Hi @Benjamin
You can submit a ticket to Zapier Support here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
Thank you, but you have no clue on this issue? @Troy Tessalone
Hi @Benjamin, do you have actual data for the test trigger?
Hi @Benjamin, do you have actual data for the test trigger?
Sorry what kind of data for the test trigger do you mean? If you mean by posts yes I do and got tons of it.
So what I just found out is that I’m able to find data for “Pages” from my site and no error of such has shown like it did with “Posts”.
Also for your information, the account that I'm using to connect to WordPress is an admin account.
Hi @Benjamin!
I see that you contacted our Support team and when they checked your Zap, you’d actually managed to get some Posts to come through your Zap’s trigger. Did you do anything to make that work, by any chance?

The first one was fine, everything goes great. Then when Im trying to create a new one by copying from the working one.
I do the following:
Choose WordPress account and connect status succeed.
Failed at “Set up trigger” and “Test trigger”
The trigger wont work for “Posts” and still doesn't work.
Unable to get any post from:
Post Status: Published
Post Type: Posts
Works for “Pages”
But able to get post from:
Post Status: Published
Post Type: Pages
Could you please look into this, make a run test and you will see. I’ve tried countless troubleshootings and nothing seems to help.
- From removing zapier plugin and reinstall it.
- Clearing cache on the server.
- Copying from the working one.
- Created new one.
- Connecting with different WordPress accounts (admin rights)
- Tried all the action on FIrefox, Chrome and nothing works.

Hey @Benjamin!
I'm sorry that you were having some trouble connecting WordPress with Zapier. Parsing errors are quite common and usually involve a bad plugin!
If you are still experiencing the issue and just installed a plugin, you should try disabling and try again. If that doesn't help, I’d recommend you contact support and ask to check our logs, we'll do our best to identify the troubled plugin for you! You can contact Zapier Support using the Get Help form.
Hi @Benjamin , were you were able to try the suggestion about disabling plugins and did that help? Let us know!
Hi @Paolo
Unfortunately, we couldn’t get it to work and had to go for another solution.
