I have several Acuity appointment types that are basically the same appointment with different timespans. I want anyone who books one of those appointments to end up with the same tag in ConvertKit.Is there any way to do this with one conditional Zap (it’s not obvious if there’s an “or” option) or do I really have to set up a zap for each appointment type. That’s super tedious.

I create a zap integrating kajabi purchases with active campaign, however, it will not stay on. I have checked everything, and it keeps switching itself off when i refresh the page I have checked these:You lose access to a paid feature the Zap uses (e.g., multi-step Zaps or premium apps) due to a trial expiration or plan downgrade. Multiple errors occur each time the Zap tries to run. An email notification will be sent if a Zap is turned off due to errors. You make a change to a trigger or action of the Zap. You will need to turn the Zap back on once you are done editing it.and nothing is wrong with the above thanks!
We have a custom object in salesforce. I’m unable to bring Jotform data into SFDCas it does not support custom objects. If it is possible in Zapier, then please share the video link.
Hi hopefully someone may have encountered this before! trying to run a zap from when an unbounce landing page standard form has data entered into it create or update lead in sharpspring CRM (both have integrations with zapier as standard) . When you connect up in action 1 unbounce it seems to work fine and completes in action 2 testing and completing the sharpspring action throws up the following error - anyone any suggestions on the Problem updating node? best regards andy
I’m trying to search a google sheet’s column for a value, and only if it the value is present, then continue with the Zap.I’ve tried a bunch of the Google Sheet Action Events (namely: ‘Lookup Spreadsheet Row’) but am not getting the effect I need. Really struggling to see how to find out if a value is present in a column.Thanks for any help with this! :)
Hi team, We are using RefreshTokenException() method to refresh the access_token. Before it was worked fine. Few of customer are facing issue. Hello, I am fairly new to Zapier and am looking for some help.I have a zap that triggers from a Ninja Forms Submission and POSTS this data to a WebHook. I am having difficulty posting the Files that are attached in this form. I have tried single file in the File field but keep getting the error “The app returned "Provided Document type not found in database".” error. Please help

I’m setting up a Zap from Airtable to Webflow CMS, and it’s all going great (loving it!), but I can’t seem to import multiple images in Airtable into Zapier’s action then publish that into Webflow CMS. It only seems to attach one image at a time.Is there a way to zap multiple images into Webflow’s CMS image gallery? Thank you all :)
Hello!I am trying to set up the following Zap:Trigger: once a day Action: Search all Trello (or Fibery, or whatever) cards with word “Urgent” in them Action: Send email for each such card which contains some dataProblem: search action returns justt a single card while there are multiple on the board. Only one email is sent (where multiple were expected) Please advice how to handle this scenario
Slack just pushed an update to their platform and now all prior posts that Zapier had made to Slack are showing the Zapier icon instead of the bot icon that’s specified.Messages that were posted by our Zaps days and weeks ago are now showing the Zapier logo where they were previously showing the Bot Icons associated with the Zap.No changes have been made to the icons and they’re all still in our workspace.Is this an issue others are having? Can it be resolved?

Hi, My zap should trigger when I make a sale with JVzoo and it creates a goal in Google Analytics. This used to work well, until about a month ago. Google Analytics doesn’t display anything, not even if I make a test. My other GA goals made without Zapier works well. Once I got this error via email, very likely this is the issue: Google Analytics: Quota Error: You have exceeded the maximum number of writes/day for this project. Task history recorded my tests as success, but GA goals displays nothing. Thanks
Hello!I currently am creating a zap that will see new orders appear in my airtable, search that email for a matching email in klaviyo, and if they belong on a certain list mark them in airtable with a specific tag.however, it seems to be completely ignoring the list and marking seemingly randomly anybody with a profile in klaviyo. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Customer leads are no longer going from Calendly to SynkedUP and I can't figure out how to fix it. I am not seeing any error message on my end, but when customers fill out a form on Calendly, it is no longer populating in SynkedUP as it usually does.I have tried contacting someone but there is no way to get support and this is detrimental to our business. I need this to be resolved ASAP.
Hi there, I’m working with a client to send order details from Wix to Google Sheets. We have several personalize custom text that’s included in the order as well. However, when I try to find new records, Zapier doesn’t seem be able to retrieve them (they have 7 orders at this point of time). And the dummy record provided doesn’t include personalized custom text or product options either. I’m hoping that someone might be able to assist me on this. I’ve included images to show what this looks like on Wix’s side.
we have connected google calendar to quotient in the effort to automatically create contacts in quotient from entries in google calendar. which works greatbut there isnt enough fields in google calendar to do it properly.there is an extension that allows custom fields for google calendar but then zapier doesnt see them to input into quotient.any way around this.
Hi All, I'm hoping to draw on the communities knowledge to help solve an issue I can't seem to resolve and Support is giving no clear answers.I am posting a Bank Spend-Receive Transaction from a Excel Spreadsheet to Xero.This works: When finalizing the zap and testing the transaction it succeeds and the Zap is posted to the correct Bank account in Zero. This doesn't work: When I perform a Transfer Action on the same source transaction the Zap produces an error "Error message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')”I isolated two errors through hours of troubleshooting and testingTransaction Type had changed from being a entry from the Excel Spreadsheet to having to be formatted by Zapier Text-in-Line Formatter. Once this was implemented everything worked perfectly. Zaps cannot be copied. As soon a working Zap is copied it no longer works and generates the 'Map’ error, even if it's not edited in any way.This means all my zaps have to created from the “ground-up”, which
Hi, I have my ShipStation account connected to my Shopify store. Currently, when a Shopify order arrives, it goes to ShipStation and I manually print the packing slip for each order (in bulk). Ideally, I’d like to create a zap that automates the ordering process coming from Shopify.The ideal zap path would beA new order arrives on Shopify > ShipStation ShipStation (or another integration) creates a packing slip as a PDF Send the packing slip PDF to a cloud printer.I solved steps 1 and 3 but still can’t find a way to auto-create a PDF packing slip in either ShipStation or Shopify. I’ve had 2 Zaps running for over a month. They both activate by a new row in my Google sheet. A Google Form sends the info to the Google sheet. It’s the same form used every time. I’ve tried testing it and asking it to collect new records and it’s not seeing any row after 4/15 which is went it last ran successfully. I only have 35 rows in the google sheet. I’ve tried turning the Zaps on and off, and turning them off and asking it to retrieve more records. It’s not seeing the google sheet anymore from the looks of it. There are no empty lines an I hadn’t edited or worked on the Zap in over 4 weeks. Help!
I’m having all sorts of issues with this one zap.I’ve a successful zap from ‘new clients’ in Practice better zapped to a new subscriber group in Mailerlite.I’m trying to set up a new zap from Practice Better when someone confirms a ‘Masterclass booking’ and then then get zapped into a new subscriber group in Mailerlite, but the zap will not work. Even thought it’s just First Name, Last Name and Email… same as the zap that works above. Hey there,I am brand new to Zapier but not new to automation. I’ve set up some Google Sheet integrations with random apps before, and have written one or two with Javacript as well.My question is this: why is it necessary to manually map fields for a Zapier integation with a Google Sheet when it should be easy for Zapier to simply make the Column Headers the names of the object keys coming from the API?For example, I have an API sending me a key:value pair like “Applicant Title: Jane Doe”. Why can’t Zapier simply make the the first column of my Sheet “Applicant Title” and the first row “Jane Doe”?If this is possible, I would love to know how. Thank you!PLDS
