I tried to create a new Zap where an intake form from my Kajabi site routes to my business gmail account. I believe I set it up right but none of the tests hit my inbox?  Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Good question.

Please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in order for us to have full context.

Check your spam/junk folder in Gmail.

If your Zap is ON, then check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Have you tested the Kajabi Form after the Zap was turned ON?

Zaps only work while turned ON for new data going forward.

 

Observation

Looks like you are missing a space after the : for Name and Format of Interest

 


Yes, I did test after it was toggled to ON. Didn’t work.


And thx, will edit that.

I did some digging into this, and it seems like if you have Double Opt-in enabled in your Kajabi account, the “New Form Submission” by new users would not trigger until the submitter clicks on the "Yes, this is my correct email." link in the email that's sent out after they submit the form.

Could you please try disabling the Double Opt-in on your Kajabi account? Please give that a try and let us know how it goes?

Thanks, just so I’m clear: All new users will need to verify their email before the submission will route to me?  That’s not functionality I want out of this form. I want it to just route. Also theoretically since I used another email of mine to create the zap, shouldn’t that “Yes this is my Correct Email” email by in my inbox there?  I checked and it’s not.  And how does turning it off help? I need the intake form on the site.  Thanks!
