I am having issues syncing Data from SQL to a Zendesk dropdown field.

 

The error I get is 

 

The app returned "Base Shipping Agent is invalid (not a valid drop-down option)".

 

I have checked the dropdown and the field is in the dropdown menu in Zendesk

The drop downs are Service code, Shipping Agent & Shipping agent Service which gives the below error

I looked at my resources and found a note that the Shipping Agent field should be a static dropdown, not an open text field.

The shipping agent field in Zendesk is a dropdown  menu

Thanks for letting us know! To troubleshoot the issue, could you try skipping the action step by clicking on "Skip test"? After that, please publish the Zap and trigger it while it's published to see if the error persists.
