Zapier tests are running fine, zap is enabled, no error messages. Everything looks great from the Zapier side, but zap never triggers and test run does not show under Zap Runs. Anyone ever make a successful connection from GivingFire > Create Contact/Tag in Keap?
I’m trying to update live items from Outlook Calendar to Webflow CMS. My create new event is working just fine but my update live items returns this error Failed to create an item in WebflowThe app returned "ValidationError: Provided ID is invalid". I’m guessing I’m not putting the right information into the required item field but I have no idea what that is supposed to be. Creating new live event Zap did not require the “item” field.
This issue appears recently as of July 11. The main question and issue is have is around why a Webhook through a Zap would stop reading / accepting a file upload.Configuration:WordPress site using the Forminator Forms plugin Zapier grabs the new form entry via webhook CATCH The Zap transfers all webhook data to SQL ServerIssue with screenshot below:Webhook not recognizing image upload file field path Webhook recognizes the file upload but provides no file path to connect to a DB field This issue also started on existing forms not just new ones.Testing scenarios:Cleared browser and website cache Attempted across Firefox and Edge browsers Recreated Webhook link to Forminator Form Recreated file upload field, recreated form, working with new formScreenshot of UI for not recognizing File Upload (upload-1): Anyone else have a similar configuration or issue?
I’ve got a script that takes several worksheets in a Google Sheet and saves it to a single PDF using a formula for how to name that PDF etc. I’m a fairly advanced user and thought it would be pretty easy to create a Zap that triggers that Script, then retrieves a download PDF link to the file, so that I can then send that file using Zapier / Gmail and then also store it in a specific sub-folder of my choosing again using Zapier / Google Drive. See attached screen shots. I’m stumped. Out of my comfort zone and need your help please! The script updates the Google Sheet with data from a TypeForm first, fails to trigger the script, but it does then send the email (but without the desired PDF). Love Zapier and know there is a way but so frustrated after 24 hours of trying everything I could think of and still falling short. Basic direction I took was from the only article on here from like three years ago that addressed the use case but wasn’t super specific on how to calibrate the settings

I made a post about this around 20 days ago or so, and @Troy Tessalone helped me create an empty folder of the same name in Dropbox when a folder is created in Box, but… This doesn’t really solve my problems. I need Zapier to track not only when a new folder is made, but when files are added to this new folder. For example: Let’s say that I have a folder in Box, called “FOLDER A”. I have a zap set up for “FOLDER A” saying that whenever a new folder is created within FOLDER A, a new folder--with the same name--is created in “FOLDER B” in Dropbox. So, let’s say that “FOLDER X” is created inside FOLDER A in Box (a subfolder of Folder A), and “FILE Z” is added to that folder moments later. Can I create a Zap that transfers over copies of both “FOLDER X” and its contents, “FILE Z”, automatically to “FOLDER B” in DropBox, without me needing to manually set up an entirely seperate zap that tracks files entering FOLDER X in Box and uploads copies of those files to FOLDER B in Dropbox? I’ve started the process of linking FormSpree & Zapier with a webhook.But I’m not clear on what I need to do to actually add the new names/email addresses coming in, as a subscriber on a list in ActiveCampaign. I can’t find this info anywhere!Thanks for any guidance!
Getting this error when I try to connect the two, but everything is active, updated and to be expected. I am trying to set up a ‘zap’ which would send form submissions using a Klaviyo form through to Pipedrive as a lead. While I’ve got the two platforms connected and data pulling through from Klaviyo:Which seems to be discoverable in the Pipedrive options:I’m getting what I assume is a mapping error when I try to submit the test:I can see on another post that there is a reported bug for a similar problem: But would like to know if this falls into the same hole in terms of a known issue or if I’m actually doing something wrong with the execution? I'm currently experiencing an issue with an automation workflow between Greenhouse and Zapier. The workflow is designed to create a Slack notification whenever there's a new internal job opening in Greenhouse. Despite my Greenhouse API key having all the necessary permissions (which I have double-checked), the "New Job" trigger in Greenhouse is not sending data to Zapier as expected. This is preventing the intended notifications from being posted on Slack.I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has faced similar issues with the integration of Greenhouse and Zapier, particularly with the "New Job" trigger. Hi have created a zap which uses instant type of trigger to fetch event data.In the zap history I am getting empty data and the error is null (Text) Exactly matches {{434343__variable_name}}. The data from zapier events is not getting populated correctly. Let me know how can this be done.

Hi @mari12h7, @RashidatO and @CardManc! 👋 We’ve got all of you added to the list of affected users so we’ll be sure to send you an email notification as soon as it’s resolved.@RashidatO - For the workaround Zsambi and others have mentioned I believe you’d need to create an automation in ClickUp that runs for the same events as the ClickUp trigger that’s erroring. This would need to be set up to send a webhook (use the Webhook Call option for the Automation) through to a Zap that uses a Catch Hook (Webhooks by Zapier) trigger. That way ClickUp can still send the desired information over to Zapier without running into that same error. Hope that helps! 🙂 This post was split from topic: Hi @SamB! Hello, I want to automate Twitter posts by using OpenAI and using Content from my Google drive. I have a Smartsheet which contains financial data and when these figures are updated, I’d like the change to be also updated in certain cells within a Notion database. I currently have a draft Zap triggered by ‘Updated row in Smartsheet’, then it’s Action is to ‘Find Database Item in Notion’ and then ‘Update Database Item in Notion’. I’m finding that it only updates the Notion cells related to the example Name and Values I include in the ‘Find’ step. It doesn’t update all or any other rows which might have changed. The original Smartsheet has hundreds of rows so I can’t add a specific ‘Find’ action for all of them!Is there an easier way to do this and what am I doing wrong?(BTW, I did originally try without the ‘Find’ step, but it doesn’t seem to work).

Hello AllI need help solving a problem with an automation.The automation is supposed to add a new row to an Excel sheet every time a new item is created or updated in Monday.com. I've mapped the columns from Monday.com to the corresponding columns in Excel (using the column IDs).During the test, the row is correctly created in Excel with all the information in the right place, but when I add a new user on monday, only the first column corresponding to the item name (pulse name ?!) is added on excel, without the data from the other columns.I've tried troubleshooting the problem by checking the Zap, verifying the column mappings, and checking the data in Monday.com, but without success.If anyone has encountered this problem before or has suggestions on what I could try next, I would be very grateful for your help.Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
I’m trying to set up Active Campaign integration with Facebook and I keep getting this error message in the 2nd step:Invalid Lead ID: One or more of your Lead IDs are invalid or have been deleted. Your entire batch of events can be rejected if there are one or more invalid Lead IDs. The Lead ID is a unique 15-16 digit number generated by Meta. I’ve used the ID from the events manager and I don’t know what else to do
I have a zap that sends an automatic text message (through click send) when someone fills out information on a form (in jotform). The tests I perform on zapper are pulling in the name field, but the actual zap is not. It keeps leaving the name field blank. I have tried everything and cannot figure out what's wrong. I have another zap that pulls in the name field just fine.
I’m trying to set a zap where if a record in Salesforce is updated, send a SurveyMonkey survey to that Contact Email. I am having trouble setting up the zap without creating a new survey every time. The other option was that contact could be added to a list from which the collector could send whenever added but I’m not sure how to set that up. I tried creating a support ticket but I never got an email back.
