I’m getting this error ‘Attachment has an unsupported mime type’ when I’m trying to add google drive files in media url fields of Hootsuite integration. I saw this question here but the topic is closed without clarifying the solution clearly.

The Media URL expects a file object or a file url that is a public direct download link.

Try using a different variable and test.

Hi @empowr

Good question.

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to have more context.

I added a ‘downloadURL’ variable of file, as it is also mentioned below the media url field that it expects downloadURL. But after adding that url I’m getting this error - The app returned "The request is missing a valid API key.".
