Error Unzipping files on Drive - Zip Archive

I am having issues with this Zap and cannot seem to resolve it. I contacted Zip Archive API and they said it was a known issue and blamed google and zapier. They suggested I reconnect my google account so I went to the zapier connections and ‘RE-CONNECTED’ google and tried again and no luck. Any other ideas? please and thanks… Failed to create an extract in Zip Archive APIThe app returned "Daily Limit for Unauthenticated Use Exceeded. Continued use requires signup.".

Unable to receive email from Hubspot

Hello, When testing a Zap to send an email to a recipient in Hubspot, the email never gets to the user’s actual email address. It shows in Hubspot that it has been logged/sent, but recipient does not receive it. What settings should I check? Thank you.

The date and time format when transferring Zoho CRM events to Google Calendar is incorrect

I am trying to link my CRM (Zoho) with Google Calendar so that I can sync the calendar with our staff scheduling system (Ubeya). In Zoho we use the deals module to create an event and as Zoho doesn't have a stand alone time module, I have created a time drop down. (Screen shots attached.)When it gets to the Google calendar the date and time format is wrong so its not scheduling properly. Is there a way I can tell it the proper format?

Frame.io New Video Added Not updating to correct field Airtable

Not sure if this is a air-table or zaiper question hopefully someone can explain to me. This is what im trying to do:Uploaded video To frame.io where the name of the video is the same as a Unique ID in airtable ( called Asset ID ) in Airtable search for a field ( Video Edit ) Input text or link to inform that video has been uploaded I have tried to find the record using a search function and my zap looks ok but when i run it it does not update to the correct field. when i test the last part of my zap ( input text ) it will only place it in the first record and not the one attaching the unique ID i have tried the following SEARCH functions also FIND SEARCH(({Asset ID}))!={Edit}SEARCH(({Asset ID})) = {Edit} not sure if it is that or when i go to set up my action in the RECORD section i am picking the wrong dropdown. i thought it may be “custom” “zap search was found” but didnt work , and i have also tried multiple other options any input would be great :) Happy Holidays

Jira Software Cloud: Jira board not showing up as project option for action

Hello,I am trying to set up a zap between Google Forms and a Jira Kanban Board so that when a new form is submitted, a new issue is automatically created in Jira. I am using Jira Cloud Software and the board is company-managed software. I have administrator permissions on the board in Jira, but when I go to set up the action in Zapier, the board does not show up as one of the projects. Is this a permissions issue in Jira? Or perhaps there is another setting that needs to be configured? Many thanks in advance for any advice or guidance you can provide!

Error: Failed to create a created document from template in Google Docs, the app returned: file not found.

I am able to Find a File in Google Drive (a shared Drive) - which is a Template Doc - and then Find a Folder in that Drive, but when I move to Create Doc from Template, I’m unable to select the Folder it just found! But it’s using the template file it just found! What gives?From other threads (like this from a year ago: https://community.zapier.com/topic/show?tid=7332&fid=3) it seems like this is a known issue that was being worked on but is not yet resolved.Is there a way, currently, to create a Doc from a Template in a Shared Drive?

Hi all! I’m trying to build a Zap that will automatically update information in tasks in Asana for my team when a change is made in JIRA. However, I keep running into errors similar to this example when testing: Failed to create a task in AsanaThe app returned `{"message":"task: Not a Long: Report - create greg's sales reports "} What happened: Executing creates.update_task.operation.perform with bundle {"message":"task: Not a Long: Report - create greg's sales reports "} Console logs: ` as error, which we cannot read. Everything on the JIRA side is testing out fine. On that note - does anyone know a best practice for updating JIRA statuses in Asana? I was able to pull them in to the creation of new tasks on a Zap that worked, however for updating existing tasks I don’t even see an option to update the JIRA Status field that I’ve created in Asana. Hi every one, I have a problem . First of all i created zap between Calendly and notion. i have two events on calendly Disovery call & Private coaching call. First autmoation works fine where i see calendly regestration in notion crmHere’s the probelm when someone Register on private coaching call it shows in notion crm however i did filtering that only porceeds if the events is Discovery call Cause I don’t want priavte coaching calls in my Notion Need some help on filtering

