Getting this error when I try to connect the two, but everything is active, updated and to be expected. It just keeps failing to connect.

authentication failed: We ran into an error and were unable to complete the request. This kind of error is usually cause by a malformed Base URL, but could have other causes. Please provide this error message to Support if you wish to escalate: AppError: {"message":"Zapier Add-On is not Updated or Installed. Your current version of the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-on is not compatible or is not installed and activated. Please update Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On or verify that the add-on is installed and activated."}

Hi all,

 

What is the exact process to resolve this issue? I looked through the link posted above, but I cannot find an exact answer to the error listed above. I was led down a lot of different paths that did not provide any answers at all. Would someone be able to walk us through this issue?

If these steps do not work, the cause could be any of a large number of site configuration issues, and you will need to open a support ticket with Gravity Forms to troubleshoot: https://www.gravityforms.com/support
