Hi @Andler

Can you please clarify what your issue is?

Perhaps provide screenshots.

Check your Zap app connection here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Welcome to the Community, @Andler

I did some checking on this side but couldn’t find any similar issues reported with enabling on 2FA for OneDrive. I wonder if there might be an issue with the files that are being sent from Yousign to OneDrive.

You mentioned that the Zap was working previously, so can I just check whether the file being sent to OneDrive still either a file object or publicly accessible link to the file? If not, have there been any changes on Yousign’s end that might have caused this? For example were the permissions for the files altered which might now be preventing the files from being accessed unless you’re logged into Yousign?

Looking forward to hearing from you on this!

Hi SamB.

i checked and the link to the file is still working now.

From yousign side they confirm to me that they dont’t have change anything.

but the strange thing is that a file is saved on Onedrive but without extension and containing only one line with the name of the file.

Thanks

Hi there @Andler,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Did you recently add Multifactor Authentication to any of your Microsoft accounts? Office 365 or another Microsoft Service? If so, when you reconnect to OneDrive, this should allow you to reconnect using multi-factor authentication. You can reconnect your OneDrive account here: https://zapier.com/app/connections/onedrive

Additionally, could you please send a screenshot of the “Action” section of your OneDrive step? Here’s an example screenshot of what I’m looking for:
