Trigger test can't find new Evernote reminders

Hi,I’m trying to set up the integration between Evernote and Google Calendar where a calendar note is created for a new reminder in Evernote.However, when I test the trigger it says it couldn’t find a new reminder, no matter what I try.I have changed the trigger to ‘new note’ and that works, so I assume the connection is OK. I’ve also set the trigger to all notebooks, rather than the one I want to use but that still doesn’t work.Is there anything I could be doing wrong? Or any was the debug the issue? All I want to do is have reminders show in my Google calendar.Thanks in advance for any help.Chris

PandaDoc - "No document found" when testing

Hi, I am attempting to connect PandaDoc to Hubspot, however I’m having issues testing the initial PandaDoc trigger. My first attempt was successful, but since then I’ve been met with “No document found” when testing the trigger. I’ve created new PandaDoc templates and Zaps, which are being found in the trigger dropdown menu, but no luck when attempting to test it & obtain the data fields for the next Hubspot Action step of the Zap.Thanks for your help! PandaDoc Templates

Mailchimp Tag based zaps stopped working suddenly

We have a Zap that triggers when an existing Mailchimp audience gets a “THISTAG” tag. This zap has now been working pretty smoothly for 2 years. Suddenly, this week, it stopped working.When I test the trigger, it seems to connect just fine to Mailchimp. But in a live situation, it doesn’t.Zapier support asked me to turn it off and turn it back on. So, I turned it off and now - it doesn’t turn back on! The error I get is: “Step 1 - New Subscriber in Segment or Tag in MailchimpThe app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.”So it seems like, for whatever reason, the Zap, in live mode is not connecting to Mailchimp OR is messing up somewhere with Tags. (Another Mailchimp tag-based Zap got the same error today, so it seems like a tag thing). Any idea of why this is happening and why this would suddenly stop working? It is not even the number of subscribers with that tag (it’s about 1500) because it is getting triggered only when the tag is applied to subscri

HubSpot error: Stuck on 'Contact Owner' in Google Sheets integration

Hi all,  My two Sales people use a Gsheet to track leads, which I want to Zap directly into Hubspot.  The problem is, I get stuck on the Contact Owner, which is just refusing to play nice. Here is the sheet, for your reference:  sales man 1 is in red, sales man 2 is in yellow. Here’s the Zap I’ve designed:  Here’s the formatter:  Here’s the ‘Get Owner by email’:  Here is the troubleshotting issue I keep encounting:  How on earth do I fix this?? I’m trying to connect Airtable and Mailerlite, such that when I add or update a client in Airtable, they’re automatically added or updated in Mailerlite.In Airtable the relevant fields are:Group (single-select, corresponds to Mailerlite groups) Status (single-select, active or inactive, corresponds to Mailerlite’s subscribed and unsubscribed)I connect the Group field to the Subscriber group. I have the option of picking a static subscriber group, where the groups correspond to a string of digits.Different clients in Airtable, though, correspond to different groups. I don’t want them all to join the Mailerlite group “Independent” or all to join “private”. So I try to connect this to the single-select field “group”.  But when testing the step, I get a strange error: "The groups.0 must be a number."I tried setting up a formula field in Airtable that returned one of the strings of digits I mentioned earlier, depending on whether the client is “personal” or “independent”. Missing Pipedrive pipelines(Stages) in Stage field drop-down when setting up action trigger.

Same exact issue as the post below, a bug?  Several pipelines(stages) in pipedrive are missing from the field “Stage” in an action trigger when trying to create a deal by importing from typeform or other apps. Able to create a deal into other stage ids. Thanks!

Convert CSV to XLSX (Excel format)

Hi, I am trying to conect a phantombuster with brevo.The problem is that phantombuster export a file with csv format. when I connect with brevo the format of the information is wrong because csv format is data separated with “comas” “,” . I need to change the format of the file before conecting to brevo.I tryed to conect it firstly with Google Sheets but I have the same problem. I found splitcsv.com but you need a premium account (20€/month) or 3,99 each file) and I could not test it to see if it works. So. Do you know any app in zappier to do this? Thanks.

Error authenticating Sage Accounting for regions outside the UK

Hello,I just signed up for a trial of Zapier.I cannot login to sage accounting software.I am in South Africa. I have a sage accounting package. When I try to create a zap using sage accounting I am required to give my login details. I am providing the correct login details but it says that the username or password is incorrect.I think that this is because I selected the wrong region initially. There does not seem to be an option to reselect the region before signing in to my sage accountPlease helpThanks you

Issue with Formatting and Images when Creating a Post on Circle via Zapier

 I’ve been facing a consistent issue when creating posts on Circle via Zapier. I use the Topic Description to insert the post content. However, regardless of how well-formatted the post is, it always ends up being published as a single paragraph, making the content look cluttered and disorganized.Additionally, inserting images has been a challenge. I’ve managed to add them using HTML, but this is far from ideal. When there is no image, a broken image icon appears since the image URL is static. I'd prefer not to use HTML as on the Circle app, the HTML doesn’t display in the post but is shown as an attachment, requiring an extra click to view.I've looked through past threads but haven't found a solution to this specific issue. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so, how did you resolve it? Any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

New Quickbooks Invoice from Estimate not triggering Zaps

I have zaps which are triggered when a new invoice is created inside Quickbooks Online.  They work well if the invoice is created from scratch in QBO.  The zap is triggered and all steps complete.  However, the same zaps will not fire if the invoice is created from an estimate within QBO. It seems that estimates in QBO were an after thought in the Zapier integration.  I can create them with zaps but I can’t SEND them.  I have to manually open QBO, select the estimate, and send it from QBO.  Then when the estimate is approved, I again have to go in to QBO and convert the estimate to an invoice.  Then this newly created invoice is somehow different than a fresh invoice because it won’t fire the “new invoice” triggers in the QBO integration.

ZapBot is disabled: Can't select a ZapBot for my AI Prompt.

Hi guys, I got really exited today after seeing a tutorial on Youtube about Zapier Chatbots. As a long time Zapier users I rushed in to give it a go. I’m trying to make an Ai Prompt chatbot where I want clients to fill in 2 fields and then respond based on their information.I’m in Interfaces and drag out the Ai Prompt component, but it’s telling me that Chatbots are Disabled.  I go into http://zapbots.zapier.com to set up the first Zapbots here. Now I have 3 of them. But still in AI Prompt ZabBot is disabled. What I’m I doing wrong here?

We hit an error adding your new account authentication failed: WordPress ran into an issue. Error code 401: You are not currently logged in. I do not have prohibitive WP plugins as mentioned in other posts.. Pls help! Trouble connecting API-created Leads to Pipedrive Contacts: Unable to pick up required fields

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.We have an API which creates Leads and Organisation in Pipedrive from form submissions on our website.We’ve run into a problem where the Lead needs a Person in Pipedrive to run follow on automations, however the API only creates the Lead and Org.The API does push the Persons Name, Phone, Email to Pipedrive, but currently these update custom field on the Lead. To work around this I’ve created a Zap to automate the Creation of Contacts in Pipedrive based on the creation of those Lead field (Name and Email).When I submit a form via the website it Creates the Lead and Org in Pipedrive as expected, however the Zap will not pick up these entries when testing.Because of this, I’m not able to view the required fields in the follow up steps, which are needed to Create the Person.When I turn the Zap on and submit an enquiry

Mailchimp template styling not applied to Zapier-created campaigns

My client want to automatically send an email from Mailchimp whenever they publish a new post to their wordpress (org) site. I have created a 3 step zap here with the trigger New post in Wordpress and the steps Create Campaign in Mailchimp and Send Campaign in Mailchimp. Everything works fine in the tests (no errors anywhere) but the campaigns that are created with my chosen template look all wrong. It has the unstyled basic style as if nothing has been done to the template. When I create a regular email inside Mailchimp and choose the template it works fine. We don’t use any dynamic content for the new campaigns, they are just supposed to look exactly like the template. Very grateful for any help or insights! Screenshot of how the Zapier created campaigns end up looking both when vied in Mailchimp and in the sent emails:

Zapier Formatter for spreadsheet-style formula is not working

I am losing my mind a bit with this one and I am hoping someone can help!I am using a spreadsheet-style formula with an ‘IF’ statement to get my output.What I am trying to write is: If the discount % value is null, then put the discount value, otherwise, take discount % divide it by 100 and multiply it by price). The part I am having trouble with is the multiple it by price. For some reason, if the discount % value is null, it is taking the discount value and multiplying that by price?? I have tried so many different variations of this I cannot figure out why this is happening: Here is my statement:IF(“Discount Percentage”=””,Discount,Discount Percentage/100*Price)I have also tried putting brackets around the false statement component to ensure Discount doesn’t get multiplied by price, alas, it still does!IF(“Discount Percentage”=””,Discount,(Discount Percentage/100*Price))
