Zendesk error: The app returned "Base Shipping Agent is invalid (not a valid drop-down option)".

I am having issues syncing Data from SQL to a Zendesk dropdown field.

 

The error I get is 

 

The app returned "Base Shipping Agent is invalid (not a valid drop-down option)".

 

I have checked the dropdown and the field is in the dropdown menu in Zendesk

Hi 

 

This is the action.

 

 

 

The drop downs are Service code, Shipping Agent & Shipping agent Service which gives the below error

I looked at my resources and found a note that the Shipping Agent field should be a static dropdown, not an open text field.

The shipping agent field in Zendesk is a dropdown  menu