Cannot get Slack Workflow to work with built in Zapier Email

Hello everyone, I have been trying to figure this out myself for the better part of 2 hours haha. I just can’t seem to find the issue/solution. I built this workflow via Slack’s Workflow tool to execute the function “Gmail Send Email from a Slack Workflow”… Essentially the automation I want is that every time someone fills out this workflow, it sends an email to the corresponding Site Manager based on the Site manager email response in the workflow. This is the workflow in question This is the Zapier part Basically the issue is as soon as I submit this workflow, I get this error.And if i go to the activity page of Slack I get this error. I looked into these forums for the solution and I found that once I submit the workflow, a zap is created and put in my trash folder on Zapier’s dashboard, once I move that to my Home folder and make it active/on, nothing happens, and when I go to submit the workflow once more it just puts another zap into my trash folder. I am pretty lost at thi

I use Outlook locally, not as part of Office 365 (or whatever).I’d like to create a PDF from emails going to a certain account.I cannot connect Zapier to Outlook.I assume it’s because my emails are only local - is that correct? Am I even phrasing my question sensibly?Thanks!

Gmail Zap step is showing 403 error

Hello, We have a Zap step where we send an email with some photos attached from our job management platform “ServiceM8” We are getting an intermittent problem whereby the email is failing with a 403 error code. Test trigger only pulls in one single event from 4 years ago.

I've tried everything from turning zap on, off, backwards, forwards, upside down, recreated the zap, click load more option after multiple different sets of steps, reconnected the programs, you name it!This is affecting me with multiple programs including Setmore, Lead Connector, & others.Not sure what I could be missing if someone could help me! Hi, I’m new here and trying to make a ZAP with WP forms (PRO) but i’m keep on getting an error: Failed to fetch a form entry from WPFormsError while retrieving: JSON results array could not be located. My accounts from WP-forms is PRO and from Zapier is Starter. I have downloaden and activated the Plug-in from Zapier on WP-site and connected it with the API key from (WP forms in WP-site) to Zapier. WordPress error: Authentication failed: WordPress ran into an issue; error code 401

Hi all! When I try to connect my WP account to Zapier I get the following error: After this error I get an email in my inbox with the following content with a link in it:The request was flagged as suspicious, and we need verification that you attempted to log in to allow it to proceed. This verification link will be valid for 15 minutes from the time it was sent. If you did not attempt this login, please change your password immediately.I click on the link to verify that it is me, but sadly, the screen with the error above doesn't change at all. So clicking on the verification link doesn't resolve anything. I also tried this by using an incognito window, but that didn't work either. Hopefully someone can help me out with this. I saw similar issues like this in this community, but they didn't provide any solutions. Thank you in advance!

Can't load area paths to set up Azure Integration

I am attempting to connect AirTable with Azure, using Zapier.While setting up my Zapier integration with Azure, I am receiving the following error when trying to build a new Zap:“Unable to load choicesWe're having trouble loading 'Area Path' data. Required field "Project" (project) is missing.”Area paths represent directories where work is stored in Azure.Without the ability to load and select area paths from Azure, I cannot create the connections I need to set up Create/Update work triggers from Azure to Zapier. How can I get Zapier to load my Azure area paths so that I can complete my integration? Thanks!

Attach a completed Docusign form to Salesforce Case

Hi all, I’m created a Zap where ideally after a Docusign is completed, a record (Case) is created in Salesforce, and the completed Docusign is attached to the case. My current steps are [Envelope Completed in Docsuign] → [Create Record in Salesforce] → [Find Record in Salesforce] → [Create Attachment in Salesforce]. I do not see any options for Creating an Attachment for the actual PDF of the completed Docusign form, and when I select to create an attachment of the Form Data, I get the below error. If I use any other available fields and omit form data, the attachment of a .txt file is created in Chatter on the Case. Is there a way I am missing to attach the completed Docusign? If I have to move forward with the Form Data as the attachment, is there an issue with the Docusign fields themselves? Any guidance is appreciated!

Testing is successful but no events are created in Klaviyo

Hi!I’m trying to integrate Zapier with Klaviyo that when an order is placed, Zapier creates an event on Klaviyo. After testing its showing success in result but no such event is showing in Klaviyo. What am I missing? Below are some snapshots. Although from Postman everything is working.
