Also, check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Zap runs have a green checkmark saying success.
Can you post screenshots of these:
- How your Zap steps are configured
- DATA IN/OUT from your Zap Run steps
Zap Data IN/OUT
I’d recommend refreshing the trigger test data and selecting a example that has the desired value populated.
Then remap the variable from step 1 to the step 2 name field.
Then turn the Zap ON, test again, and check your Zap Runs.
OBSERVATIONS
In Step 2, the mapped variable has “No data”.
In the Zap Runs for Step 2 DATA IN, the mapped variable looks like Contact Name First.
