Kartennamen. Leider werden bei Trello aber immer 2 Karten pro Bestellung angelegt, einmal eine mit allen Infos in der Beschreibung und einmal eine mit einer Checkliste. Eine von beiden muss ich also immer händisch archivieren und löschen. Das ist sehr aufwendig und auch nicht Sinn der Sache. I’d love to be able to insert something into the Zap run log that can help me find the run for a specific item.E.g.: We use Zapier almost exclusively with Asana on a couple of very busy projects. When there are dozens, if not hundreds, of runs in a given week it can be very difficult to find the run details for a specific event. If we could add a data item from a step into the name displayed in the run history that would make life a while lot easier when it comes to debugging and diagnosing issues. Right now I just see a page of 10 all but identical entries, and have to click through each one, across multiple pages, to find the entry I need. Being able to insert, say, an Asana task ID into the run name seems to make so much sense.
So I am new to user Zapier but seem to understand its limits so far. I am having ChatGPT generate an article barely only a second paragraph, its hitting a brick wall. This is within only 30 seconds or so also.I keep getting was_cancelled false not true as I have read many times that would show timeout, it barely runs more then 30 seconds most times and whether it says true or false, either cuts off the response and then retries to ask again sometimes 3 times. It seemed to work at first and now giving multiple errors like this one. Whether I use ChatGPT3 Turbo or ChatGPT4 with massive amounts of tokens currently with ChatGPT3 I use 3800 or more. It cuts off and does this weird retry and gives me 3 outputs instead of giving me one long output.Could you help me with understanding why this is, is this a Zapier limitation hit or OpenAPI limitation?

Hello! I’m creating a Zap using a software called pockets. Every time I save an article in pockets (initial trigger), it creates a row in google spreadsheets with the article title, author, publisher, URL, and date. From there, the next action is to create a gmail draft using the following html code to automatically hyperlink the article title with the link from my spreadsheet: These steps all work seamlessly, and the draft in gmail shows up exactly like I want it to. However, I’d like zapier to read the data from all rows in my google sheets, rather than just the most recently updated row so that all of the rows from my spreadsheet are in a single email draft with each other, and under the same formatting from above. How can I do this? This is for a weekly email that I send out so I’d love to set up a filter to not read info before/after a certain date. Any help on either of these things would be great. Thanks!
Just to provide some context, there is a simple pre-registration form that collects the name and email address of the participants. After a new response with a validated email is received, we want to send the students a survey using the survey email collector. From what I have seen, this automation is possible through Zapier.Based on my understanding, it appears that Survey Monkey assigns a unique ID to each candidate in the form of a unique link generated by the email collector. The only thing I am unsure about is how to extract the ID link and put the html link it in a button, as this is specific to the integration between Survey Monkey and Zapier, and it has not been set up correctly on zapier.
We have a Wix website using Wix forms and the issue is with one of the fields in Wix forms. We are using a File Upload button and so the problem is that when we send the file the user submits on our website, it comes out as a text file (.TXT) of the files name and not the actual file. I understand that I can connect ‘Find a folder’ in Google drive to actually filing something (say, an email attachment) in that folder.But in the ‘file in folder’ step I’m struggling to see how to say ‘please file the attachment in the folder you just found in step 2’. I’m guessing I use the ‘Custom’ option but then I’m presented with what is to me a bewildering array of fields. Which one (if any) do I choose? Thank you!
Hello! I did an automation of creating wordpress articles in zapier. The problem is that when the zap is execute, the step of creating wordpress articles is skipping. But when I do a test manually, the creation of wordpress articles works well. I noticed that the step meets the error: “ WordPress ran into an issue. Error code 401: API key is missing”
Hi all, new to this space and zapier, so hoping some circle<>Zapier experts in here can lend me a hand I’m in the process of building out a community for a client and we’re using Circle as our platform. Unlike Insided where you can set a milestone threshold to automatically assign badges there is not such automation in circle to achieve this. However I was told that if I created the tags (Circle version of badges) I could use Zapier to automate this process. So if someone attends 5 events = badge/tag, or someone contributes 100 comments= badge/tag. Anyone with some know-how on this willing to help a brother out? K

Hi I’m trying to connect chatbase to zappier and it only has two input fields that ask for the KEY and another for display name. When I put the key in which is required It gives me an error for wrong chatbotID. I found the ID and tried it in the input fields and none of them end up working and either says wrong chatbotID or wrong API key. Is there a way to stop Zapier zipping up images sent to Google Drive? I am trying to automate a process of sending inspection photos to our clients. Photos uploaded to Airtable, sent to Google Drive then trying to output the Google Drive file link to Gmail however Zapier zips up the files sent to Google Drive which makes it clunky on the receiving end of the email. Is there maybe a free alternative to Google Drive for the image hosting to be able to send a link to the client to view the images?
