how to authenticate in chatbase error "wrong chatbotId"

Hi I’m trying to connect chatbase to zappier and it only has two input fields that ask for the KEY and another for display name. When I put the key in which is required It gives me an error for wrong chatbotID. I found the ID and tried it in the input fields and none of them end up working and either says wrong chatbotID or wrong API key. How can I fix this. thank you very much.

Make sure there are no leading/trailing spaces when you copy/paste the API Key and Display Name.

I did but then it says make sure chatbotId is correct and I know where to find it but I don't know where to input the “chatbotId” I put an attachment of what it says

Can you provide a screenshot of the authentication screen that shows the fields for API Key and Display Name?

yes, there's no field for “chatbotId”

 

I tried putting the chatbotId for the display name and its the same error
