Trying to track a DocuSign envelope within Airtable via Zapier… all should work fine but I’m getting this error

Failed to find a record in Airtable

While requesting "dev_method" from DocuSign we ran into an error: Error fetching form data: Your selected Docusign account does not have access to form data. Ensure that is the sender account and the Docusign Sender Settings allow downloading form data: https://admin.docusign.com/sending-settings

I've tried everything and the link doesn't seem to open also Docusign seems to suck when it comes to login in? any help would be appreciated.. thank you

Hi @Jason P

Good question.

DocuSign help articles: https://zapier.com/apps/docusign/help

Check the link in the description for field: Download form data?

https://admin.docusign.com/sending-settings

@Jason P

You can try using a new/different private browser.

I updated and ticked the allow sender to download form data.. i thought we had it but now is errors with the following -

Failed to find a record in Airtable

Error from halted execution: Nothing could be found for the search.

this is really strange cause i am looking at the exact record which looks perfect to find it but its saying it doesn't exist? any ideas?  sorry to be  bothering you with this...

@Jason P

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to have more context.

Ok so here are some screens shots… as you will see im using the email subject line as the identifier as its also recorded via the creation zap to Airtable so was the easiest one to match.. and it 100% so not sure why it can't fins it?
