I'm posting a message today to re-launch the topic on the Zapier icon in Slack threads as it was reported as a bug over a year ago but doesn't seem to be fixed today.
Do you have any news about fixing this bug?

Hi there
I did some digging, and it looks like this is a bug on the Slack side of things, meaning we need to wait for them to deploy a fix. That being said, I did add you to a list of affected users, so you can be notified first thing when there is an update to this issue. Thanks for your patience and I hope there is a fix soon!
