Please help!! I’m trying to connect my Stan but I keep getting an authenification error. I have attached the messgae below. I have already turned on the pop up, but I’m not receiving a message window or anything.

Try connecting the app to Zapier using a new/different private browser.
I have and I even did incognito and still get the same error message. I’m so upset because it was connected but I messed up when I was setting it up with flodesk and now it wont connect to stan anymore.
Sometimes you need to remove the connection from the app side as well as the Zapier side before you can reconnect.
Sorry, I don’t understand. I don’t have any apps in my zapier. Everything is removed. I’ve even tried from my ipad and phone. I still get the same message. I don’t see a pop up appear at all for me to hit allow.
when I test the connection it says error as well.
Make sure you browser and device operating system and software is updated.

Thank you. I’ve read through that about 5 times now trying to figure this out. This is terrible. I really can’t believe this is happening right now
