I have a product customisation form in Shopify that customers input their messages in the respective fields in the form:Name: JohnSex: MaleMessage: Hello I then use zapier to extract the shopify inputs from "Line Item Properties Value". The inputs in the respective fields in the form are separated by commas:John,Male,Hello. This is OK but if the customer inputs commas into the fields like the example below, I then run into problems:Name: JohnSex: MaleMessage: Hello, world The Line Item Properties Value then shows: "John,Male,Hello,world" as if I had 4 fields. In reality I have 3 fields. But because of the comma in the message "Hello, world", it recognized "world" as the 4th input. I think the way to resolve this is to change the separator in Shopify to "|" instead of comma. Or is there a workaround in Zapier? How do I do this? Thanks a million!

Hello All, I’ve see a topic for this but the solution given doesn’t seem to work.I’m using Google calendar as a trigger to send reminder emails 12, 6, 4, 2 weeks and 3 prior to an event starting.if I a client books at short notice, it causes Many of these emails to send when let’s say, if they book 3 weeks ahead, they only need the 2 week and 3 day reminder emails. What they get is the 12,6 and 4 week reminders all together when I first add the event, is there a workaround or solution to this?
I can’t seem to get my subzap to process input data. I slimmed it down to simply accept one argument and then return that same argument to the calling zap. It seems as though it’s returning the test data from when I was testing the subzap, regardless of what I’m sending it. Is there a bug with subzaps?

When creating a Salesforce task via Pardot automation, the options are super limited:Create Salesforce task details I am looking for a way to include custom Pardot field data in this task. It would be a text area, so should be allowed. Does anyone know if this is possible? And if so, can you tell me how to accomplish this with Zapier?
Hi,I created an integration of a newsletter signup form on squarespace, which collects data into a google form, and then the zap is supposed to transfer the confirmed email to a group in mailerlite. Everything works great. The emails show up in zap after confirmation but it has been over 24 hours and it doesn’t show up in the group on mailerlite. I’m sure this is because I’m new and this is free. I’ve now tested it with all four of my emails. I read somewhere on the community that it won’t work for repeat emails. Help!
I use Zapier to connect a Surveymonkey form to RD Station (a brazillian marketing platform).The first part, the trigger, is ok.But the problem is in the second part, the Action. When I search for “escolaridade” in the field of “Data Science – Survey – Qual seu nível de escolaridade?” (it is a question in Surveymonkey), Zapier does not find anything.I have already answerd the form in Survey to have answers. What is the problem? Thank you.
I set up connection between FB lead form and google sheets. When same person from facebook gets into the lead form twice, the second time it doesn't get into the google sheets but it is tracked as lead on facebook. How can i solve this?Thanks
This post has been split from @SamB Could you please help with another scenario, where we actually want to trigger every new messages that does not go above 15 mins idle time (i.e the time between the last two messages) followed by some actions meanwhile messages coming after the idle time should be considered as the new set of trigger for the same actions. Keeping in mind we should be using least number of tasks. What would be the best way to do this? please share your thoughts.
Recently, I was helping a client setup an airtable zap.The zap has worked successfully the last almost 3 years.Its taking paperform (a form) responses and creating a new record into airtable.With the recent updates, I cannot seem to populate the information from paperform into airtable.How do I get the fields to show up to create a new record?Please advise!Thanks so much!
I’m wanting to Zap any new records created in Makeswift to be moved into Airtable. However, when I go to map the Makeswift fields to Airtable, it’s only letting me pull the data from the test record that was used. See screenshot belowWhen I insert a new record into Makeswift, the integration doesn’t pass anything into Airtable. There’s also no record of a new Makeswift record being created and kicking off the Zap.
Hi Everyone I have setup a link between Pipedrive and Trello to transfer documents as well as other text field data.All was working OK when I first set it up but in the last week all documents (PDF, Emails etc) transfer fine but Excel documents are not transferring over.When I look at the log file it appears Zapier know the files are there but for some reason they are not being deposited in Trello.Could it be Excel file size ?Any help on this would be really appreciated ThanksBarry

Hi there, I am trying to create the following Zap: New opportunity creation in SFDC triggers A new basecamp project to be created from a templateWe have a full list of templates in basecamp but not all of them load in Zapier which is causing me some issues Here is the screenshot of what’s available in Zapier (scrolling capture) VS what we actually have in Basecamp: I can notice a couple templates missing from the Zapier update. I’ve tried re-connecting to the account, connecting to my own personal account.I did notice that we are actually running Baseamp 4 and not Basecamp 3, which is not available to choose from the Zapier integrations. Could that be the issue?
Hello, I’m trying to create a zap that will dynamically update items in a Monday.com board if a record in Salesforce (Opportunity Stage) is updated. So far I think I’m on the right track with the following: Trigger - updated record in SalesforceAction - find a record in SalesforceAction - get column values in Monday.com I keep getting stuck in the Monday.com action since a required field is Item ID, where I’d have to select a specific item to update rather than allowing it to search for an updated opportunity stage in salesforce for all items listed in the board. Any help figuring out how to do this is much appreciated!

Hi allI have created a zap from a lead supplier’s API to fluent CRM.When I test the zap, it does pull test data through which is visible in FluentCRM. However, it does not seem to be active, despite lots of leads coming in regularly by email.I have given days and there has been no improvement and the zaps are switched on. Any ideas how i could troubleshoot this please?Thanks in advance.

Currently have a multi select pick list in a Squarespace submission form. Not matter what combination I use for the formatter, and changing commas to colons and removing the spaces, the data will not plug into Salesforce. Is there a flaw with the system going to lightning?
Hi I have a google sheet that is populated by orders I receive through woocommerce. I would like to get a notification after 3 days and after 7 days to serve as reminders that I still have an order to fulfill. Any idea how to do this? I don’t need the notification at the time of change in the sheet bc woocommerce already does that. its the reminder I need.(ideally there would be someone to automatically tell the spreadsheet when the order has shipped but haven’t figured that out either)Alternatively, could Zapier automatically create a reminder in my iphone Reminder app? Hi everyone,We’re running into a bit of a wall here. Here’s the zap we’re currently trying to setup for prospects that make a purchase from paypal to trigger a welcome email via mailchimp.Inside the zap, we have:1. successful paypal sale2. create tag in mailchimp3. send a campaign in mailchimp - here is where we’re getting stuck. the dropdown for email campaigns doesnt even show all of the campaigns we have.how are we supposed to find the right campaign? The dropdown list that it provides includes a bunch of items that arent even campaigns inside of our mailchimp account.
I have a Zap that automatically sends project update messages to a specific Slack channel (in threads) when a specific field in Airtable is updated. Everything triggers as it should. However, every single Slack message within the channel gets pinged with a project update.The only thing I can think of is that Zapier sees that several records have been updated at some point in time based on timestamp and thinks a Slack message needs to be sent.Question: With that context, is there any way to create a custom function within the timestamp field in Zaper (see pic) that looks for updated Airtable records after a specific date? For example, I only want Zapier to look at Airtable records that have been updated after 3/1/23.

Hi,Im building a simple Zap that takes an email, calls a number and reads the text out from the email.What I am finding is that the text being read back to the called person is very quick, I wondered if there was a way to slow it down or crease a pause before moving onto the next sentence for example.Ive tried just adding a number of spaces but that doesnt work.Thanks
